Had dinner here and it was great! Food was pretty good, the highlight was our server Camila who was super helpful and took great care of us all night.could give it 6 stars for service if I could.atmosphere was a little loud.

Worst service ever. Waited for 40 mins for someone to take the order, and then when walking out. The person who got us seated when asked was busy finding out the table # rather than offering us even water.
This is the 3rd time I went to this this location, and the 1st two times, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But honestly, I think they lack customer service experience, and I am definitely not going back to this location.

Worst Boston Pizza location by far. If you want to ruin your day, speak to the assistant manager Hanna who seems to pride herself in her condescending behavior with customers.

We had a mix up with our order, it was all ok. I believe that you have to be patient when the location and staff is busy but when we brought it up to Hanna she started making us feel like it was all our fault. She barely seemed like she wanted to correct the order. We waited at least 45-50 mins for our order to be corrected to arrive again. We were still very patient throughout this interaction. The servers did not even check up once after this mix up to see if everything was OK. Overall horrible experience for a bunch of customers who were very patient. In the end, we obviously did not tip which led to an even worst attitude from the staff on our departure from the store.

We ordered some take out where they were missing items. When I called the store, sure enough I get Hanna on the phone. I spoke to her about the missing items on my order and the entire experience. She started justifying the missing items telling me that this is the way it is supposed to be. Now this was not my first time ordering from Boston Pizza but I didn't find it useful to argue with her. Instead I'm sharing my experience with everyone here.

Been here multiple times. Service is so slow it takes them forever to bring food out. Like we waited an hour and by the time the food came out it was cold this happens all the time.

Disgusting. This place needs a clean top to bottom. Dust on fixtures that sit over tables, fruit flies hanging out on walls, fruit flies flying in your face as you eat. Disgusting. Won’t be back, ever again to a Boston Pizza!

Staff (shout out to Bridget, Lisa, and Melody) and management are very friendly, food is quite good - my personal favorite is the Boston Burger. The restaurant atmosphere is nice. I usually order takeout, using the BP app makes getting my order without any wait. Would like to see the BP app to be able to accept gift cards though (that's my only issue). Overall my experience has been positive. DANNY.

Hats off to our server Liam on Saturday for his great service and food recommendations which were bang on. I really do appreciate his patience as we were trying to figure out what we were going to get. The service was prompt and we didn't have to wait long for our order. Our experience was definitely a positive one.

I hosted my son's birthday party there. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of delicious options to choose from. Everyone had a great time and my son and his friends loved making their own pizzas!

Had such a wonderful time at Boston Pizza! Amazing customer service and fantastic food! Everything was spot on and excellent! Definitely recommend this for anyone and everyone! Family friendly, halal options which is rare but great, warm environment, yummy food, good vibes and just great atmosphere in general! Shoutout to the amazing manager who was also very incredible! Ensured we were having a great time and checking in on us to see all was well! Great hospitality, understanding, heartwarming, professional and very hardworking! WORST EXPERINCE EVER! FROM MANAGEMENT ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE SERVERS! PRETTY RACIST ESTABLISHMENT, REALLY SAD THEY ARE RUINING THE REP OF BOSTON PIZZA. Service was normal in terms of attention and quality. Nothing over the top. Food was typical for a boston pizza. They did have a surprising lack of beer options for mid afternoon. Hopefully that was a one off.

Great food, friendly staff, cold beer! Service started a little slow, but picked up once we got our drinks and food ordered. Friendly GM Steve checked in on us a couple of times and appreciated the efforts this restaurant has done to keep customers safe (heated patio, set up in bar).

I went here for bday! The service is amazing! The food is really tasty! It's affordable too! I love it Herr and kids can eat free for the whole March month if an adult spends over 17$! My sister loves ️to eat her with her friend!

I would recommend this place to anyone. The service we received from sever Roxanne was second to none. She was extremely patient with us and brought our food drinks to us extremely quick. She was professional and welcoming through our entire dinning experience at Boston Pizza. It is clearly evident that she cares about every customer that walks through the front door. Additionally while dining i noticed Roxanne dealing with a very rude and impatient customer. Even when spoken to in a demeaning manner, Roxane remained calm, composed and compassionate towards the female. She did everything in her power to make sure the female had a pleasant experience, even though it appeared impossible to achieve. 10/10 thanks Roxane

Our waitress was extremely rude and was giving us attitudes from the beginning. Not only that the service was extremely slow and even our food took a while to come and it was cold. Even then I tipped her $10 which in my opinion was still very generous knowing how terrible the service was but then she started questioning us why we tipped her so low and started being super disrespectful. If i dont get good service or food then i’m not going to give you a high tip simple as that i should NOT be questioned about it. Complained about it to the manager but seemed like she did not care and did not even apologize. Never had any experience like this before at any restaurant it was absurd. Never retuning to this location again.

