Their timing is not very good, Food was for take out, had to wait a little bit, server, not the sharpest.

Purchased a $100 e gift card to use at the restaurant. Server and management didn’t know how to redeem the gift card. So a little frustrated that I spent $100 on Gc then had to spend another $140 because they didn’t know how to accept the gift card. Maybe they should learn how to accept that type of payment

We go here on the regular with our kids especially since we have the kids cards. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful, approachable and kind when needing anything. The food is always cooked very well and have never had any issues. The only complaint I would have is with the bathrooms as I find they are not kept very well and could use a refresh.

But other than that I would definitely recommend it for the family.

I really enjoyed our dinner. We each had something different so we could share have a small buffet. Everything was really good the pasta wasn't mushy and the pizza wasn't soggy! Don't forget Dessert! Enjoy your visit!

They advertised that for September 2023 kids eat free when you spend over $16 per adult… dropped $80 on drinks, pizza and apps but still had to pay for the freaking kids meals. Joke.

Just came for drinks. Thanks to the bartender the night I was there. Great service. I really don't mind eating here. The dip appetizer is delicious. The burgers are tasty. I don't mind the mix drinks. I just wouldn't get the personal pizza. Seems a little small. But that's what sizes are for. Just stick to the bigger ones.

We were passing through Orillia after hiking Springwater Provincial Park. We were looking for another place but couldn't find it so we thought we'd give Boston Pizza a try. The bar side was what we were feeling so we had a pint of beer and split an app and meal. The meal was good and the lady serving us was a pro. People make a big difference in places like this. Thank you for the good experience.

Terrible service i ordered a pizza and a drink and ranch sauce.didn’t get the drink or ranch sauce.the delivery lady said someone would bring it to me.then i called and i got 4$ store credit.horrible experience

The server katie was great but waiting for 40 minutes for a overcooked burger and the burger was the flattest burger ever

Went in while waiting for my wife in emergency at hospital. Watched the Canada /Sweden hockey game. Waitress was prompt and was checking to make sure all was good

They force the servers to cough up a 3rd of their earnings to the kitchen every day. It's not the server's job to pay their kitchen staff properly. My friend was doing a great job (or so they would tell her all the time!). They immediately expected her to handle a full dining room by herself with next to no training, and she would, with flying colours! Then she got sick (it's flu season!) And they fired her for it. From repeatedly telling her that she's doing great, to chopping her unexpectedly for legitimate health reasons.   If they would fire a good performer over their health then they are the worst kind of people with inhuman expectations. It doesn't get more 2 faced than that. They don't care about their staff, they don't communicate properly about any issues, and they're not interested in helping thier staff grow or succeed. A deep, painful, and lifelong shame on the management of this location.

If I could give -5, I would. Terrible, terrible food. My husband and I can only regret the experience and swear to never eat in here or any branch, ever again. The chicken on the salad was still cold. The boneless chicken wings were chicken nuggets smothered in sauce. The french onion soup is saltier that iodized salt i have at home. The veggies with the steak were previously frozen and was thawed in a hurry. The steak was impossibly dry. We just wished we just went into a convenience store to buy some bites. Good thing there was a timmies close by, which we are also not a fan of, but at that time, they had the most glorious coffee and tim bits. I could not commend the service either. Just horrific experience at its most.

The food was pretty good, standard for Boston Pizza. Service was good, we would go back, Boston Pizza is ok

Had a retirement lunch recently with a small group. We sat outside on the patio and had a great lunch. Food was great and the service couldn’t have been better. Thanks Sheila. Highly recommend it.

Worst Boston pizza experience. Was there a week ago for lunch and had to wait approximately 45 minutes just for some thai chicken bites and nachos. Understandable that the staff was short as it looked but there were literally couple people sitting on the bar and then it was us dining in the patio. The host was super nice but food was not as good. I asked my thai chicken bites to be extra spicy but they were so damn sweet.

It was a night out with my Grandson. The 7 year old insisted on on a pizza night and I was looking for a "dine-in" option. My first time at Boston Pizza. In my opinion, the pizza lacked real flavour. The service was good, but the pizza needed a little "bling".

Very frustrated by our experience at this location. We arrived just before 7pm and it appeared to be a relatively slow night despite being a Saturday. Appetizers took more than 45 minutes to be delivered. When we asked about the delay she told us that power had gone out and they were trying to figure out which meals had been prepared. Which is fine, but a heads up would have been appreciated. When our dinner finally came 3 out of 4 meals were barely above room temperature. One of us gave up and ate it anyway. It took our waitress 20 minutes to check on us and then another 20 minutes for the re-fire to be delivered, by which point we had to ask for take out containers because everyone else had finished their meals. Drinks were not promptly filled and I ended up drinking my husband's water because she had not checked on us or noticed that drinks needed to be filled. Our waitress did not apologize for the issues with service or our food.
I suspect the root issue was a staffing one (i.e, they were short-staffed and expected to be slowing for the night), and I'm sure the waitress was doing the best she could. That said, it was disappointing that service and food were both so far below expectations with no acknowledgement of the issues.

