We had reservations for a large group (20) young adults. We dined in.some ordered their own dish, some shared and some only order drinks. My friends who ordered only water, were told by staff they would have to order something or would have to leave. My friends obliged and order something. Our food arrived, as we were eating 2 waitress and a manager approached the table at different times, stating that everyone would need to order something and that it’s not fair to the staff for us to come to the restaurant and not order anything, however most of the group ordered while others shared orders (food) We were a very respectful group and we’re trying to understand why they were so up set. Because normally we we would order 2 large pizza and all share it. It has never a big deal. It seems like the problem was there wasn’t enough orders for the amount of people. I found the staff-rude and combative and interrupted our meal several times to complain about the fact that everyone didn’t order an individual meal.

Typical Boston Pizza. I had my usual big dipper, but the meat was sliced too thick and had a string of grissle. It made it awkward to eat.

Staff were super friendly but sadly, the pizza was very doughy. "Sprite" tasted like sparkling water. Disappointed as it was my 1st ever visit.

Started ordering from here after Pizza Hut removed me from their delivery area. A bit expensive but they work hard for it, food is good n they keep me updated on my order status til it gets here. Edit for owner. Hey remember I still said expensive, no need to toot ur own horn, I dont just give out 5 stars for no reason, gotta be a special experience and am not a fan of things that are overpriced.

We order some starters and they took more than 1 hour.the waitress was really kind, but one for the whole place (with 2 birthdays going on) it's not enough

Greeted by the hostess who was bent over playing on her phone. We were a party of 7 with a reservation. Restaurant was not busy with a few scattered tables of customers. Hostess pointed in the direction of the table for us to seat ourselves. We waited 10 minutes for menus, at which point the hostess came over and stated "sorry I forgot".

Food was ok, but pizza was cold and "mild" wings were drenched in Frank's Hot sauce, which were not good for someone requesting a mild wing. Price was high for 8 of the smallest wings I've ever seen, and was pretty disappointing since no one ate them.

Il faisait tellement froid qu'on a demandés des boîtes et sommes allés finir de manger à la maison.aussi les olives tout comme les champignons n'étaient pas frais, ils provenaient d'une boîte en métal.

This afternoon I met a friend for a catch up at Boston Pizza on Ontario St. She was running late so I ordered a drink and sat inside for a bit. It was such a nice day I decided to go outside to the patio. We chatted for a while and then ordered some takeout to take home. When my bill came the waitress told me that one of the men who were at the bar while I was waiting had bought my drink for me. Unfortunately he was gone by the time we left so I had no way to thank him for his kindness. It brightened my day and gave me new faith that there are still kind people here who don't need recognition for kind acts. All I can say is thank you so much for your thoughtfulness and generosity.

We arrived at 12: 55pm today (a Saturday). At 1: 26 I went up to the host podium to remind the host we were there, and to request someone please take our drink orders (we also ordered our appetizer and entrée as soon as the waiter arrived five minutes later). Our entrées didn't arrive until 2: 26 when we had been there over an hour. The waiter did let us know they had gotten a lot of orders, but the restaurant wasn't full. We could see Door Dash orders constantly going out. This Boston Pizza was clearly prioritizing pickup orders over in-house orders. If you don't have the staff to ensure in-house is cared for, then shut the dining room so families who want to go out for a nice special occasion get redirected to restaurants that prioritize in-house patrons.

Excellent store overall. Pretty consistent, my issue is how all servers say, “hello, can I get you started with some drinks”. They never introduce themselves but in fairness, servers abandoned this practice years ago. Not doing this is absolutely antithetical to the service industry. Remember, this is to help, not hurt. Always introduce yourself. The ancillary reason being better gratuity and the primary being professionalism. This shouldn’t have to be said in 2022. In 2003 you had to do this as a requirement. I’ve always said, your attitude determines your tips.

Post-Covid service is insanely bad although BP does a pretty good job. I’d also tell the hostesses to change their attitude when receiving a tip for takeout orders. The way some of them look at you when you walk in is bizarre, almost as though they’re maintaining their cool, teenage persona. You have to remind them, you aren’t here to be “you”, you’re paid to do a job. This is what we get for focusing on “rights” in Canada for 40 years. Entitled teens. Save your persona for TikTok. Share this with your servers for their sake. You’re welcome.

Pizza ok but I mean it's a chain so.server was nice don't get the individual my son turning 11 crushed it no problem then had to order some wings to fill hi other empty leg! Yall parents know what I'm talking about!

Sophia H was not a friendly server. She had an attitude right from the moment she took us to our table.

We asked for a simple request for her to wipe our tables and she pretty much rolled her eyes at our table as if it was a big deal because there was dirt that we wanted cleaned up.

She didn't care to remove our finished dishes from our table when she "checked in" on our table a few times.

I came to this location because my previous location starting slipping in standard. But, I will not be returning to this location or recommending it to anyone as the experience was not acceptable.

I did the survey on the back of the receipt on Tuesday, August 16 and they said within 2 business days that I would hear back from a manager. It's now 3 days later and still no response from their management team.
