Randomly closed on a Saturday night. Can’t even get a chance to serve us and they still stuck every time.

Party of 11. Ribs, chichen parm, and one pasta was very cold. 1 app was put out with main coarse. Ordered steak and was told not available twice the table went dry for drinks.asked for ketchup 3 tomes, order's were not right.terrible birthday party. Last year's was better. Hope this was an off night the bathrooms were a disaster.

Dined in with friends after the movie and the service was fast and good. The wings were hot n fresh and most importantly juicy. Really enjoyed the jalapeño dip with potato chips. It was perfect for our spice level.

Food was blah. Tried to pay cash and they would not accept. Didnt even have change even for $100 bill for a 45$ purchase. Won't be going to Boston pizza again!

Well guys I ordered french onion soup. And. There is absolutely nooooo broth. I love. U. Boston

Order was completely wrong twice in a row, months apart. Never ordering from here again. I've heard some pretty wild horror stories about the kitchen staff over the years anyway. Not much of a loss.

I feel bad but this was like the worst service I've gotten in a while. Would have gotten dessert but ran out of time because it took so long for a take out container. I grabbed my own salt and pepper from inside (was on the patio) and napkins cause there was soooo much time in between checking in on us. The girl was nice enough, but yeah, just not good service.

Not what it used to be. Pasta is sooooo salty. Waitress put in the wrong order for my husband, so we were all done eating by the time he got his dinner.

Ordered wings and fries, the fries were cold so I asked the waitress if she could kindly bring me some hot ones, half an hour went by and still no fries, I asked to talk to the manager, long story short she took $ 5.35 of the total price and the waitress copped us big time attitude, was totally disgusted.

Service was prompt, drinks were great and the pizza and spinach dip were absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back

Appetizer over cooked.

Pizza came missing the added toppings.

Sandwich requested no tomatoes which were picked off with the seeds still on the sandwich.

Fries super cold.

No we didn't need any refills.

Staff probably shouldn't be eating where the food comes out.

I had the NY Strip Loin Steak. It was fantastic. Very juicy, tender and only seasoned with a little salt. This is the way a good steak is to be prepared and served. A steak is supposed to speak for itself and this one did just that. We ordered a lot of other food and everything seemed great.

As a assistant manager of a Restaurant/bar I am familiar with the ins and outs of customer service. Needless to say my experience at this establishment was extremely disappointing to say the least. We (3 people) got sat in bars section and waited 10 minutes without a single interaction from our server besides dirty looks and side eyes. There was also a table of 4 sat in a booth 5 minutes after our arrival… as we waited they got greeted right away as well as had their orders taken. To say the least, again very disappointed and I nor any of my companions will be returning. As someone new to the area CHUCK Roadhouse was very accommodating and I would recommend driving a bit further down the street for great customer service.

Ordered cactus cuts and fried chicken wings extra crispy for takrout

The cactus cut portion was so small. Half a potato.

The wings were not fried they were over baked and very mushy/soggy.

We have ordered take out from this location several times. Food is always ready on time and never disappoints

Watch out for the manager named Matt, he likes to go on powertrips against Autistic employees
