The fries were horrible both our sandwiches were good bt I don't we both had a horrible taste over the fries & made our stomachs upset

Pizza quality was average. Pasta was good. Service was very poor. We had to call many times to get attention. There was no bartender and when I asked one of the server I got rude very rude reply.

Spinach dip way too salty. I don't think they know what a healthy meal is. Only went there because someone gave us a gift card. Not going back.

The food usually tastes good, but when you have it delivered it's always cold because delivery takes so long. For example today I ordered at 4: 30 and the food didn't arrive until shortly after 6.

In all my years I have never had a worse dining experience. Food took over an hour, drinks took 15 minutes. When food did arrive burger was raw and not edible. Steak sandwich was cold and chewy. They didn’t bring my side. Was promised the manager would come out and speak to us. She never spoke to us. Absolutely the worst experience and will never be back. Spoke to several other customers at the time who had the same experience. The staff told us this is a frequent occurrence. Will never give this franchise a dollar of our money ever again.

Place wasn't busy at dinner. Staff were basically absent at crucial parts of our meal experience upon arrival, or where it would have been nice if they had brought water at the beginning or checked if we wanted condiments or weren't hiding in the back. They did bring out birthday brownies though so thanks for that.

They didn't have Thai sauce for their Thai Chicken Wrap and served my Boston Brute on a hamburger bun without any warning.

Nice server but the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo was not good. The sauce was actually watery and not thick and creamy. I finished it because the noodles and shrimp was cooked ok but there was way too much spinach floating in the watery sauce for my liking.

Boston Pizza offers great service and good food and good beer and good environment. Can't wait to eat this steak.

Went there for a quick snack and drinks, Lauren was our server, she was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very upbeat and polite. I have been here a few times and the new owners have made some nice changes including Corona on tap! Will definitely be back soon

I honestly love their food. I've never been disappointed in their quality of food. It honestly never fails though when I order delivery or pick up from this restaurant something is wrong. I ordered a hungry kids pizza and got a smaller one. One time I ordered grilled chicken and got crispy. All was still tasty (thats just 2 times). Just not what I ordered and it's frustrating ordering and having one thing constantly go wrong.
I don't typically eat in so maybe that's a lot different but pick up and delivery is always a disappointment.

Everything was super yum. Only thing wrong with our order was that they forgot to include the dressings that were with both bowls in our order.

Sigh, haven't been to BP in a while, menu seems really slim these days. Food was sadly not up to par, spaghetti sauce was cold, guess it didn't spend enough time in the microwave. At least the beers are cold

Food at all the BP's have gone down. Just look at East Side Marios.food is hot, less greasy and tasty.someone needs to rethink the complete menu

My cousin and I went just around 2pm, it was the perfect time only two other tables. Food was delicious and the waitress was such a sweetheart.

Chicken Caesar tasted like the chicken was steamed PR boiled. Terrible. Salad was drenched in too much dressing terrible

Boston Pizza is not a favorite place for my family mainly because of the menu. I still enjoy going there every once in a while because of the great atmosphere. I convinced my family to go last Friday and we decided to sit on the patio. Even though the restaurant wasn't very busy the host warned us that if it started to rain they could not guarantee a spot for us indoors. We decided to roll the dice. The patio only had one other occupied table. We had a second waitress introduce herself after the first waitress took our drink order. The first waitress came back when we were still not finished and had the bill in her hand along with the debit machine. She asked who was paying before we even decided if anyone was having desert or coffee. Our evening ended very awkwardly. For our meal we all shared nachos and pizza instead of individual entrees. The parmizan Hawaiian pizza had overwhelming parmizan flavor bit the nachos were very good with lots of jalapeños.

I’ve had better service at McDonalds-I was with a large party of 11 and all of us couldn’t believe how inattentive our waitress was given a large party would be her biggest tip of the night. I was prepared to not tip at all - but then she brought us the cheque then came back 5 min later and said oh I forgot to add gratuity - so makes sense they don’t put any effort in when there’s a large party and get tipped 15% no matter what. I did fill out the survey on the receipt immediately and no response in 2 weeks.

Normally I’m quite satisfied however I ordered Uber eats tonight and both my cactus chip orders are completely burnt! Not sure how the cook thought this was OK to send.

My service was great. We just went for a drink and ended up staying for a bite. The staff was quick and pleasant and got the order right.

Bad behaviour of the guy with black cap and long hair, who was serving food. Totally spoiled our mood. Worst customer service!

My boyfriend and his mom went to have lunch together there his mother is a senior citizen with a handicap who used the washroom handicap stall had no toilet paper.
Sadly so she had nothing on her and did the best she could to clean herself up and then went back to the table in tears.
My boyfriend told one of the waitresses as they checked out and she Shrugged It Off like it was no big deal.
The waitress proceeded to explain that the toilet paper dispenser in the handicap bathroom is broken and no other reason was explained or any kind of apologies given not even a discount off the bill.
So I suggest if you have to use a handicap bathroom definitely don't eat here!

Placed an order by phone. Arrived on time. Waited 45 minutes for the order only to tell me they lost the order. Then I got my food after they put it into the system again. Got home and it was wrong. I phoned in and they said the manager would call the next day……. But never received any response from anyone. I usually take family to the restaurant but now I will be reconsidering my quality of service from this location.

Seated in the bar. Right next to the computer and the bar, walked by constantly and forgot about. Bad service, mediocre food and drink.

Went there almost an hour before closing, and the staff was really nice and welcoming. The food was great as usual and the server reached out to us regularly to check if everything was going good and if we needed anything, without being pushy

Would recommend this place for a great dinner and quiet environment

Excellent food.had a bit of parmesan chicken and some spicy perogi pizza. Attentive server. Not so nice, the little black flies that kept hovering around; annoying for this time of year, but really don't want them in your food.

Had a chicken pecan salad for lunch today.quick, delicious and my server Nicole was wonderful. Highly recommend these guys!

Went to Boston Pizza, Woodlawn Rd Guelph the afternoon with my husband. Service and food were absolutely amazing. We were seated not even 5 minutes when we were asked if we had been helped yet by a young woman. She explained that she would be back immediately as she just got off of break and had to wash up. Moments later, a young man approached us and asked us for our drink order. When he left, another young woman asked if we had been helped. The food came quickly and was of good quality. The staff was quick and very friendly. We always receive excellent service at this location, but today was exceptional. Would definitely recommend and will return.
