We went for my in laws anniversary Saturday.great service from Jamy and the food was fantastic. All round great experience.

I had a great dining experience with Cora. She was very friendly and helpful. Provided fast service and good recommendations.

LOVE THIS RESTAURANT AND LOCATION! Always such good service, food comes fairly quick, servers are so nice! 10/10 recommend

Went out for my friend Rubys birthday. There was this server named Eric, he was the life of the party and served us super well. I don’t have enough good things to say about this guy. Only thing I would add to the bar is a second Cole Webster.

Visited from out of town with my brother and friends. Great time, great food and great waiter Hari. Definitely enjoyed

Visited with my fiancé and a couple friends. Hari was our waiter, he was very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our dinner, the service and definitely recommend it!

As any other Boston Pizza. Friendly staff. But their Classsic Nachos should have more cheese, so if you are a cheese lover, for sure, ask for extra cheese.

A slow evening at BP…took too long to order. I almost left. The food was hot and tasty and the server pleasant. Not my best experience at a BP.

Music was a little too loud, they forgot to give napkins knives and forks but the wait staff was super friendly!

I give 3 stars for the food, no complaints for the food, food was great.
My issue was the service, service was awful, we had a female server and she didn't acknowledge us until after 20 mins, at that time we knew what we wanted to eat so we ordered our drinks and food at once bc we did not want to wait longer then what we should have.
She forgot to bring the kids drinks out with there meals
Forgot my drink by then we were ready to leave and she was like oh its been sitting at the bar did you want me to get you your drink by then I just wantted the bill, awful awful serviceshe was

Would not recommend this location.
We waited over an hour for our food when there was a total of 4 tables in use inside the restaurant. I can’t imagine what it would be like when the restaurant is actually busy. We then, again, had to wait another 15 minutes for our bill and take out containers.
Never again we will visit this location.

I usually like eating here but today we waited a long time and my chicken sandwich had cartilage all through it and I couldn’t even chew through it. Absolutely disgusting and I’m never coming back.

This is the second time my granddaughter and myself have been here. Each time we tried something different. Between the food and the wonderful service it was amazing. We are already planning the next visit.

Very disappointed with our experience this evening. The service was extremely slow, which we were understanding about, as I know most places are struggling to get enough staff right now. My husband ordered the Memphis chicken. He took about 2 bites before he hit a layer of something that he couldn’t even chew through it was so rubbery. I mentioned it to the server when she asked how everything was. She did not remove it from our bill. When I asked about it, she said she would talk to the manager, she came back with a new bill, with half of the entree price removed. The chicken was so disgusting my husband is completely turned off, and I’m completely turned off by the customer service. It’s disappointing because my daughter loves it here!

The food was served fresh and the servers was friendly. I wish that the bar area had better lighting.

We had a lovely time at Boston Pizza yesterday. The only drawback I felt was the price point. We went for lunch and for 1 iced tea, some water and 2 salads, we left with a $60 bill. I'm sorry but in what world is rabbit food up to $60. There was no steak or lobster within these salads so we felt that the price point for salad was a bid much. One could say order something else but given our diet restrictions and wanting to keep it healthy, salads were our best bet.still we are talking rabbit food here. Overall though the service and embiance was great and overall we still do appreciate Boston Pizza as the salads were very good

Food was fine. Typical chain restaurant. Service seemed a bit off though. Perhaps staff struggling after re-open, or short staffed

Everything was excellent. Food, drinks, service were excellent. Place was clean. No complaint at all. I rarely bad experience at any Boston Pizza.
