Boston Pizza

The server was nice enough.
The new pizza I tried was so spicy I could taste nothing but spice and heat.
The drink was made very wrong, I have had it before. It was make proportionately beyond incorrect and was nauseating.
It was extremely loud.
The glass of water was ok.

Slowwwwww. Almost 60 min to get our order even though two large tables who ordered well after us were served first. Paying for bill took 15 min to get someone to our table. Wasn’t that busy when we came in. Bathrooms could use some tending too as well. Good excellent.

I normally enjoy Boston Pizza for their selection and portions however we felt this particular one was lacking quality control. My salad was missing 2 ingredients that were right in the title. Our server never did show up to the table and the hostess took very good care of us and did discount my meal.

Ordered out. Due to circumstances took a little longer than expected, but had amazing customer service. Ended up waiting and was definitely worth it!

Staff was very friendly, however the restaurant itself needs to be gutted. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smell of dirty soiled carpets. The overall interior was dirty and I suspect the kitchen isn’t better as I suffered from food poisoning that night.

Small cheese pizza was fresh, soft, crispy, right amount of cheese and the sauce was good. Ordered another one to go and the Staff was friendly

This was my second and last visit at this location. My daughter told the waitress her wings were not cooked throughout. The only took 25 percent off the cost, therefore the cost of 2 wings were 6$6.75.my Cesar salad was made up of the core, the bitter part of the lettuce, didn't even eat it. My granddaughters did not get asked for a refill on their drinks.here's the kicker! No Air Conditioning in the restaurant, but no offer of refills. Our waitress was friendly and you could tell that she was very overwhelmed with the heat. We gave her a tip inspite of the horrible and lack of food! Never again.

I am typically not someone who would give out a bad review but I felt it necessary for this situation. To start off our server was fantastic as was the food. I have no complaints there. When we got inside the restaurant it was extreamly hot and humid, it was a very hot humid day outside but with the breeze it was much nicer outside than in the restaurant. After being inside the restaurant for about 25 minutes we were both sweating which is not a huge deal but my 2 month old baby was also so sweaty and hot and wouldn't stop crying because she was so hot so we ended up getting to go containers and eating at home. Now I totally understand that the AC was broken and I would have been okay with that except for the fact we were told it has been broken for months. If it was broken for a couple days and they were waiting for it to get fixed I would not be writing this review.but months? Thats not acceptable during the heat of the summer. We ended up spending over 60 dollars and we didn't even get to enjoy our meal. I hope this review will assist in making it a priority to get the AC fixed. In the meantime the servers should warn their guests that the AC is broken and it gets quite hot inside and maybe offer a patio seat or the option to choose another restaurant.
