We reserve a table for 15 people for a Birthday Party, they organize it nice, Amazing Food, came quick and on time, did not have to wait for too long, server was really nice, always checking up on us if we needed anything. Will definitely recommend you guys to check it out, definitely won’t be disappointed

After today’s experience at Boston Pizza in Markham I will definitely be back again. Amazing staff that are also appreciated by their general manager Mood. Thank you.

Horrible service had to wait 1 hour that’s right 1 hour for 3 plates of food only a handful of people dining in and said they are busy at the bar reason being our food is taking long. Ordered a Parmesan chicken with side of salad they gave me just chicken with salad as if it doesn’t say on the menu that it comes with pasta. Nice people wanted to tip but service needs major improvement.

Horrible customer service ever. I will never come to this location anymore.first of all the owner should change the the front lady manager in the store. She didn't know how to talk with a customer if they are asking something she was responding me and my family in such a terrible way.i asked her can I talk with your owner to tell him what's happening here but she denied I was so disappointed with that my kids came hungry home that lady was foolish and terrible she was behaving like she owns the store

Very bad experience. There general manager have to change he don’t have sense how to talk with there his staff and how to handle the situation.

We had lunch here again. Usually bowl vegetables are raw in other restaurants. But here is cooked. Sure different.

This is my local bar and I enjoy going here. Great atmosphere (music, sports, patrons, special events). Great customer service (the servers are friendly). The food is basic, that's my only negative.

With all the excitement to have food with my best friend, I choose this BostonPizza close to my apartment. But my experience was 100% unsatisfactory. We ordered starter chicken wings and their specialty pasta and were waiting. We noticed a guy in front of us was unconscious and was acting weird. One employee came and asked us did he choked or what and we said yes it is uncomfortable. We got our plate and had chicken wings and started to have the pasta.then the guy in front of us puked really bad we get up and walked to front desk and mention we don't want to eat there. Couple of employees was there with this man who puked and they serve other people after. Long story short we paid 48 dollar for two chicken wings and 3 spoons of pasta. If could be better if they take of the unconscious guy initially which they dint do and they could give us some discount if any kind. Not a chance to got this place again.

Michael has a heart of Gold. You can tell he loves his job by the way he talks to his customers. Very rare to find one like him now a days. We will be back for sure because we know we will be taken care off. Be safe always! God Bless!

First time at this location. It was a good experience. They have proper Covid protocols in place.
The restaurant is clean, washrooms seemed maintained well, and the overall cleanliness was visible. (Tables and touch points being sanitized, windows being cleaned, etc)

Our server, Francesca, was phenomenal. She was attentive, ensured we always had everything we needed, and her attitude was amazing. She made good recommendations and knew the menu well.

We started with the Bandera Bread and “Hot Honey” Wings

For our entrees, we had the, “The Big Dipper” with a side of Spaghetti.
Also, the Seven Cheese Ravioli, which was delicious.

Overall, a fantastic experience. 100% recommend this location.

This spot never disappoints. They have great dishes for convenient prices, there no long wait even when the place is full.

The service was amazing. My server was the mos attentive I have ever experienced, while still giving my family and I space to enjoy our meals.

Everything was good (I sat in the lounge area) except waitress went away for too long on a couple occasions. Friendly cheerful service and Tasty pizza burger!

Haven't been here in a while but it seems that management may have changed or something. Service was really good but the food was not. I got the kickn Memphis and it was falling apart before I could even touch it. Not to mention they were missing some toppings in the sandwich.

Great service, following all the proper protocols for covid, and when our food took a while, we didn't even complain and they apologized and gave us a coupon for next time.

Watched during raptors game, covid policies still held firm, every other table was empty. Large projectors and patio seating could also watch the game. Meat lovers pizza is good.

Great spot. They set it up lovely; adhering to social distance regulations. Servers hosts were incredibly personable and helpful. Had the nachos. So enjoyed them. The ratio of toppings to nachos was perfection. Will definitely return.

Good pizza and fast service but had so much sauce on the pizza or just maybe i don' like too much sauce but over all it was very Delicious pizza

Extremely slow service, I filled out the survey on my receipt and requested that someone contact me and no one did. I had went in starving after dragonboat practice to celebrate my dad's birthday, I wasn't very happy to have been seated for almost 1 hour before being able to place our order. Someone from Boston Pizza replied to my message to fill out a contact us form online but I already did and no one contacted me.

Pizza is meh. I prefer my thin crust crunch. But they do accommodate large groups with varying taste so I was happy with their service. They were short staffed when we went but they sure tried hard. Really appreciate the bright attitude the server presented even though she was clearly stressed

The chicken parm could have been cooked better as soon as I cut into my chicken pure water started to come out and even cutting it was a fight with my knife and fork there was pieces that just wasn't cooked right at all and my steamed vegetables tasted very dry not moist at all

The staff are very friendly. The food is decent but the place is great environment to watch big games. The set up is usually great with the TVs so you will be able to watch multiple games at once. The servers are very good to get your food fast as well.

Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had at Boston Pizza. Our service was basically non-existent. Our order was taken and the food arrived in the reasonable amount of time even though the restaurant was not busy. Not once did the server come to our table and ask how the meal was or of we needed anything. Reminder that the place was half empty. We waited for almost half an hour after eating and still she did not come back to our table. We had to go and ask to speak to a manager, which we were told that there was no manager working. Anyway, another server came and asked of the kids wanted their desserts that came with the meal. This other server brought the desserts back as well. She said she didn't know where our server was. 10 minutes later our original server shows up with the bill. I had to ask her three times for a take out container, which she didn't get. I actually had to find her in the restaurant and ask her again! Bottom line, it was $80 spent on mediocre food and terrible service. Corporate needs to pay closer attention to it's franchisees

New game changing tip!

That's right! I literally mean games! So my friends and I don't watch much sports, so we usually just head over there for dinner. But now they have a new thing.a board game shelf! From Connect 4 to Drunk, Stoned, or Stupid, they have a variety of games that you can now play simply by just asking for them at the hostess stand out front.

When we first saw this, it definitely kept me and my friends there longer than usual. It turned a simple dinner into a whole night activity since we didn't have to find a board game bubble tea cafe to head to afterwards (like we usually do).

Overall Boston Pizza, good call on adding games, I'll definitely be back to play the rest!
