Boston Pizza

We had pizza on the patio on a beautiful evening. Food was good and very friendly servers.

We were a group of 8. My wife is a celiac, they made her an awesome pasta meal gluten free. It was pasta with cream sauce, shrimp, and mushrooms. She really enjoyed it.
The service was very good for all of us. All of our group had good comments about the food and service.

It's not often that I get a steak cooked exactly as I like. The cook here absolutely nailed it. Service was great and the atmosphere was very nice.

I went to the Smiths Falls one, they like to rush people in then out. Stop eating for a minute or two was ask if I wanted to take it to go. I said no and they did the same thing when I was having my dessert. Kept getting ask if that is everything and if I wanted to take anything to go, I was like no thank you. Ended up getting the galaxy fishbowl drink, it was awful, second drink was so strong, it was horrible. It was a bad experience being rushed and given such poor quality food. The hamburger had no toppings, and gave 6 onion rings, it was a three dollar up charge for the onion rings. Holly you need to have patience and understand what good quality food looks like. Will not be going back at all.

This is by far the best restaurant in the area. This is one of the best restaurants in the region period. Great food and wonderful service. The staff are extremely friendly and although the food is a bit expensive you get what you pay for. In addition the portions are huge and the food is so delicious. I usually attend here on my own but it has a great family atmosphere as well. I usually order the lunch menu and the food is very good. The waiter was really customer centered in her approach and added to the positive experience of dining there.

There is always plenty of free parking and although the restaurant is busy at most times the food service is fast. I have done takeout a few times and it has been amazing with quick service. I prefer the dine in option but both area great at this restaurant.

OVERALL I GIVE THIS RESTAURANT AN 10 OUT OF 10.

I was able to visit the restaurant recently with friends and I had a great time. I like all the selections on the menu. This place is a bit expensive and is not really for people who are looking for a cheap meal. But if you are in the mood for some tasty food and a fun filled atmosphere you should visit this restaurant.

Been having so many issues with this restaurant for a while.but this was the end for me.

To start with, me and my boyfriend just recently visited to dine in and while it’s never usually busy, it was a little bit busy as it was 6pm on a Sunday and the hostess told us they were short staff. That’s fine we can wait. Our 15 min wait was actually 35minutes and after driving down from Ottawa we were very hungry. Once we were sat down people started to leave and the restaurant started to disperse more, making us hopeful we’d be served quickly. After our starter spinach dip arrived, the waitress who delivered it just dropped it on our table without saying a single word to us and just turned to walk away. We were given no napkins, utensils or plates at all. I had to stop her to ask for napkins, as it’s the only thing that came out my mouth. She turned around without saying anything and gave me a dirty look before leaving and returning shortly to drop a giant stack of napkins on our table like it was an inconvenience to her. She did not apologize or ask if we were missing anything else. Just dropped them off and left. After we finished a very poorly thrown together spinach dip because we were starving, we were left to our own again. No one came to check up on us and ask if we were doing ok, ask about our drinks if we needed a refill or anything. I would have even appreciated if anyone had came up to us and said “I’m very sorry for the wait, thanks for hanging in your food should be out soon” but we were abandoned by the staff. I noticed multiple other parties had been abandoned by staff as well and overhead people complaining. At this point it’s 645/650pm and it was not busy aside from the tables still waiting like us, I saw at least 4 waitresses and management walking around. No excuse for us to be neglected. When we finally received our food at about 7/705pm we did not receive an apology for the long wait, I had to ask again for utensils as the waitress was ready to leave and then we never saw anyone again until we needed our bill. We were treated like inconveniences when we did see a staff member, and ignored for the rest of the night when they left. After finishing our meal at 730, having arrived at 550, the only people still in the restaurant were parties that had arrived around the same time as us, other than that it was dead. I have no idea why they treated us this way I was appalled and upset, disrespected and tired. A horrible way to end our date night.

