OK, so I am very choosy what I eat, or more like my DNA is very fussy and recently I realised that I would rather experiment with pizzas in specialised places rather than buy again supermarket pizza around the world, which rarely left me happy.
The server advised me, when trying to create my own pizza, that I should go for their Deluxe pizza, with ham instead of pepperoni and no tomato sauce, which makes me sick. The pizza was not as great as the pizza I had recently in Grand Falls, New Brunswick but was still very good. I was disappointed their bacon was some small burnt bits, you wonder if they are really bacon and the server could have advised me of that!
Even with the smallest of pizzas, and I still could not finish it, so fortunately they provide for you boxes to take the rest home with you.
I guess I am learning what pizza to order next time.
This location is separated into 2 rooms, one where you can sit at proper tables, and the bar area, where they have tall tables and even at lunch time was busy and noisy.
This place has gone down hill and the so called management (not the owner) is clearly inexperienced in customer satisfaction. I called to bring to their attention how distasteful the Bruschetta Ravioli was and how the raw chunks of large onion totally negated the taste of the dish and the salted caramel cookie was not as it usually is (we order it a lot and know what it should be like). Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right she kept stating it hasn’t changed in her 9 years of being there. I said clearly you aren’t listening to my concern. If I am calling about it then clearly something has changed. She again went on about the standards blah blah… totally dismissing my complaint. This is typical of the younger generation having to always put their own opinion ahead of true facts and customer service. No clue what so ever as to how make the customer happy. No remorse at all that something could have changed or happened. Typical robotic answers and attitude as if nothing can ever go wrong with their products or service.
The ONLY reason I dine or take out here is because my wife and daughter enjoy the food but they too now are fed up with the self righteous customer service and management. The prices go up, quality goes down and service is juvenile at best.
I haven’t been in a Boston Pizza in many years, I really enjoyed the food. We live in Hamilton but were in Brantford as my son was at Laurier today and we decided to have a late lunch before heading home. My son had pizza and I had chicken Parm with garlic bread with cheese, spaghetti with fries. So much food that my son ate my fries and 1/2 my garlic bread
We were missing something from our order tonight and had a very small portion of something else. $ 80.00 is a lot to spend on a meal and im not one to complain. We only asked for what was missing and they went above and beyond. Great customer service. More than I could've asked for. Well done team! We will definitely be back!
The service was spectacular. Our waitress was such an amazing soul full of personality and beauty. The atmosphere was warm and kind. We were greeted with pleasure! The problem was the food on this trip. It didn’t compare to the Boston Pizza in Bowmanville though. It was like night and day in comparison.
Awesome kids menu. Only $ 8.99 kids menu It include drink, main dish and creat your own ice cream dessert. Pizza was perfect taste I miss the pizza now.
Enjoyed the Thai and Cauliflower bites-both cooked to perfection and delicious. We had THE BEST SERVER EVER! His name is “Won”, absolutely amazing! I highly recommend and ask for WON he’s definitely the one and only! We’ll be back
I took my fiance and my 4 year old daughter here tonight and for as busy as it was, our waiter Won went above and beyond on service for us! Made my daughter laugh and feel very welcomed! Even with all the other customers he always made sure we had everything! The food was amazing and we will defiantly be back!
I’m out of town for work and ordered delivery to my hotel. Ordered chicken Parm dinner with an order of wings. Don’t know how to clearly express how gross it was! Chicken was a sauceless died out chicken nugget served with cheese and a side of cold plain broccoli. Spaghetti was a bunch of noodles that if you look close, you will see a hint of red, which might be sauce. Also very cold. The good news is that it only cost $60! I would have saved 60% and been happier going to fast food drive through! Never again! I’m disgusted and will never spend another penny at Boston Pizza. Should be illegal what they sent me!
Food is expensive for a pizza place. However the spicy pierogi pizza is awesome. Our server was amazing (can't remember his name but he appeared to be of Korean descent). Other servers where gracious, always smiling and all around happy.
Service was great, wish one of your waitresses knew the difference between sprite and 7 up though. I asked if y’all had sprite, she said yeah then brings me 7 up lol, was a bit disappointed
Been here 3-4 times before and it's always good. I usually get the hungry carnivore but tried the Jambalaya Fettuccine this time. If you like cajin spices and shrimp this is the pasta for you.
Edit: went here for my birthday today with the gf. Food is still just as good as it was the last time. The spinach and artichoke dip is fantastic. A very interesting take on the dip and enjoy the larger pieces of artichoke in the dip.
Sangria was good. The summer special fiesta salad wasn't particularly flavourful. I couldn't taste any of the marinade ingredients that they listed or any spice on the chicken. There was a lot of lettuce. It sounded really good on the menu just didn't live up to the description. The sweet potato fries were good.
Was extremely happy with our server tonight. Abbie G was very pleasant and personable. Was attentive to our table, but not intrusive. Hopefully we have her again on our next visit. She deserves a raise
Great staff, especially Jayme she is an exceptional waitress and always goes above and beyond expectations. Not taking anything away from the rest of the staff at all, they are all superb.
So i was picking up my friends from there and wanted to order a drink before I left and was told I was cut off before i even ordered anything. I was the designated driver. Lol. My spouse and her friend only had 2 drinks and a couple shots and they were cut off. Come on Boston Pizza. There were people pounding back drinks after drink at other tables and you did nothing. Way to judge a book by the cover. We will never be returning there.
Went to Boston pizza for the second time and I bet they don't disappoint. We had server named Bailey, hats off to her hospitality. The whole ambience is amazing and Bailey's attentiveness made it smooth for us. Our food was delicious, Bailey recommended the spicy pizza to us and OMG! I am absolutely in love with that pizza. We will definitely be returning back. Thank you and keep up the good work:)