Horrible service a few months ago. Saw server twice and we were there at midnight with very little customers. We were there for a total of what 2 hours? Didn’t ask if we wanted refills. Didn’t ask how our food was. It was like we were at McDonald’s sitting down. Given brunt wings.so much attitude from these servers when told food was burnt

I have only never given a tip twice in my life

This was the second time cause the service was that bad

Server threw the receipt at our table when she saw it - there has to be something mentally wrong with a person to still expect a tip for that bad of service

Called to make sure the patio was open. They said yes and it was warm. Arrived and at first, they tried to tell me it was booked for a group. No heaters on at all. Then they said, the manager didn't want to open the patio. Won't be going back. Bring me and my friend all the way here then tell us no.

Plus in the past, the Pasta was super dry.

The servers are very friendly. Even with a mask on you could still see their smiles on their faces. Service was a little slow but I went with a big group. Most Boston Pizza's I've been to before didn't have the best food but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my dish at this location. I ordered the shrimp linguine and it came with garlic bread. I added cheese on it. It was extremely filling and delicious! Would come back again if I was in the area and with a big group again.

Server was rude, full of attitude, no respect for customer at all. We were group of 6 families with 18 people in total with kids. We got two servers for our group one server was super nice, extremely helpful, calmn listener, very polite and was above and beyond in providing prompt service while another one thought that we are there for free food. She had no respect at all whatsoever, she didn't answered our Qs while taking orders neither was ready to accept our BP app offers at first place which comes with regular order food. Absolutely didn't provided any service as simple as giving glass of water to the people she was assigned to serve, she on purpose neglected us in service which was obvious from her behavior. Overall very very disappointing dine-in experience which any customer would imagine of. FINALLY WE HAD TO SPEAK WITH THE MGNR ABOUT THIS ISSUE SO THAT IT DOESN'T GET REPEATED WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS IN FUTURE. RESTAURANT IS A SERVICE INDUSTRY AND PEOPLE EXPECT POLITENESS AND GOOD BEHAVIOR FROM ALL RESTAURANT STAFF OTHER THAN GOOD FOOD. SO GUYS BE POLITE WITH ALL YOUR CUSTOMER NXT TIME PLS. Horrible. Ordered on Skip the Dishes and my spaghetti noodles were soft and soggy. Reminded me of when my mom used to pack Mr. Noodles in my Thermos for school and the noodles soaked up all the hot broth and got soggy. If I had dentures I might have enjoyed this meal but it definitely was not what I was expecting.

I had to throw it out and didn’t even get a full refund. I quit this location years ago because all my visits were disappointing and I swore I’d never give it another chance. But I visited other locations in other cities and towns and the dishes I had there were actually very good. Thought I’d try my favourite from this location and of course I was disappointed again.

I’m done for good with the Ajax location.

Nice environment but food wasn't tasty at all, the small sized steak tasted very blunt and dry, the quinoa brown rice blend was tasteless and the vegetables looked cooked from frozen. Way overpriced.

Honestly was a horrible service other than the lady who sat us down from there it was all down hill, the waiter came to take our drink orders and I asked what they have thats non-alcoholic as they only gave us one menu and it was being used by the person in the party he he told me to look at the back of the menu. He did not seem like he wanted to even serve us he was rude and abrupt. We ordered our food and the pizza looked like it was reheated and brought out it wasnt even hot and just barely warm. When I asked for a refill of just the classic lemonade he brought me out the unicorn lemonade which taste horrible so I advised him that's not what I asked for and before he fixed the issue he moved onbto another guest. He finally brings me back a classic lemonade with hair and dirt in it when he takes it back and brings a new one for me he slammed it down on the the table. The entire time not once were we approached to see if everything was okay or needed anything and when he finally did we were done eating waiting for a bill. Would not recommend this place and will not be back!

Horrible and lethargic service, we were there on Sunday evening with kids, the server was so slow in delivering food and when food came there were no cutlery, awful experience. Food was so salty and had a hair but there was no one to hear us out as server was inside all the time, with 3 kids could not wait any longer to get a food replacement. Had ordered drink refill with someone cleaning table since our server was inside all the time and that came after the bill was settled. Never ever going to this BP location.

Before I begin I want to say the manager and our hostess were really courteous and kind.

However the experience was an accumulation of bad things. We went at 7: 20 on Canada Day, we were told to wait 45 minutes but ended up waiting more. Not too much of a problem.

When we sat we asked about the halal chicken but they were out and only had wings. After an hour or so waiting, it didn't make sense to leave. We decided to stay and see other options.

After ordering, the waitress came back to tell me that we were out of mushroom for my pasta. No problem. Ordered green peppers. She came back and said they were out of that too. Ended up just keeping my spinach and shrimp. They close at 2am and they were already out of mushroom and green peppers at an establishment that serves Italian food!

Food arrived, cutlery was forgotten. When all of us had gotten food, some of it was partially cold, like when you take it out of the microwave. The spinach dip was excellent but the bread that came with it felt stale. The garlic bread was good. However, my pasta was glutenwise so they omitted the side of garlic bread on my dish. Not a problem.

It got a little chilly and we asked for the patio heater to be turned on. Guess what, they were out of propane.

And the whole time we didn't get our glasses refilled until we asked.

