Is there a protein fries gravy and the cheese were completely cold. And then they still want you to pay a lot.

Great spot to bring kids, the service was so great and our server had us in stitches. Food is always reliably great and was ready quickly.

Great service, nachos were great really big too. Didn't get pizza as it was way too expensive for a large veggie

They wrote a cute note on the pasta. “it’s very hot be careful” so cute.it wasn’t actually that hot but very considerate:) i also love boston pizza

Always liked Boston Pizzas. Spicy perogi pizza is a unique one. Nothing extraordinary about this location though.family dining side, a bar side and outdoor dining.

Went on a Wednesday for dinner and seated right away. Friendly waitress took our food and drink orders. Ordered the NY Sirloin with Ceasar salad. Steak cooked to perfection and tasted great. Partner had the chicken and mushroom pasta which was good and plenty. Took some home.

Tried for the first time, Loved it! Good quantity and quality of food. Service was friendly and fast.

One of the few chain restaurants to sit-down at in St. Thomas. Staff was very friendly and our food came out quickly.

We went to the blue jays viewing party today they gave us free appetizers which all the food was great they also gave us tickets with chances to win blue jays items! We will never forget about our experience here!

We were staying in the area for a wedding and went to Boston pizza for lunch. The food was delicious but the service was terrible. We had 3 people and when one of us asked for a beer she took off before the other two could ask for one as well. She brought the drink and was visibly upset that we were asking for anything. I ordered a drink off the menu and she said it was a seasonal menu and had to check if she could make it for me, she did and the drink was terrible. When I didn't drink it she asked if it was alright I told her it wasn't great and she replied with no one likes it that's why we don't serve it anymore. (It would have been nice to know before I ordered it) It wasn't that busy there were maybe two other tables on the bar side so I don't know if she was having a bad day or if she was always like that. I would probably check out another restaurant in the area before I go back.

Server made negative comments about my child. We only went bc we had free kids meals I want to use up but it was the biggest waste of money ever!

The food was good and the service was friendly and attentive. Showed up with a large group on what happened to be a game day and they were still able to move a table and accommodate us. Would eat here again.

I am leaving 5 stars because of our waitress Larissa, she is super nice and spends time speaking to us. First-time at Boston Pizza in st thomas it was a real pleasure.

The only, ONLY reason it's not five stars is there aren't enough vegan options. But the hungry herbivore (vegan option) is so good. And very friendly staff that know all answers to our annoying questions.

Just left Boston pizza. Will not go back. Service was very slow and waitress was not very nice or welcoming at all. Spoke to manager, who seemed oblivious to my concerns when brought up. I'm a very good tipper, but not today.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we all walked away filled to the chin. Our server was extremely good as well as the fantastic food which were all sizeable portions.

Exactly what you'd expect from a chain restaurant. Clean, good food that's consistent each visit, and slightly higher prices than a mom and pop restaurant.

My wife's birthday today. She is a huge Blue Jays fan and knew today's game was on Apple TV. She phoned the restaurant yesterday to see if we could see the game. The person answering went to ask "the manager". Yes, we can stream from our Apple TV. We made our plans and when we arrived and sat down. NO GAME. When we asked we were told no way to see game. Very disappointed wife. The manager came by to reiterate the bad news. I could not believe he didn't even offer to buy my wife a glass of wine to soften the blow. We eat here regularly and this has left a bad taste in our mouths. (The food was good, as usual)

Just walked in, stood at the front desk for about 4-5 minutes and left. Nobody was at the desk, saw four staff in the restaurant and 3 were on the phone. Nobody said anything to us so we left. I don't think we'll be back any time soon.

Worst Experience.
Ordered $120 worth of food for my son's birthday dinner. Family in from Gatineau to celebrate. The birthday boys meal (the entire reason we ordered from Boston pizza) was incomplete, they didn't send the sauce for his spaghetti. Had to make the 6 year old a new birthday dinner, we all waited to eat together. All the food is now cold. Skip the dishes offers to refund $10 for his meal even though all our food is now cold so we could eat as a family for his birthday. They expected us to eat our food in front of the 6 yr old birthday boy and then make his birthday dinner afterwards...

This place is delicious!
Me and one of my friends went one evening for supper and it being my first time at this restaurant I had a wonderful experience!
The food was great! The waitresses were all wonderful. Definitely coming back soon.

The expirience was a 3 unfortunately.

The drinks were not presented at all the way they were sold. The staff was obviously overtired. The Bill was double what I would have paid across the street.

My wife and I frequent this location often but had a terrible experience last week when having lunch on the patio. Our waitress didn't even know we were there for about 10 minutes. Then we we tried to order drinks, they wouldn't Accept multiple forms of ID for my wife and the manager very was rude about it. It completely ruined our lunch and afternoon.
