Gave this location repeated chances but every time we go, we hate the food. It's never consistent. When everyone in your lunch or dinner party didn't like their food, and everyone feels we just wasted our time and money. You make the decision to just call it quits and never go back to this location and never recommend anyone else does either. And the manager is CLUELESS. She would say "everything is great" even if there was a rat in your food.

Jan 2024 update: this place is worse than ever.

We had a great time following our annual hockey game at the rink across the street. Love (her real name) was our server and she did an amazing job of looking after our two tables of 20 people. The food was excellent and served in a timely fashion. JS

Been coming to this location for 18 years. Food is good. Service is excellent. Value is ok.
Only complaint is the AC is cranked way too high! It's freezing!

Went Out With Hubby For Date Night & We Had An Amazing Time. The Drinks Magda Helped Us Pick Out Were Absolutely Delicious! The Food Was Hot & Fresh. She Answered Any And All Questions We Had About The Menu. Her Service Was Amazing And Quick. She Was So Polite & Friendly, She Definitely Made Date Night A Breeze!

Never again after all these years, the disrespect from the manager serge is not acceptable by any meaning, his experience was even worse, all the other staff are wonderful but sorry can't be anymore a customer

Waited more than 40mins for them to bring food. The restaurant only had few tables of people. It’s almost like this place has no management. Don’t recommend this place.

Went there Saturday the 29th April, myself and my wife. Were seated immediately then waited about 15 minutes for a waitress. Ordered a Thai chicken wrap each. Waitress had to check in with us multiple times to confirm parts of our order. Wife's side was the seasonal mixed vegetables. It was literally just half a head of steamed unseasoned brocolli. I ordered my wrap with mashed potatoes, which were lukewarm and looked like they had been slapped on the plate by a lunch lady in a high school cafeteria. Slightly disappointed with the service and atmosphere. Food and service were certainly overpriced for what we got.

I go here weekly. They're very nice. They serve a more tourist area of a town that isn't big on tourism. Honestly, great people and you know what you getting as far as food when you go to BP! Never had a complaint but the food, not even once.

I’m usually not one to write reviews but I can’t let this one go. Came for dinner around 7: 50pm on a Saturday night, the restaurant wasn’t even half full including the bar area, we were seated promptly, but then took 20 minutes to be approached for drinks, the host had to come over and get our drink orders. The server then took our food order about 15 minutes after our drinks finally arrived. We had ordered and appetizer and 2 meals, 35 minutes later still no food, not even the appetizer. Server came back over and told us the kitchen was backed up and asked if it was alright if the appetizer came out with the meals…. Meals brought out FIRST, and the appetizer came out about 5 minutes after the main meals…. The whole point of an appetizer is to have it before your main meal, so we told her we did not want it. Our server did not check on us once throughout our meal, no refills on drinks, finally came over and asked us how everything was tasting when we were all done and ready for the bill. I am a server myself, so I am usually pretty understanding, but it wasn’t busy, and she was giving her other tables attention with no issues. Very disappointed is my visit this this time.

Jessi and Serge are fantastic. They made us so comfortable every time we visited. Food and drinks are always delicious and great values. We come at least once a week and very happy every time.

We accidentally missed our exit on the highway so we stopped in here for a bite to eat before continuing our journey home. The staff was wonderful, the food was delicious and we were so happy to have landed in there. I had the French Onion soup, the kids had the personal pizza and chicken fingers and my husband had a small deluxe pizza. I liked that there was a raw vegetable side dish option for the kids. That way they could share the fries and veggies with each other.

I visited this restaurant today and the food was very tasty and the waitress was nice, helpful and smiling. I will come from Mississauga again to visit the restaurant. Thank you

We enjoyed our meals at Boston Pizza. The waitress was super friendly, and service was perfect. Four cheese ravioli with red sauce was very cheesy and portion was very generous. My new york strip loin was perfectly cooked medium. Very moist and tasty. Overall we had great time and the place is clean and comfortable. I will come again.