Eventually we had enough so we asked the hostess who brought the assistant manager. She compensated us very well for our trouble.

Finally the bill arrived. We quickly paid but realized they ended up charging us extra for the mushroom that they didn't have. It was only $1.50 something so we just left it.

Thing is, I wouldn't pay $10 for the boring pasta that I paid $22 for, but the experience is what counts. But, there was no experience at all except inconveniences.

Was nice to sit on the patio. Went to meet up for a meeting waited 20 minutes and had to ask for a drink no one came around to ask what we wanted to ear for about an hour and never asked once it we would like our drinks refilled. Nice place buy the service was not there on this day.

It’s always fun being at Boston, no matter what location is it. I personally feel this place is worth spending money. Customer service is awesome here, with great food n environment.

Horrible service. Wasn't that busy they took forever to serve us and forever to bring the food out, considering we have kids. When the food did get out half of it was barley warm. The server didn't come back to ask if we needed anything. They had no kids menus and or ice cream. They could have told us the dessert situation before we ordered.
Worst location we've been too.

Unbelievable and unacceptable. I just ordered a double pineapple and bacon crumble pizza and got a pineapple and pepperoni pizza instead and instead of just acknowledging that they made a mistake they ignored my calls and locked the store. Boston pizza lost my business for good.

Hit or miss.depending on day I think due to customer demand.sometimes food is not consistent. I ordered the pizza, and it was kind of soggy, but I have been here before and it is usually okay.

If its possible to do a minus this is what this restaurant would get. 2 managers served us that means we should have had good or great service nope it was the worst. We had to tell them 4 times all the pops were flat, they never came to check on us after they dropped off our food. Under the covid rules its 4ppl per table we were 4ppl plus a 2 year old in a high chair and we still had to sit up. Nachos were burnt. Overall experience total waste of money never again.

Boston Pizza always has good food in my experience with the chain. I came to pick up a Skip order and everything was fine, my only complaint was that there was no one at the front or anyone even in eyesight of the door so another woman and I stood for around 5ish minutes before someone noticed we were there.

My family and I ate at BP frequently. During the pandemic we haven't been dining out, but I received a special offer through DoorDash, so thought i'd take the chance. Both my husband and I ordered pasta, he had ravioli, i had fettucini. Both pastas were an odd texture, perhaps overcooked, but not enjoyable, we ate what we could; we were hungry. When the driver arrived BP didn't have any record of our order, so he had to wait a considerable time for them to cook the food, but they forgot to add a side dish that i'd ordered. The order was about 15 minutes late. I went online to get in touch with DoorDash, but they were busy and not answering. The bolognese sauce on my pasta was spicy - why on earth do restaurants feel the need to add spice to even the simplest of dishes? I have taste buds and want to taste my food. My husband ordered a slightly spiced pasta dish that was milder than my bolognese! Not impressed, won't be rushing out to BP after the pandemic lulls and won't be ordering through door dash again, this is the second time i've tried them and the second time restaurant didn't have any record of my order.

Unfortunately did not meet our expectations. Haven't been to a BP in a long time but we were quite disappointed with the food quality given the price of pizzas.

Just ordered 2 meals and 2 starters through Uber eats. One starter was the bandera bread which felt like it was sitting for quite some time and we were not given the sauce that it is supposed to come with. One meal was the chicken pecan salad that is supposed to come with ranch dressing. I asked for extra ranch dressing and the salad was sent with caesar dressing and no extra. This is my favourite meal here so I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. The salad did not taste good with caesar dressing and it was quite dry because there was not enough.

All staff are friendly and courteous. It’s amazing when you arrive and they know the table, Drink and food you like. Matt the Kitchen manager has moved to another location but his replacement is just as good my go to is the Nachos Tossed in Memphis sauce. Thank you Jen, Alicia, Vicky, Liz, Sarah Randy

I went to get take and out and I am so disappointed. We ordered two pastas and sandwich with salad. The salad was a quarter of the actual order size, then we got three small containers for chili flakes and it had half a teaspoon in each souffle cup. What a waste.

Great service (wasn't busy - Monday on a Civic Holiday) and was very accommodating to my daughter and I who are Celiac. My wife hasn't stopped talking about her healthy bowl and my burger was fantastic after a long day. My son didn't like the quesadilla but they switched it out for chicken fingers without question. My wife's order was messed up; she got the wrong dressing put on her salad, which ruined her meal. At the end, the server told my sister that the tip she was leaving was substandard. In response to that, my wife and I gave no tip at all, and we will NEVER go back.

PLUS, there was an auto gratuity for $7.22 on the bill, so she got a tip from us whether we liked it or not! If it's being automatically put on the bill, it's not a tip, it's a FEE! Tipping should be completely voluntary, based on the level and competence of the service rendered, which, in this case, was substandard!

We will never go to ANY Boston Pizza again!

We made a reservation the Hostess said they didn't have it, she was very unwelcoming! We were waiting for the rest of our party, After 15 minutes if being ignored We finally asked another waitress to get us someone to order drinks the Restaurant was not that busy, We will not be back.
