Boston Pizza

Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for our food. The poor waiter tried his best but the kitchen people were slow. This the second time it happens. We won't be back.

I was there on December 31,2023 it was the evening of the new year's superhero drop ball. I had no clue you had to make a reservation for the evening. I walked in and the room was so full, I started having tears in my eyes I said to the front desk please don't tell me you had to make a reservation. They said "yes you did, and it's all booked. My eyes started filling up with more tears, as my son was looking forward to this event. Marcelli asked me to wait to see what she can do for us, marcelli came back and told us "so I can sit you in the bar and than we can come get you when we do the drop ball. " I said "I don't care as long as my son can see his superhero Spiderman. So we sat in the bar and a woman by the name of Jessie came to my table and started talking to us and she let me know that if a family didn't show she would give us the table. So with our luck it happened we got to sit in the dinning room and have the full experience. Gabriella, Jessie and marcelli thank you so much for making this evening happen for my son, you three went beyond to do everything to make sure he got the full experience. It will never be forgotten thank you. As you all saw my son was in heaven.

The person that seated us was giving off a racist vibe. We asked to sit in the dinning room and said she could seat us in the bar or outside. I specifically asked for the dinning room. We are a mixed couple so we felt that there was an issue with us sitting in the dinning area. She sat us by the bathroom with a big stack of boxes behind us. No one else in the bar so seating is there seemed very intentional. I would say this is the absolute worst seating in the establishment.

Done take out bet are usually.a bit disappointed as our order is rarely correct.for example.last time we ordered Ceasars salad but there was mi Ceasars dressing.

Other than that thier food is delish.

Really stingy with fries.

We went to this Innes location around 6pm on Feb 19th, 2023. It was our family first time at this location but we were frequent customers at other locations (Bank St). As soon as we got to the front desk our evening problems started.
We were a party of 5,3 adults and 2 kids (3y and a 5month old). We waited for.five minutes for someone to come to the front desk. There was some kind of confusion between two hostess on where to sit us, even though there was multiple table available.
We sat on a booth at the window, and for some reason there was no service at all. Multiple waiters/waitresses passed us by, I imagine that they thought that someone was serving us. So we waited for 15 minutes, until one of the waiters had the grace to ask if we had been served.
He apologized, got our order and brought water to our table.and one of the drinks that was supposed to come with the meal.
We waited for 40 minutes, which was kind of a record for us with the kids. Specially my daughter (3y), she was hungry but set on eating pizza. But we were done, we started to dress our coats then the waiter came. We asked him to cancel the order and he offered to call the manager. The manager was apologetic and offered to "fix us something to eat" when we told the reason why we were leaving. No, but no, thanks. We left and got something to eat in 5 min across the street.

Food was great, each dish arrived af our table at the same time, nice and hot. Portions were much larger than I expected and had to take some home (not a bad thing).
Our server was great as well.

Had a great time and great food the music was a little bit of a weird vibe but our server Isabelle was great, super nice and gave great recommendations

I've gone twice. The first time I had the personal pizza which was excellent. The second I chose create your own pasta. The marinara sauce was a little bland. I would have added some herbs & a little more sauce for the size of the dish. Otherwise, service was excellent & although it was a little busier the second time, it wasn't too noisy. I'm hypersensitive to a lot of noise & such so it was just right for a restaurant with a bar.

One of my favourite parts of Friday MCL ball hockey is the amazing service we get from Mike! He is not only friendly, polite and professional - but his humour and great-spirit attitude keeps us coming back, week after week! A typical Friday nite crowd for us is 25+ hungry hockey players, and Mike knows how to keep the whole crowd happy with full glasses and great food. Thanks Mike for being a great sponsor and server!

I went to Boston Pizza for my birthday with my parents and we had such great service. Every time I go I always order the Bourbon BBQ Chicken pizza and it did not disappoint. Their fish bowls are one of my type of drinks to get sooo yummy! I left with my belly full and a huge smile on my face thanks to the cute tall blond server we had!

Worst possible experience! This unit is a disgrace to the franchise. Several customers complaining about the kitchen's delay in delivering the dishes. I had two children at my table and we left without dinner, tired of waiting.

Our Staff had diner at this location last night. The food was excellent and the restaurant was very accommodating for our big group. Also, our server Katrina was awesome and gave us wonderful service! Definitely recommend:)

Took my dad here family day weekend and was very impressed. Oliver was our server and he was very attentive, polite and extremely professional! We’ll definitely be back.

Went yesterday for Valentine’s Day which also happened to be pasta night. Very busy but all the staff were super friendly & we enjoyed a drink at the bar while waiting for a table. We did not wait long & the pasta dishes - Alfredo shrimp & 7 cheese ravioli were excellent. Our waiter, sorry to not remember his name, was so friendly & helpful and that only added to our great night. Not to mention my rose given for the occasion. Will be back for sure.

My grand children gave Orleans BP 10 stars not 5 but 10. The pizza was delicious and so were the chicken fingers. Service was great and the music was entertaining.

We were able to purchase a gift certificate of $50 and received a $10 voucher to spend in January. This is a wonderful Christmas present idea? ‍

Good food and decent selection of drinks. Service was a bit slow but the restaurant was quite busy.

Yesterday, I ordered a Bourbon Pizza online from this location as a pickup order. I modified the order to de-select bacon and include spicy chicken. When I received my order for pickup, I paid and I left to go back to my house. However, when I checked the pizza, I noticed it had bacon on it. I called and mentioned that my order had bacon even though I ordered it without it. The employee said she would have her manager speak to me.

Almost immediately, the demeanor from Jessie, the manager, was argumentative, disrespectful and abusive. She told me that her systems did not show that I requested to remove bacon and inferred that I was lying. I told her that I ordered from Boston Pizza in the past and have always been diligent in making sure that bacon was removed from my order. She said that she "noticed" my name in the past from my previous orders. Throughout our discussion, she continued to interrupt me while I was speaking, while being sarcastic and condensing.

At the end of the conversation, I asked for a refund and she refused to provide it. As a repeat Boston Pizza customer, who spent a lot of money in the past at this location, I will not be spending my money at this establishment because of the abusive and disrespectful behaviour from Jessie.

When I told her that I would no longer be going to her location because of her poor customer service, she said "Well, I was about to have a delivery man come by and provide you with a new pizza", but said she would not since I would no longer be a Boston Pizza customer. Her conduct was beyond petty and childish. I hope it was worth it. I felt that I was being interrogated over something that could have been rectified easily if she exercised proper judgment and customer service skills.

UPDATE: I contacted your head office last week and no one has responded to rectify the issue. Unprofessional company from top to bottom.