Beyond disappointed and frustrated with our delivery order last night. The first red flag was that the pizza box was completely soaked on top from her walking from her car to the apartment building in the rain. I brought the food up and started unpacking it. Not one thing that we ordered was even warm. The cactus chips were soggy and sunk to the bottom of the cardboard box they came in. Not worth the $12.29 that's for sure! The chicken wings were dried out, cold and had no sauce on them. The pizza and the Pandera bread were also cold. Why a insulated pizza delivery bag was not used is beyond me.

Kids menu isn't bad not a huge fan of the dining room ambiance. But they setup highchairs like no other. Good for kids.

I am shocked at how this place has such a high review count.

My waitress was useless, I had to order my drinks twice as she forgot them the first time, plus what I wanted wasn't available, took over 20 minutes to order my food, we didn't all get served at same time, 2 meals were 30 minutes apart, so wonderful to see my kids upset that we got our food and not them, plus some of my food came raw.

My first time as a family being able to go out in months, my first day off work in months and I finally get to go out with my family and that is my experience.

Ordering drinks twice, being forgotten about, not having my food all served at once and 30 minute wait times between some of our order and raw food.

2 hours of my life totally wasted, I will never go to this place again ever, infact I will likely never go to another Boston Pizza again and will be sharing this day with all I know to avoid this place.

My entire order should have been free after all that, but it wasn't and I was still nice enough to give that horrible waitress a tip when she deserved nothing for that, first time in my life that I didn't want to tip a waiter and I tip very nicely too.

I gave my one child my food and starved on the drive home, what a great way to end my day out with my family.

Edit: now one of my children is having bowel distress, probably that raw food.

No idea what the deal is with this place, took forever to get my drink and to make my food order and the food wasn't even that good, fries were undercooked, how do you mess up French fries?

Not a fan of that waitress I had, will be requesting a different one if I ever go there again and I likely won't all considering.

Good atmosphere, good food, terrible service from kitchen - 45 minutes for 6 chicken wings and fries.

Picked up a large and a small pizza. Almost fell over when they said $67.94 but paid it. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Frozen box pizza would have been better. Gave it 1 star as zero wasn't a choice.

The pizza was good. Don’t get pasta tho. Very bad sauce. Cheaper to just open your own can of ragu at home lol. The waitress was very nice.

The place is called Boston Pizza because Detroit Pizza didn't work out so well during the Beta. "Yo, you wanna get DP? " "Uhhhh. No thanks, man. "

The worst Boston Pizza location we ever been to. Terrible customer service, rude and racist front host. The host offered us a table after over 10 minutes of waiting, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. The table was disgusting and was not cleaned. We had to ask her to clean it four times and she kept insisting it was cleaned. There was visible bread crumbs and drink spills on it.

When we asked for a manger, a supervisor shows up with a smirk. When I explained to him what had occurred, he kept nodding with the same smirk, at that time I informed him that we don't feel welcome and thinking to leave, he said with the same smirk sounds good. Completely ignorant. We were a family of six and the experience was the most horrible.

I will give them zero star review if available.

Never again.

Follow up:
The restaurant manager called me and I explained to him the incident again, he became defensive then offered me a credit, instead of an apology. I rejected the credit. This explains what kind of employees he has. He made the experience even worse.

Was a bit upset that they had no burgers but the beef sandwich was OK. Place was clean, waitress was super friendly!

We were two of a group of 24 friends. Our orders were taken promptly and we got our drinks. Then the food started arriving and everyone (except one) were pleased with the presentation, the taste, and the variety of meals that we received. I had the small Italian pizza and my wife had a baked salmon dish and both of us were very pleased and enjoyed our meals; most people had some to take home. A very good experience, Boston Pizza has not been on our map recently but I am going to make sure we go again soon.

Had the Tuesday pasta special. The meat was cool so I asked that the kitchen reheat the dish. Fast, friendly service. Meat pasta was good

Great food and service! Shiela is a great bartender on the sports side. Highly recommend this spot.

One of the few places that was still open after a late movie and so glad it was. Service was friendly but a little slow considering there weren’t many tables at that time of night. The bun of my sandwich was a little too toasted and dry but overall food was satisfactory for two hungry bellies.

Dont say your open when your closed, like if your business hours say your open you should be open or change your hours to acupuncturly reflect when your open.

Delivery arrived after having sat at the restaurant (clearly). Wings were half tossed in Buffalo and the other half was instead tossed in the "dip" selection.

Pasta dish was okay but not fantastic. Would not order takeout again from this location.

Well I tried the pizza tonight and boy I wuz very disappointed. I asked for thin crust and it wuz far from thin, it wuz not cooked properly for the crust wuz still raw. The sauce has no flavor. I told the waitress this and it wuz still on my bill. The other members in my party had the boneless chicken wings and I have to say that is the only thing that has flavor and ok to eat, the vegetables you get with your wings are not fresh!

Had the Hawaiian Royale pizza, it was pretty good but I am a wimp when it comes to heat so to me it was a bit spicy. Jordan was our waiter and he was awesome! Very friendly and attentive!

This Boston Pizza is great with families. They are so accommodating with small kids and really do provide great service.
