Ordered online, pasta was cold and soggy, bread was cold and soggy, not going to this location again.

Great pizza and pasta.
Okay service.
Love the ambience. Very clean.
Lots of parking.

This spot is a fantastic find for a chill hangout. The spicy buffalo chicken mac n cheese is a taste sensation, blending creamy mac with a spicy buffalo kick. Also had the crispy chicken tenders and perfectly cooked fries with a refreshing beer. Great for those seeking a relaxed atmosphere with great food. Definitely recommend!

This is the worst location we have been to. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. Only for them to bring my husband a normal bun when he ordered gluten free. The manager offered to change it saying it would only take 3 minutes. So basically they were going to take the patty off of the gluten bun and transfer it to a gluten free one. Not cool. My husband said to cancel his order. My husband has a severe gluten allergy even just touching it makes him ill. The manager then bring him the meal in a To go bag on the house. It was a nice jesture however. We did not trust it. And threw it out. We then went to Firehouse Subs. Where they at least ask when you order if it was an allergy or a preference. So the don't cross cominate.
Not to mention this Boston pizza seemed under staffed and we had to wait for 5 minutes when we arrived. With no one ahead of us. Because they didn't have anyone working front of the house to greet and seat the guest. This was an awful experience. And we will never return to this location.
What a waste of time and money. We did pay for drinks and onion rings that were not good.
If you have allergies do not go here. They don't care.

Great service as always, good ambience, Drinks were good, buffalo cauliflower wings at this location need to improve.

Called to place an order for pick up at 11: 02pm and was told that they are closing early tonight as they're having a "slow night". On a Friday.one of the busiest nights for restaurants. I wasn't aware Boston Pizza changes their hours on a whim. I can see why their rating is low and it makes me wonder why else the business would be suffering so much to be closing early on a Friday night.

We had an amazing time on a Friday night as expected. The wait staff was incredible, attentive, and kind. Overall fantastic service until Alex, the night time manager. Around 10 pm, well before close and after spending almost $300.00 in food and drink, he decided our patronage was no longer welcomed due to the fact “I have a lot of tables”. It was very uncomfortable to be refused service this early without reason to essentially be kicked out. Our group found Kelsey’s down the road very welcoming and attentive to our needs. I give 4 stars simply due to the service they have provided in the past. Unfortunately, Alex, the young manager, most definitely disappointed us as a representative of the already greatly established restaurant. Kelsey’s gets your 5th star.

Went for Sunday night date night last night. The service was horrible and the food was worse. Waitress seemed like she didnt want to be there and didnt want anyone else there either. Order an app to come first and the baked chicken parm ravioli. Both came to the table at the same time. The chicken tasted like tiny boiled chicken cubes and the ravioli was about as tasteful as a piece of cardboard. Someone seems to have forgotten to stuff them with anything. Came with a piece of burnt cold garlic toast without cheese (we did ask for cheese). Apparently the baked part was forgotten about which was apparent as the few pieces of shredded cheese on top was not even melted. The garlic bread that did arrive 10 minutes later was good though. Waitress was not courtesy or friendly.
A month ago for date night we had steak amd chicken parm and it was so delicious! Was a five star experience!
Last night not so much. Was so looking forward to bake ravioli but was a real letdown. Not sure we will return.

I got to BP on wonderland rd s just after 10pm. My husband and friends were already there and already spent probably $300. It wasnt super busy, but a few tables on the bar side. I tried to order a drink politely after being ignored for 15 minutes. I get if they were busy, but Alex the person serving that side was super dismissive and made me feel unwelcome. I just came from work, wanted to have a St Pattis drink. I am so disappointed and sad about this guy attitude. I went to somewhere else and enjoyed my drinks! Giving 3 for bad experience today. Would have been 5 as BP is always a good service as we come here all the time.

Broccoli soup way too salty and deluxe pizza was a disappointment.pepperoni, ham lunch meat and sliced cold green peppers. Kids loved their pizzas but kids will eat anything. Would not recommend their pizza.

Great food and plenty of menu options.
We chose the pasta promotion and both enjoyed our meals.

Branden (sp?) Was our server today, for a large group. He was fabulous. Balanced all of us with a great attitude!

Honestly the biggest part of our experience being as good as it was is because our server was awesome. They were super friendly quick and were willing to help us figure out some rather difficult third party gift cards. I believe his name was Jimmy. If his supervisors or regional manager see this GIVE HIM A RAISE!

This is my granddaughter and my favorite place to go. Everyone is so pleasent and checks on us to make sure everything is ok. Food is hot and great tasting.

We recently had a large party of family and friends to Boston Pizza on Wonderland South and I want to congratulate the efficient, friendly staff for making this get-together so fun. Our compliments to Dave for the courteousness of both management and staff. Their service is second to none, and the food is the best I have ever tasted; our server Jess is the best. Thank you… we will certainly be back.
By the way, the bourbon pizza and their salmon bowl I highly recommend.

Chris kept our drinks topped up and had great recommendations for food. The royal Hawaiian pizza lived up to it's name!

A bit on the pricier end but the portions are bigger than average and the food tasted great (ordered the "viva italia" pizza and did not disappoint at all).

My wife and myself ordered a good sandwich and pizza as well as the spinach dip and everything was amazing, great service and great food
