Boston Pizza

Every time i come here, it’s always great. I came in recently and was served by Makaella. I couldn’t have asked for better service! She was so polite and attentive, my boyfriend and I really appreciated it. Thank you so much for making our time there lovely.

The food was great and the waitress, who was waiting in all the tables by herself, was fast and efficient. I believe her name was Annie, excellent service and super friendly.

Good food and service. Seems a little understaffed at times that can slow things down. Overall a good experience

Ordered 2 dozen salt and pepper wings and pick them up came home open the package and there was only 16 wings and not 24 in the bag. Wings were very good it's too bad I didn't get the 24 I ordered

The Boston Pizza LINDSAY location is awesome! Service was excellent, lots of smiles and checking to ensure all was perfect, much appreciated. The restaurant is clean and the outdoor patio is really nice with big tables and lots of space. The pizza was great, the crust is crispy perfect, sauce was delicious and it arrived hot. We got to speak with the owner, John, who was very pleasant and forthcoming about how important the restaurant is to them and to ensure customers are their top priority and happy. This was our first time at this Boston Pizza and certainly will NOT be our last! Awesome experience.

It was not a good experience and we won't be back. The people we were involved with were rude and argumentative. Selection for pizza toppings were limited when it came to our favorite toppings.

Food was good service a little slow for the time we went (10 pm) bar for some reason was really loud.

I would like to thank mike, Whitney and shawna, we had a small wedding for our friends today. I can not describe how amazing they all where with everything from food to service. Thankyou so much guys mandy and mark and the groom joe and bride tanya xx

Food was great, our server was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure our food was prepared to our liking and we had everything we needed. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Had absolutely outstanding service tonight during the leaf games, Amanda brought us our food very fast even though we were in the back of the bar and she was very friendly! 10/10 service and food

It was busy so we accepted a barside seat, and the server was still very attentive, and the food was amazing.

I really miss lockdowns. Back then they treated takeout customers with a little bit of respect. Now that the dining room is open, wait staff just don't give a hoot when picking up.

Edit: the bot has chimed in with the auto-reply feigning that they care and might actually do something. Please don't treat us like we are stupid. A cursory check of previous reviews show similar comments so obviously BP corporate and the franchisee aren't rushing to correct poor service that existed prior to my visit.

The service at this restaurant is amazing, especially Amanda. She was my server twice and she is one of the many reasons i will continue to go to this location.

Quick efficient service. A nice array of food and very large portions. Pasta Tuesday is a favourite of ours.

We reached little late, but still we were greeted well, order taken and served well. Both the dishes we ordered were very delicious. Will visit again soon.

Shauna is AMAZING! Seriously, if you want a guaranteed good time, go here. I've lived in this area for almost 2 years. I keep trying new places to be hugely disappointed, leave, and then show up at BP to save the day. And they do. From the hostesses to the servers, the bartenders and the kitchen staff- they ALL rock. I'm done trying new places and sticking to what I know. Thanks guys- Shauna especially! I just wish their menu was more versatile, but I'll take service over anything, any day!

After going to BP many times the last time I went was terrible.
On Feb 6th the 3 meals ordered where terrible.
First all 3 meals where cold and sent back to reheat.
The beef sandwich I ordered looked like road kill.
The manager apologized and took my phone number saying she would contact me and send a gift card covering the meals.
That was weeks ago and have heard nothing.
Pretty bad for a place that I used to like

Everyone had the 15 dollar pasta, each dish was excellent. My pasta had great ingredients and good portions. Very happy with the food. Waiter was very nice sorry didn’t catch your name. Went to east sides recently and this was twice as good. Will come back again

Ordered for take out. When I arrived, two young ladies were at the desk. They were obviously busy, as the restaurant was near capacity.
I arrived 10 minutes before the promised ready time. Paid for my order. Waited 10 minutes past the promised ready time and inquired about the order status. I was told that the kitchen would advise them when the order was ready. After another10-15 minutes I received my order. The order must have sat in the kitchen for a good while, as the meals were not even warm, when we opened them about 10 minutes after we received the order. Either the desk or the kitchen staff failed to bring the order to the pick up area, when it was ready.

The service was great Drinks came right away food was fairly quickly for a busy restaurant

I come here frequently and love the vibe of this restaurant! I would recommend to everyone!

Our server, Marcus, was great. He was super busy but hevmade it an enjoyable experience. Food was great except the chicken wings could have been cooked longer. It was noisey. It is a family place and it was 430 on a Saturday afternoon so it did our not bother us too much.

Approx 80 dollars (including tip) for a pizza and 2 orders of pasta with bolognese sauce. Pizza was ok, nothing special at all. Penne pasta with sauce tasted exactly like the 2 dollar bag of pasta with 2 dollar Primo sauce I buy at food basics. While waiting for the food, I bought an 11 dollar glass of Guiness at the bar. So I dropped almost 100 bucks for a very disappointing meal and a good beer. We don't eat out much and this is why. Ridiculous prices for food that isn't half as good as the food we can cook at home. I will not go to BP again.

Our waitress Sara was the best ever, such a sweet smile with the cheeriest 1 person could ever be. Do hope to have her our next time there, she's worth her weight in gold)
