Food was great. My reviews are almost always based on service which was spectacular every single person we came in contact with

Only one server but she handled it with ease. Food came out fast. She told us that the ice tea our granddaughter had with her kids meal was included but charged us $3.99 plus tax. I was in the restroom when she presented the bill and my husband didn't notice. (I said to give her a nice tip because of her service on my way to the restroom). We called the restaurant the next day and was told they don't do refunds under $10 and they would call us back with some resolution in 2 days. No phone call.

AVOID. This place is a joke.
Miserable, useless, unattentive service with rotten attitude.
$12 for reg pint of Banquet w/tax and tip.
$11 for small shot of JD w/tax and tip.
Zero ambience.
Server attempted to justify insane prices but kept spewing garbage.
Have been deeply associated with thr BP brand for 17 years (esp last 4 years) but never had a worse experience.
Owners should be ashamed of themselves! Disgusting ripoffs and staff who don't make any effort.
You'd have to be insane to come here.

I had lunch here the other day and tried the new bourbon chicken pizza. It was wild. Highly recommended. The staff is great, the restaurant was quiet at lunch, which was just fine. It’s a great spot to catch up on some work and grab a bite to eat, or grab a beer and watch the game.

Had a great meal, their wings are very good. Also my wife has the only beef dip I've ever enjoyed.

Nice place to chill with family or friends. Ambience is good, food is nice.service was amazing. Kids enjoyed as they were welcomed with a kids magazine full of activities and menu for them to choose. Surprised to get Kids Meal Free as they were having an Offer - Kids eat free whole September.had a nice experience.

While the food here is great, I come for the atmosphere. Emma who works during the day always makes me feel like family and is so much fun. The managers are also all so personable and take the time to engage and take an interest in the regulars.

Great place to eat especially with kids! Friendly staff, great food and good atmosphere. Our server was Joe and his service is amazing and he is great with people!

Great food that was brought out so quickly. The waitress was extremely friendly and pleasant. Can never go wrong with their nachos

We had left Jack Astors because of the terrible customer service and arrived at Boston Pizza. The service was amazing. It looked like there was only 1 waitress but all the other staff worked together to provide great service. It was like a well oiled machine. Food was good, hot and fast.

I was here the other night with my girlfriend and we had the best time by the bar side. We loved their TV arrangement and sound system. 100% coming back here in the near future with some friends once sports are back in action!

We ended up at Boston Pizza due to the fact all the other nearby restaurants were full. BP was empty (foreshadowing). Food was extremely subpar, service started off strong than our server disappeared. I had Boston Pizza pegged as a safe, nothing spectacular restaurant option, now it's off that list.

Had not been to a Boston Pizza for years. Must say I was totally impressed with the food. Three of us went.we ordered pizza.chicken tacos and a breaded chicken bowl. All were very generous portions and great food. The panookie I remember from years ago and is still one of the best desserts. Price is very reasonable. Will definitely be going regularly.

The food was great. Our server seemed to have had too many tables as we waited over forty minutes before we got the bill. There was another server that just shook her head as our server seemed to grab all the tables. It didn't seem right.

Big portions which came out quickly, but not worth it for the taste, or lack thereof. I had dinner here tonight (I don't often as I know they're overpriced), but this time I was just astounded at the poor quality of food they serve while still charging an arm & a leg. Boston Pizza's quality has somehow declined drastically over the years at each location, despite being a franchise.

Clean location. I don't know if they were understaffed, but it took about 20 mins for someone to even come by to ask for drinks. It wasn't busy, either, maybe 10 people.
I was disappointed when my salad came with canned pineapple pieces (I was really looking forward to fresh, lol), but was OK otherwise.

Good meal late afternoon when we went in so it was pretty empty. Our waitress was great and went the extra mile. Knives could have been a little sharper. Great lunch!

Awesome portions and very tasty pizza have one of a kind pierogi pizza that always hits the spot will always drop by my local Boston for some great food.

Food was decent but waited over 5 mins to be acknowledged for an online order, I was early so i understand having to wait but the attitude given to me when I said I was picking up an online order was just appalling.

