Ordered salad with chicken breast and burger with fries for take out. Got home and had 4 spaghetti and meatball dinners instead! Called back about mixup and they offered to deliver the correct meal. Finally arrived and still incorrect. No chicken breast with dinner after paid for.terrible costly mistakes you are making BP!

Runs a "Moseys Southern BBQ" ghost kitchen from this location. Ontop of all the nonsense that comes with, the food was overpriced, cold, and inedible. I paid 20$ for basically a hotdog bun with lettuce and dog food on it. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service last night at Boston Pizza. Came in and was seated right away, but then waited 20 minutes for someone to come take our drinks. Finally after another 20 minutes they finally brought out the drinks then our food another 15 minutes but we got no side plates no condiments not even a single napkin! And when we asked for a dipping sauce and napkins it was never brought. No one came back to ask us for a refill and we had to go and grab ketchup off of a different table and it wasn’t until I asked to see a manager twice! That the waitresses started talking to each other and kept pointing to our table, which I found very rude, and finally asked us how our food is and if anything is Wrong but we saw them talking photos in the back on their phones and walking past our table over and over just texting, the whole time instead of serving us or anything. The food was also terrible and dry so I would highly not recommend this place stuff is terrible and so is the management.

There's like two tables and you have to wait 40mins on a Tuesday to get pasta

September 2023 update - sat down at 645pm, and did not get service for 30mins

Restaurant was dirty staff were barely around waited for 25 mins after being seated just to ask for water and a beer.waited near 30 mins for that, then decided to leave.wasn't too impressed

This is such a great location. Taylor, Amy and MacKenzie are the best bartenders! Can't wait to get back!

Had a great dinner last night for my husband's birthday. We were seated quickly and our food came quickly once we ordered. The portions were a good size and the food was delicious.

Bartender Taylor was absolutely great highly recommended coming here to see her especially, great service as always.

I had to change my review. Yesterday (03/30/2023-6: 30pm) I dined in. The hostess that lead myself and my dad to our table was snotty and rude. The pizza was luke warm, doughy, to much cheese, hardly any sauce. It made myself, my dad, and my mom sick from it. We told the waiter, he says in a condescending voice “So it was cold. When I took it, it felt hot”. So the manager comes over asking if they can make a new one, we were sick from the one we had. So she states that next time we come in, it will be better (after this. I don’t think there will be a next time). We have been long time customers. It’s really gone done hill. Anyway, she only gave me 25% off, yet hardly any of the food was eaten. And the pizza is WAY overpriced now. It’s pizza. I am very disappointed. I use to love Boston Pizza. The only thing that wasn’t bad were the ravioli bites.

It's been years since I have been to a Boston Pizza. The food was good and nice variety. Could have been hotter. Some of our meals were steaming, and others were just warm.

What a great experience! We arrived at 10: 30 after the Ticat game on Friday night. We were seated on the patio and the heaters were put on to keep us comfy. Our server, Mackenzie, did a fantastic job. The food was excellent and we were extremely pleased with the service. It seems like we might have been the last customers of the evening but we were not rushed and really appreciated the attention. Worth 5 plus.

An absolute experience of the ol Ancaster Charm. Wednesdays just wouldn't be the same without BPs on the books.

My Boston Size Burger and Fries were generic. The waitress didn't even offer me ketchup and didn't ask how my meal was. The Perogie Pizza seemed tastier. The experience was average.

Our server was fantastic and everything else good just not the sandwich

Server was running around our table with her mask down, yelled to us from across the restaurant twice, once from the bar while making drinks for another table. We waited for quite a long time after we were finished eating for her to stop at our table even though she walked by about 5 times and it was not busy. Finally Brought the bill and debit machine over set it on the table with the bill underneath and then got mad when I told her I had cash, because she was trying to train the other girl. Very unfortunate it was such an obnoxious experience, but the food was great so koodos to the kitchen but we will never come to this location again.

The food was great n so was the service. There was just two men that were definitely intoxicated and ruin me and my boyfriends time.

This location particular is excellent. Clean, great service, good food and a very good atmosphere. Love the new menu items and look forward to even more. McKenzie served me more than a few times and she is excellent. Pleasant service and very personable.

Very slow service, dirty patio and mediocre food. There were two uncleaned tables that I got to look at my entire visit. Only reason for two stars is because the beer was cold. I am local and will not return.

Love this Boston Pizza. Never had a bad experience. The food is delicious. The staff are all fabulous. Amy is absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond for our family!

Great service. Kenzie was friendly and quick. Food was decent, my husband had the Boston-sized burger and I went for the plant based burger. Mine was a little over done, but still tasty. He devoured his!

We went today as a family for a late lunch. Our server Amy was awesome, she took extra care of our daughter who was overheated. There are a handful of servers that I care to have, she is one of them. Thank you!

Sorry, I just stopped in for a glass of wine. I cannot review the food this visit. The service was excellent! Quick, friendly and helpful. I will definitely return for a meal.

It's a standard Boston pizza chain restaurant. Good food. Great patio tho, although they should lose the fake hedges.
Update - giving this an extra star as they updated their tap selection to include a lovely local craft brew.

I've come to this location before and wasn't impressed with the food, however since the Pandemic, it seems they've upped the quality of food and the service is exceptional! I will definitely be coming back

Always good but extra Great during the pandemic, planned and prepared. Takes number, txt you when rdy so you can sit in your car or go to walmart, winners or dollar store while waiting. Food quality is good. Hot, well prepped and plated. Staff are nice and don’t seem like your annoying them. Love the atmosphere. Keep it up!

This is by far one of the best BP locations I've visited. It's a more streamlined Boston Pizza compared to the others. The wait staff are awesome, diligent and sharp. And the food was incredible. It had the feel of a bistro as its a more concise in size than other Boston pizzas. And the patio is INCREDIBLE! Even during winter. Good stuff

Standard chain restaurant. My friend ordered salmon and quinoa she doesn't like quinoa so asked for plain rice it wasn't available so they put a little salad underneath the salmon and charged her full price. I used to love their shrimp tacos but they took them off the menu. It's not my favorite restaurant

Great service, excellent atmosphere and decor. Excellent heated patio. Sports always on the TV, and they will usually put a different game on for you if the one you want to watch isn't already on, plus free UFC PPVs. Food is tasty and great deals on food and drinks for happy hour. It's nice to have a good place nearby to watch the game & have a beer, I will definitely be back again!

Took the family out for dinner the first day everything opened after the second covid lockdown. The resturant was very clean and followed very safe screening protocols. Amy our sever was super cheerful and respectful over our daughter's dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and we will definitly be back.

The staff were friendly. The chicken wings and sweet potato fries arrived quickly and were delicious. Hopefully they can have more than 10 people at a time in the restaurant soon.

The new patio was great. Food was fine. Be was cold. Company was great. This a is a good place to connect with friends on a patio.
