Boston Pizza

I don't know who took over management of the Boston Pizza on Taunton Road but they should be fired. Second pizza in a month that I've got where the cheese is not cooked the dough is not cooked. And the manager is never in the establishment. Will never be eating at Boston pizza ever again. And on top of that a small pizza now cost $20.gtfoh

My husband and I were looking for something fun to do with our two young sons for New Years Eve, and quickly realized there wasn’t a lot of choices for little kids. I stumbled upon a post from the Boston Pizza Instagram about a new years balloon drop, and we made a reservation right away. I am SO glad we did. This was such a well orchestrated and thoughtful event! Our kids had a blast, and so did we. It’s so hard to find quality stuff to do as a family, so THANK YOU for remembering that people with little kids like to celebrate holidays too lol.
The food and service were also incredible, I’m actually really blown away by how great everything was. Also, a big thank you to the hostess. She knew that we had travelled from an hour away, and definitely made sure we had a great night. People like this are the exact reason I will recommend this Boston Pizza location to my friends and family. Standout job, food and service. You guys helped end our year in the best way! First Visit here. We both ordered Pizza's. My wife enjoyed her Hawaiian pizza. I tried the Perogie Pizza and it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Server was friendly and gracious. Located in Whitby North. Enjoy their free WI-FI. Loads of T. V.for sports watching.

I recently visited Boston Pizza and I must say it was an amazing experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was great, with comfortable seating and a vibrant atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic pizzas to pasta dishes and appetizers.

I would definitely recommend Boston Pizza to anyone looking for a experience to celebrate kid’s birthday parties with Lionel and delicious food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. 5 stars all around!

Amazing place, been here twice in around 2 weeks span. First time we came in just over an hour before close and they greeted us with smiles all around, service was amazing, food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Staff were courteous and amazing. No complains and loved the kids booklet they provide.

The food is good and the people who serve are always aware of everything, it is a good place to go with the family. Easy access, handicapped parking

Waiter H, had an attitude. Lazy and making sighing noises evrytime we asked for something. Horrible Steak.messed up the order.cheap quality meat.garbage service all in all.and the worst part they take an 18% gratuity.it couldn't get worse.don't go here.other location may be better

Service was a 5 star the food was 1. Boston Pizza used to be our favourite place to go watch the game and have pizza, we were extremely disappointed with our food tonight!

Very attentive staff and pub food go hand and hand here. Reasonably priced and great for children. It's a go to!

We have been coming to this location for almost 9 years. Heather's service is nothing short of spectacular. She's the only reason why we keep coming back! A warm and welcoming individual that we've had the pleasure of being in the company of at our local BP.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Got sat down by the first person and then not one person acknowledge for 25mins. No water/drinks, no server came, every person working there avoiding eye contact and were walking around doing other things. Would not go back here because it is the slowest Boston pizza I have ever been to.

8: 20 pm Aug 27th - place nearly empty - was seated in the bar area with 6 patrons at 2 tables, sat for 15 minutes with zero contact from servers - left.

This franchise has been great since I came to Canada. First time in Ontario, and the experience has been amazing. The atmosphere in the bar with the sports is always the best thing. Pizza never let me down. The service specially this time was super friendly, looking forward for our drinks and food. Big shoutout to sour server Jordan

Awesome Service. I have been there multiple times and the servers there are always positive. Rishi was very helpful! Food is always great!

Horrible customer service at this location. The lady told my son and I it was going to be a 30 min wait, when there were many available tables. Once a couple other customers came in, they were going to seat them right away until the customers notified the servers that I was there first. Our waitress seemed annoyed to have to deal with us and didn't provide my son with his kids meal drink. Also the water that was given was warm and foggy. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed at this specific location.

We dropped into the restaurant just before the kitchen closed last night but despite our lateness, we were warmly welcomed. Our server, Mark, was very friendly, super attentive (refilled our drinks without us even asking), and one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time! The food was awesome as always! I don’t usually post reviews about restaurants but wanted to recognize the fantastic meal and service that we received last night! Thank you!

The restaurant is nearly empty at 4: 30, we were seated for almost 10 min no one showed to take our order and we asked the gentleman who seated us he apologized that he is not a server he is only a host waited for 5 min more and we had to leave

O my goodness ran in to Boston Pizza for a BBQ
Chicken Pizza and got served a gourmet Chicken Pizza of my dreams the drizzle was amazing it completely complimented the Pizza Whitby BP. Is a worthwhile dining experience. V. John

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not waste your time coming to this god awful location. I made a reservation for 5 to watch a big finals sporting event and the hostess on the phone didn’t seem to know what she was doing, so I called back the next day to confirm. Everything sounded like it checked out. Turns out I was wrong, nobody here seems to know what they’re doing. When my friends and I showed up 10 minutes early for our reservation, the hostess tries to seat us at a table that was already occupied by a couple. All other tables in the bar were taken. The hostess and manager did nothing to fix the situation and just gave some weak half-hearted apologies. They did not even attempt to speak to the couple who took our table or offer us anything in return for screwing us over. I don’t know what education level is required to work here, but clearly it needs to be higher since they let TWO people take a reservation for FIVE. Not to mention this couple was also already eating dinner, so it looks like they just gave our table away way before we got there and didn’t tell us. My friends and I then had to sit UNDERNEATH a TV to watch the game and currently have sore necks because of it. Worst service I’ve ever received.