Took our kids for dinner on Sat night to take advantage of the "kids eat free" promo for March. The service was fantastic and food really nice and so reasonably priced. Will for sure return to this location based on service alone we felt very well looked after.
My only complaint would be the disabled parking. There was very few disabled spots shared for Boston pizza and the Keg. It was busy so they were all taken. Plus the cars in those spots blocked the ramp up to the sidewalk from the parking lot so this proved very difficult to get my husband out the car before pulling into a parking spot then having to get assistance to bump him up the curb. Very dissapointing. I brought this to the managers attention and she was extremely empathetic and very apologetic. Hopefully the property management can make some improvements on this. Other than that tho this was a good Boston Pizza.

Ordered online, was ready and waiting when I went to pick up. No Hassell got what we ordered. Tasted good made a long day end well.

Boston Pizza in error added items to their Uber Eats menu with the wrong pricing. Instead of the restaurant calling us about the price mixup, they had Uber let us know our order was cancelled and we would need to order our food again. Our funds were already taken for the full amount of the items and no food was prepared for us. Uber and Boston Pizza both refuse to address our concerns our money was already taken from our account. When we offered to pay for our order a SECOND TIME, Boston Pizza refused to offer any sort of discount due to the extremely poor customer service due to their own mixup. Extremely disappointed and would hope for a better response for returning customers. We are without our food, out $80, and no one wants to take any sort of responsibility. My spouse is also 6 months pregnant but oh well, “Call your bank” is great advice.

The food quality comes in same standard as other branches. The waitress forgot to bring us fork, and knife. We had to mention it which is not professional.

Went to Jack Astor's first beside them and had awful service, so we left and came here. Amazing service and delicious food!

Very friendly owner and wonderful service from the staff—they are attentive and sociable. Food was delivered to the table hot and quickly. The only thing I would mention would be that they seem to be having some issues with the A/C…it was SO hot on the bar side of the restaurant which on a 30+ degrees day, made it slightly uncomfortable to dine in.

Good food and service. Clean and good Covid safety measures in place. Wait staff is friendly and prompt. The jambalaya fettuccini was good as always. True to the BP experience. 5 stars.

Great tasting pizzas, fast and clean restaurant. Brownies = SO good! Only thing preventing 5 stars is the price tag.

A place where you feel right at home. Good food friendly staff and close to the highway - What else is there not to ask! Been coming here for years and the staff (Emma, Natalie, Sheridan and MacKenzie) go the extra mile to make sure not only regulars but new customers are treated well

Absolutely amazing service. Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time there. He also provided the best customer service considering he was busy with a whole bar area by himself. Definitely will be going to this location for all my further visits! Thanks for being our friend Joe!

Fast friendly service, food was ready for pickup at the correct time and all condiments and utensils were included.

Always a great time at this BP location, especially recently! Restaurants have been going through a lot since covid but every time I've been to this BP, I feel like it's gotten better since last year. Well done to all the staff and management for giving us top notch service!

I believe the point of the Limited capacity due to covid, is to spread people out, yet they put everyone on the one side, the smaller side.

Friendly staff and good food. They even sat us away from three quite loud families with children without us having to ask. The patio is nice but near a highway so you hear that. Overall good experience

I constantly arrive getting some food in here. I liked the rapid customer service and well prepared food. Fantastic work.

Called in advance to ask if they had halal options. They said yes. When we walked in to order, there was no halal options. The lady proceeds to explain that the chicken is pretty good. Was not convinced. No biggie, we ordered veggie pizzas which were not the greatest pizzas BP has to offer.
Staff needs to be trained on how to set customer expectations and be direct and honest with your customers.

Love Boston Pizza! I had my favorite dish, Chicken and Mushroom Fettuccini and my Hubby had the new dish. Cindy is our favorite server. She always has a huge smile on her face.super fast and friendly service! The restaurant is spotless and Bahrooms very clean!

My hubby and I go to watch a game, get away from cooking. There are some very nice quiet private booths if you want. Very family-friendly! I would highly recommend to my Friends and extended Family Thankyou!

Standard fare for a chain Italian style family restaurant. Lots of options for children from preschoolers to 8-10 year olds. Adult food selections are lacklustre but adequate for a quick and easy meal out for a family.

Its a good restaurant with good food. There cocktails are very good. It's good to go have food or just drinks especially good to go watch sports games on there TV's. The pizzas they have are so good, there's starters, other main dishes like pastas, steak etc. They have very good desserts. Prices are good, cleanliness is good. People who work there are helpful. Service is good. If you haven't gone you should go. It's good for long stays or a quick bite.
