Boston Pizza

Super friendly and fast service. We ordered a large spicy pierogi pizza and spinach dip appetizer. It feeds 3 people perfectly and we still have leftovers.

Message to Management.
The men's washroom is at the point of being disgusting (dinning). When the floor is sticky with urine on the floor you know its time for a new Management.
Get your act togather Clean the bathrooms.and refurbish the bathrooms.to bad because the food is generally good
You should be embarrassed!

We were a group of 40+ on a Saturday evening. We were in and out in just over an hour and a half. Great service! Our waiter was very friendly and efficient.

Went to BP, which I have not done in some time, but I ordered a small spicy perogy pizza. I enjoyed it as I have before. A friend who joined us asked about it. I was hoping to have a BP Royal pizza, but I discovered that it was no longer listed on the menu. The servers were very nice and helpful. I truly felt like we were important.

The pasta came burnt, the brownie came without icecream and its tbe saddest little brownie Ive seen.

Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was good but. It's a loud place but it's to be expected.

Our waiter was great. Very responsive and fast.

Food was good but portions felt a bit small.

We've been here many times and are always impressed. The place is always clean and well spaced. The service is great. We had Allana on our last visit and she was friendly and helpful and made good suggestions from the menu.
BP makes good food, you can't go wrong here.

Food was okey but service was not the best. Not a Boston pizza location that I would visit again, unfortunately.

Chose to go there to watch the hockey game instead of waiting in line an extra 45 minutes to park at the arena.
Can't complain! Great service, lots of screens to watch, and the food was very tasty.

Nice family restaurant. Food isn't fantastic but portions are generous and it's good value for money. The service is very friendly.

Asked to be seated outside. Was told patio was busy. Instead we were seated at a table looking out on the patio with plenty of empty tables. Then ordered my favorite beer only to be told they were all out. Horrible patio dinner experience.

Excellent service. Good menu selection. Great food. Family friendly. My mum ordered a salad and the lettuce had been frozen and they took it off the bill.

Always good food at BP, it was very busy because of the Ottawa Senators having a local game, but even with that, service was fast, food was hot and served quickly.

The location needs a major updating. First thing we noticed before even going inside was that the walkway needed some more mulch. The bathroom was gross and sticky. We were seated and the baby chair brought out very promptly which was appreciated. However nobody told our server that we were seated in our section so we waited awhile before anyone came over. The server was very nice, helpful and quick. I got the new honey dill chicken sandwich. It was really tasty however that sauce is way too runny. More like a salad dressing then a sauce. My wife was really disappointed that they took sun dried tomatoes off the menu for pizzas. It was a good enough experience however we won't go back until the building gets an update as it's getting quite dingy.

I ordered the pasta with salmon, it was edible but nothing awesome.
Pizza is average good.

The food was perfection. The service was so unfriendly that it was almost funny. Maybe she was having a bad day, but really.don't take it out on your patrons.

Very disappointed tonight with the lack of service. Arrived about 7: 10 PM and asked for a high Top table. The hostess took us to one! My son and I waited patiently for 10 minutes with no service. A server then came and informed us our table was reserved! We were also waiting for to others to arrive. My son and I left! We went to another restaurant. We frequent this Boston Pizza weekly! Now not for awhile at least!

We really like Boston pizza normally however the kanata location was terrible. Disappointed with the service, the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Wouldn’t go back again.

Went for late night snacks and to watch the UFC fights. Lots of screens set up on both the bar and dinning room sides. Friendly service.

I give 4 stars mostly for the service. It was awesome and I love the way they take care of the kids. The waitress was just awesome. We had chicken wings and they were not great. There was way too much sauce and the sauce itself wasn't great. But again, amazing service

I have always love BP. But boy were we disappointed tonight. We ordered the Memphis burger with cactus cut potatoes. There was no sauce on the chicken. It was plain and just not good.

What was even more terrible was that I ordered two pounds of FRIED wings, but definitely baked. Probably better for my waste line, but they weren't good whatsoever. They seemed smaller than normal and also lacked sauce. Just not good. We didn't finish them all.

Delivery time was good and the delivery man was courteous.

Unfortunately, I doubt we will return.

I got a club house and it was nasty (dry chicken and no bacon on 1 side) but the desert (Chocolate explosion) is amazing

When getting the bill, server told us a kid's meal coupon can't be applied with a birthday desert coupon. Sure no problem, but could have told me earlier.this is fraud.

Still gave full tips though, farewell gift

Terrible service. We visited the restaurant at around 7: 30-8: 00. The waiter serving us was in such a rush. The hour we spent at the table he asked us atleast 4 times do u guys need take out boxes. We were not even half way eating the waiter asked us how do U want the bill. Ssly not what we expect at the restaurant so rushed so much in hurry. Did not feel welcome at all. Worst customer service will never visit again

I may have ordered poorly considering it's a pizza place, but the chicken burger I got was inedible (white meat was crunchy. Yikes) but the waiter was happy to bring a menu and have me pick something else. The wings I chose came quickly and were edible but nothing special.