Food is overpriced and poor quality. I had chicken parmesan and the pasta and sauce tasted like it was from a can. Not worth it at all.

Very friendly staff, and amazing food! I just tried the new tropical thunder dessert and it tasted like heaven, I strongly recommend if anybody is trying to get a night out with the family

No service, bartender gave us a happy hour menu and left to no return.
Will not be going back there.
Edit: would give 0 stars but cant. Nothing has changed pathetic. This will be my last time coming to this location. Gave them another chance and it was wasted. Fix your wait/bar staff as it needs to change.

I had a coupon for a free individual 8" pizza. I placed the order over the phone and when I went to the restaurant, there were no available tables to dine at. Even if it was a free pizza coupon and the pizza was already made and right in front of me, they refused to give me the pizza to take out even after giving them the proper code number. I would give 0 stars if I could. Unprofessional. Left without my order

Food quality has declined a lot. We haven’t been here in a few months but came in and ordered some of our old favourites. Very disappointed. Not sure what happened but won’t be back to this location. Portion sizes also much smaller but prices are higher.

Its was busy there, since there was a game on the big screen, how ever we got the seats right away. The food came out little late, we was expecting that, other than the space is huge, lot of big screen TV is, the server were very attentive. Overall a good place to spend a family night.

Terrible service. Didn't have stock on anything. Went for the perogie pizza- they didn't have sour cream so were not making it. It's a holiday today and waitress said the owner/manager wouldn't go to shoppers like she suggested to get sour cream. Then got a chicken sandwich that was supposed to have hot sauce and jalapenos. It came with no jalapenos or hot sauce. Fries tasted old. Bill was extremely expensive for such terrible food. $9 for a beer. A reminder of why we never go to these chain restaurants. Will not be back.

Had a horrible experience. Ordered perogee pizza and asked to substitute bacon with halal chicken in the pizza. See the picture with what I got. Also the pasta had barely any sauce in it.

Was given chicken in the side rather than on the pizza. What a freakin joke

UPDATE: I did go and filled out the details at Boston pizza website contact us section. A staff member of the north Whitby restaurant called and said that they will be more careful next time and to let them know this happened with us next time we come to the restaurant. Well let me tell u THAT THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME. I’ve had too many bad experiences at that north Whitby outlet.

Never had any issues at this location. Food is tasty, and well priced. Options for kids meals are great. Staff is almost always above and beyond. Went here also for a school fundraiser event, and the turn out was huge but the service was still great and really accommodating. I'd give it 5 stars if the location was easier to get into from the street, not their fault exactly, but still frustrating having to turn around to get to an entrance.

Never had any issues here, the food is always tasty and prepared right, the staff are nice, over all this is a good location. My only recommendation to the owners or managers here would be to keep track of the various sound sources here, as I have often found it too loud and been triggered by competing sounds - make sure that if the bar TVs are making noise, the radio is off, etc.

Great place to go with kids for pizza or other great food. They sometimes have a magician that comes around for the kids and also makes balloon animals. Service is always fairly timely, and food is always good. Never have to wait long to be seated either.

Honestly, I don't know how they survive, everything from the service to the food is subpar. The food is bland with no flavour - we were a large group and none of us liked our order for that reason. The fries, for example, were definitely frozen, and the brand worse than anything I'd buy from Costco. We ordered in advance of arrival but somehow the food was still very delayed. We were indeed a very large group but besides us I don't think there were other tables. Definitely not interested in coming back to this location or any Boston Pizza.

Service took forever and then when the food came it took forever to get the bill and the debit machine. We got to the North Whitby location at 6: 15 & finally left at 8: 45.it wasn't busy and we only ordered two meals.

Good size portions and excellent taste. The halal chicken options are great for those looking for halal food. The service is also pretty good.

Went on New Years Eve. Though it would obviously be a much busier day than normal for restaurants, they were significantly understaffed. It took OVER 2 HOURS to get our 3 entrees, and 2 of the 3 were ironically over-cooked. The server was very friendly, and it was obviously not her fault, but the whole experience was brutal to say the least. We lost about 1.5 hours out of our new years eve celebrations because of it.

Our server stephanie was absolutely amazing! She was very personable and made our table feel very welcome! She is definitely an asset to your establishment and you should feel very appreciated to have her working for you.
