We have been to this location several times now. In Collingwood, I've eaten from double burger to their steaks, salads, soups all have been very satisfying. Reasonably priced & service was good.thxs G Busato

50 dollars a pizza after tax. Unreal. Unacceptable food. This is rediculous. Never order takeout. Never order the pizza.

Same ol’ same ol’ very noisy but great to bring family to so the kids can be as loud as they want. The food was ok.

This one that is only for the staff that cooked. I went here for my birthday dinner, and I did not felt welcome. Not even at one point all I could feel was rude customer services or maybe judged because I’m brown the food was great however, the way the person treats you you just feel unwelcome and you don’t want to eat any more is what happened with me.

Comfy spacious seating with quick attentive service. Food was delicious and was delivered quickly. Easy access and lots of accessible parking.

Zach was an awesome server! His friendly demeanour and attentiveness was absolutely phenomenal. He handled a busy night with ease and in fact, claimed to enjoy it. Thanks for serving us, Zach! ️

Definitely my "go to" spot when I come to collingwood. Staff are great, and the atmosphere is always exciting!

Zach was incredible. A group of 4 of us went out Saturday on a busy evening during a hockey game. Zach maintained his positive attitude, was very professional and helpful while taking our orders, and he really made our night out with his exceptional service. He went above and beyond for our table, was genuinely kind, all while managing a party of 50 guests. Would recommend this location and hope you get him as your server - he’s great, the food was delicious and the vibe was overall really fun!

Food quality was really outstanding. I must say you should go and enjoy great food with family. Their customer service was top of the line.

Ordered take out and got exactly what we wanted. Pretty much what you can expect from any Boston Pizza.

My server Tristana was phenomenal. Very professional, personal, and delivered an outstanding dining experience.

We ordered for starters the classic nacho, and Italian pizza. The portion size of the nachos was mindblowing out of the world. It came fully loaded with cheese, chicken, etc. Had a couple of slices of the pizza with the honey dill dip, pretty good tasting. Service was good. Took home the unfinished food which tasted even better the next day.

Had to ask for a kids menu as 3 adults menus were given eventhough we were 2 adults and one child. Ordered Smoky Mountain Spaghetti and Meatballs, my usual at Boston Pizza. What I received was missing a garlic bread and one meatball.

Service was ok, nothing special. First and last visit.

Goodish for families and older visitors. Tasty enough.foodies should probably go elsewhere though. I'd put Boston Pizza in the same category as East Side Marios

Nice place for dinning. Great environment. Good food. Staff was courteous. I lost my $50 gift card there and staff tried there best to find it out but couldn’t, it was my bad luck.

This was Boston Pizza in Collingwood and the food was good and the server Richard was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable!

Good locations, staff was very nice and accommodated with a high chair right away. I ordered the carnivore bowl and a small pizza. Both were delicious.

Overall appetizers were good but main course wasnt so great just ok. Wait extremely long for food to be served.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never have I ever ordered a chicken pasta for $20 in a place like this and gotten processed chicken cubes. I could have gone to subway for that. In an Italian restaurant $20 for a grilled chicken pasta actually means grilled chicken. So 2 pastas we ordered was FAKE chicken. I mean this is Boston Pizza so I don’t expect the sauce to be great, but if something says grilled chicken I did not expect this. My dad ordered Thai chicken wrap for $15 and funny enough it was real chicken. So it means it is available but just not for the $20 pastas dishes? I won’t be going here ever again. Thanks but no thanks.

Food was as expected, they were busy but service was still decent. Went in for a a late night bite after the movies with my wide!

Just wanted to highlight the service we received from Our server Alex, he was fantastic and helped us calm down our three year old having a temper tantrum over not having an orange umbrella. Alex saved the day and the dinner:) Thank you!

