The floors were extremely disgusting. Dirty with food on the floor that the waitresses kept walking past.

I dropped into dine at Boston Pizza the other night with family and had an excellent experience. Gabrielle served us, and she was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable of the menu. She made great recommendations, suggesting the Thai chicken wrap and a cold glass of Keith's. Gabrielle was definitely the highlight of our experience! Will be back!

Boston Pizza is always dependable. We were a group of four plus a toddler. The staff was super helpful and attentive. We enjoyed our food, the atmosphere, and the live music.

Eric jones is the best employee in the place by far best Boston pizza when he’s working! But no twisted tea!?

We made reservations here for a big family dinner of nearly 20 people, the restaurant did an outstanding job accommodating us. They helped us to serve a great birthday cake, delicious meals, and the servers were super friendly all around. They even let us come in a little early to decorate our table.

Really appreciate their stuff for all their help as we celebrated our special day!

Great service! One plate came out a bit later than the rest and our server waived the cost of that plate. I've seen plenty of late plates at other restaurants but the cost has never been waived. Thanks BP Owen Sound! We don't get to eat here too often but we always appreciate the great service.

It was good. The drinks were good but a bit weak. Other than that it was fun and the pizza is good. Waitress was awesome

Four of us went for a family birthday dinner, but had the most disappointing dinner ever. Pasta Tuesday is just a ripoff, when the Baked 7-cheese ravioli doesn’t even fill the plate, and the Hungry Carnivore had NO Italian sausage in it. My son had to ask, and received a bowl of sausage to add to it! The honey garlic sauce on the wings smelled bad. The soft drinks were watered down. The Holiday Feature menu Ribeye meatloaf stack dinner was the only one with no complaint, but then we realized after we left that we didn’t get the Ferrerro Rocher chocolates that came with it.
We are usually big BP fans, but this dinner was a huge disappointment.

The spinach artichoke dip we had was amazing good taste the bread was a perfect accompaniment the big dipper I had was good and the spaghetti my girlfriend got was great as well they were very quick in seating us and getting our menus and drinks our waitress who was only their for two weeks at the time was amazing

Snacks and beers during football game. Calamari was terrible! Like ends and bits. We ordered Nachos, and chose BBQ chicken as our protein. BBQ sauce was sweet and spoiled overall plate.

Staffs were very friendly. They knew what they served and also help in selecting food if you are there for 1st time or even if you want to try something new. Moreover, their menu is not limited and you get a lot of varieties to choose from. Must try for taste, ambience and cheerful staff.

Except that they’ll keep us waiting for the food, everything else was good. I suggest them to change the hand sanitizer it was very sticky.

I met 4 other ladies here for a ladies night out. Great food. Great conversation. Great prices.

Items were missing from our take out order, didn’t find out till we got home. It was a special night off from cooking, very disappointing food! I can easily make a better meal! Won’t be returning, sorry! This was my third attempt at Bp and my last! If I wanted frozen box food I would just go to M & M

Delish! However, the server forgot our apps, and we called in advance to make sure our birthday people would get sung to (we were told it would happen- which is why we chose BP in the first place) and it didn't happen. We were disappointed in the service, but the food never disappoints.

Food is always acceptable. Its good for a large group when you can't agree on what to get. Safe. They seemed to be keeping things clean and sanitized for covid precautions. No issues.

I am glad that they were able to pull up customer service in even Covud situation. We were there away from our town. It was nice meeting locals. Friendly environment and people.

It's a decent enough place, the people are friendly the food is average I mean it is what you would expect it to be. But really this is a place you go because everybody else is going there, they're real specialty is groups durring sports events.

Service was good, a bit overwhelming at times as they are trying to get business back to normal from covid which was understandable.

Got the MVB Burger and it was amazing. Burger was juicy and fries were super. Staff were also super friendly and helpful.

Great we all brought doggy bags home.
The hamburger was incredibly fantastic.
Nick our waiter was more than accommodating.

Good food, great staff. Pricing on some things is a little higher then we would like as we're a family of three. But the kids meal portions are large at a great price.

This place is always a good time at a reasonable price my favourite thing on the menu would have to be the ribs yes I know it's a pizza place but the wings are half price on Tuesday and that is such an awesome deal