Went out for my friends birthday dinner; got greeted by the lovely host Neavah who was so sweet & well spirited, our waitress Holly was so thoughtful and sweet, food was so good, overall the experience was AMAZING!
Will be coming back! Thank you for taking your New Years

We came for dinner for my daughters birthday and was greeted by a lovely host Neavah who was so pleasant and friendly. Then our server Holly, was attentive, happy and relaxed which made our night. Food and drinks were great but the service was outstanding.
Thank you for working on a holiday! We will be back.

Ridiculous! Drive from Kingston with my wife to go to this meet and greet they had with the alumni players! Paid 30.00 for a buffet we didn’t even get! Had to wait in line 20 mins for a disgusting drink at the bar, it was disorganized and we came to a point where we just left! Waste of time! Waitress staff was useless! WONT EVER COME BACK WONT EVER RECOMMEND! NEGATIVE STARS!

The lunch menu was just right for lunch. I had the spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread. Very tasty.

Medium two pizza "take out special" came to an outrageous $63+ and that included the buy one get one half off discount! Waited, unacknowledged at front desk for 20 min and there were only 2-3 tables in use. Do not recommend.

First experience here, menu definitely needs some updating. Prices on the menu do reflect the price on the receipt. Moosehead is advertised as tall can, you get a bottle. A Few dishes we ordered are 3-4 dollars more than advertised. However we had no complaints on food or service, was quick and friendly.

Waited way too long to get any service.watched 3 waitresses gather and look at us 4 different times over 10 minutes.our club sandwiches both had lettuce with toonie sized black, not brown spots.

Good spot for kids. Decent kids menu and selection of desserts and fun drinks. There is also a bar side with several TVs for sports. Our server was fantastic and the service was quick! We had no problem getting a table and were greeted almost immediately to offer drinks. The entire restaurant was very clean and you could tell they sanitize well between customers. All around good experience and I would certainly return.

We are a family that enjoys Boston pizza 1) the kids loves their food and our little man has a peanut allergy and Boston Pizza is great for that. Tonight, we are attending the illusion show here in Smith Falls and we went to Boston Pizza for supper. I chose the The Carnivore pasta. It got to us fairly quickly, unfortunately the personal medditeranian pizza my wife ordered without mushroom came with mushrooms on it and my pasta came with really cold meatballs. Our server took the plate back and returned with the same food after simply reheating it. It was still not hot and frankly by then, my meal had lost its appeal. They also charged me 1$ for hot sauce.is this a joke? They knew I wasn't happy still and yet, they didn't offer a discount (at least don't charge me a dollar for hot sauce!). Needless to say, I'll never go back to this location.

The shrimp Alfredo was the worst I've ever had. The waitress was good. The door greeter seems like a knob head, asking me if I have covid symptoms as if I was entering a hospital.

As per always, a great, friendly and delicious experience. All safety protocols were clearly utilized and in place for the care of both staff and patrons.

So we were passing by Smith falls and stopped here to eat, I asked the waitress that how much time will it take for the pizza and she said 15 to 20mins.it took 25 mins for the wings and about 45 mins to serve us the pizza lol we had to be somewhere.the food quality and taste was not so bad.

Boston pizza is always a good choice, I wish they had some healthier options on their menu but definitely a great place to watch a sports game

That was the worst money I have ever spent.
The fry's were soggy, the ribs tasted like ground meat glued to the bone or something similar to a microwave meal, the buffalo chicken fingers had to have been fake. I will never order from BP's again. The cake was good though.

Ordered 2 Big Dipper meals. Neither of the lids on the hot dipping sauce were sealed by the time our food was delivered so the sandwich and fries of both meals were soggy and wet. Needless to say the food wasn't very good on this occasion. The dipping sauce should probably be in a separate small bag in order to not have this problem in the future.

1st and last time buying the royal Hawaiian. Has to be the worst tasting Hawaii pizza I've ever had that I can remember in 30 years. Slimy oily, dripping so called sauce flavour additive that lingers on the taste buds until you can wash it down.
There was no rush and pizza was tried within a minute of it coming out of the oven.
Do yourself a favour and spend $32 for a medium some where like a grocery store frozen boxed pizza and a 6pack beer and you'll be better off for it.