I can't say much about the menu because it's standard. (well made and served hot though!) But the staff is great, the place is clean, there's lots of space. And really nice patios and lots of parking

My wife and I joined another couple for dinner recently at this Boston Pizza location. We all still carry a concern for dining out due to Covid-19 but were pleased as it started as a nice evening and outdoor dining was availble. Seating was prompt and drinks were delivered quickly. Our food order was delicious and also arrived hot and without delay. A sudden drop in temperature and increase in wind prompted our server to provide us with a new table indoors without us asking. Zach could not have done a better job taking care of us. We found the whole experience very enjoyable and will certainly return again. Thank you to the entire BP crew but especially Zach for a delightful time.

Standard Boston pizza chain food for late night choice. The pasta we ordered is great. The Chicken Parmesan portion is small to me which is unexpected but it’s my first time ordering it. (Maybe I should order pasta with it not salad)

Father’s Day visit. Skip the ribs. Chewy and undercooked. Waitress was lovely only reason they got the 3 stars. Answer to response. As ribs were not the only issue. Changed to 1. SKIP THIS PLACE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, WORST FOOD, AND CUSTOMER RESOLUTION.
Boston Pizza responded to me but is not noticed here below this review. Because of email I downgraded to 2 stars instead of 3.
I did contact below as I had spoken to the manager at the time. The manager emailed me after reporting to below and was quick to blame us for not reporting everything at the moment it was noticed. But said heh send me the address for a fee Pizza. I wasn’t impressed with that. Emailed her back. No response.

Great staff. Right from the greeting we were treated very well. Food was amazing and fast service. Passing through town and highly recommended to try it out

We ordered take out earlier this week from the BP location in Collingwood. I ordered a fiesta salad which is on their summer menu. Unfortunately, when we got to our AirBnB and i opened my takeout container, I found that they had used rotting lettuce and that most of the ingredients were left out. My husband’s pasta was fine… but my meal was basically trash. That night, I submitted my feedback to the restaurant and today (3 days later) I still have yet to hear from them.

Before being seated I informed the host Chris that we didn’t have time on our side due to a time sensitive commitment. Chris was EXTREMELY friendly, efficient like I’ve never seen and placed our order that we had figured out before coming. This gentleman should employee of the century! Thank you Chris for being a very kind man. Our world needs more of you!

Basically, I live in Brampton. I and my friend visited at this location one week ago. The Customer experience was really bad. I ask for Ice cubes and she was not ready to give and Even I was ready to pay for ice. The lady who took my order, she said we don't have cups. Oh really. You are serving your drinks in the cups. Don't fool anyone.
When I said okay you can take my cup. She said No, Due to covid we are not allowed to take your cup. Common man, You are taking my order without mask, Serving your meals without mask.
She was making excuses and not ready to give us just ice cube even we already spend more than 25 dollar on pizza.
Not recommend.

Always was good food and good service. Gone downhill recently. Take our latest experience. Was seated at a table with no server assigned. Sat for 25 mins waiting any acknowledgement from anyone never mind getting a drink! Waited a further 15 mins for a drink to appear. Food was mediocre at best.

The lovely lady who answered my two phone calls tonight for delivery was so sweet and confident.
I sneezed so much from the bad quality of food. I’m still sneezing. I have to take an allergy pill!

Went on very busy long weekend while visiting blue mountain. Food was great as per requirements and service was also excellent.

We visited Boston Pizza for a quick bite after driving from Toronto to Collingwood. There were not many customers at that time. Pizza was good and so were their cocktails. Service was satisfactory.

The food was amazing. Being an Indian and that too vegetarian I am very particular about taste buds and food, and Boston Pizza has savored it all. Glad that I can enjoy Canadian cuisines with American name which was founded by Greek.

Fun, upbeat atmosphere.great drinks.even fun fishbowls.lots of cocktail options and eager bartenders.food was pretty good.

My bf ordered. All I can say is the pizza is like eating card board. Total amount was 77.36. Youd think for that amount with wings and boneless bites the pizza would be good. We've been to boston in different citys and this is the worst. Looks like a 5 dollar little ceasars pizza. Were all disappointed.
