Boston Pizza

Little bit disappointed with our visit here - it is usually very well staffed and you get great service. Tonight was a bit disappointing due to staff shortage.

I always enjoy coming here! The food is good, the atmosphere is good and the staff is wonderful! Especially, Yang, she really always brings such good energy and vibes!

We had reservations for 20 for a birthday gathering. Very poor experience. 1 waitress working, for 20 people. Waitress was very unprofessional. No follow up on how food was, forgot 2 kids meals. I totally understand it may have been overwhelming, but ask for help. Management. I felt should have either helped or called to cancel our reservation as he wasn't able to handle a group of this size.

I haven't been to Boston pizza in probably about 8 years but the food has really gone downhill. The gluten free pizza used to have a square dough and was amazing. Now it's a cauliflower crust which is bland and very tough and at $20 it's not worth it. The spicy pierogi pizza doesn't look like it used to either. The service was terrible. I stood around waiting for my takeout for a while before anyone asked me if I wanted to be seated or what the name was on my order or anything.

Great location. Nice and clean location. Everyone from the door greeter to the waiters are great. We have never waiting long for food and never felt forgotten.

Last 3 times we have been here the service has been atrocious. Different server every time but all seem like they are on their first shift. Super slow. Last night we waited so long for our food that I ordered a second beer. The beer came when we were finished our meals and waiting for the bill. So I sent that back. Food decent when it finally came. Think we will spend the extra 5 minutes driving and go back to Waterdown next time.

Very nice chicken Pecan salad. But didn't really enjoy it. Since the outdoor area where we sat was a total mess. Cigarette butts all over the ground, also food. It was just very dirty. Not a very inviting environment or atmosphere. Then we looked at the plates she brought, they were very dirty also. My friends and I will never go back. Going to try the Boston close to Michael's next time.

Called tonight to make sure that the bar would be open until midnight, was told yes and came in 15 minutes later to the doors locked. Called again and spoke to the manager on, Andy, and was informed that in that 15 minutes they had decided to close early.

Just left this location after receiving zero service. We were seated and waited 22 minutes. No one came to our table. We decided to leave and wanted to let a staff member know, but there was no one at the hostess desk.

Good food.service was good but sparse when all entrées were received.celebrated a birthday.
French onion soup could have been better with a bit more cheese.pretty bare bread in the soup.

The restaurant was clean and tidy, plus staff was courteous. However, our waitress seemed new or just doesn't know how to do her job. Although she wrote everything down, she got a few things wrong and it was annoying because we have 2 kids

Food was ok service wasn't great not sure if our server was brand new or what but usually it's better

Worst Boston Pizza experience. Server took our drink order and disappeared for 10 mins. Brought wrong drink, forgot a drink, brought milk with ice in it, we didn't get utensils, we didn't get napkins, a 2nd server came to take our order when we had already ordered 20 mins before. Table behind us were complaining too. On top of that the floors were dirty needed to be vacuumed. We walked out. Don't waste your time.

I have gone to all the local Boston Pizza eateries and absolutely love them all. The food is always top notch. The service is great (the staff seem happy). I do wish it was a little more reasonably priced. I don't go that often because of that unfortunately. All and all, it's always a great experience

Ordered the game day deal for delivery and wasn't disappointed, pizza is one of the best around and chicken bites were amazing.

Initially told wait time (Friday 630 pm) would be 40 minutes. Didnt see enough people sitting, so decided to wait. Called our name 10 minutes later to be seated. Food is always freshly prepared and good. Had to ask for a lot of things (cutlery, napkins, to place my order, check). Just seemed to be slightly disorganized for how busy it was. Maybe new staff (?), but higher rating simply because of the food quality.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
We rarely come here, we come here like once every 4-5 years because we think it’s that horrible and I think it’s time that I just say never come back! We came here for the 7th game for the leafs and we ordered nachos and the cheese on the Nachos was like they melted it with a blow dryer for a minute and added a tea spoon of beef, it was literally cold horrible, horrible, horrible, never consider it. NOT TO MENTION the service is another level of HORRIBLE UGH!

The food was really good. We went early which I believe is the best time to go so the kitchen is not rushing the meals out. Our food was very flavorful and the menu also was adaptable for people who have food intolerances, many restaurants use some form of soy oil which really limits what a person can have. They went over the top to ensure the needs were taken care of. We will definitely return.

Arrived at around 8pm left after close, was not rushed at all.
I wish I could remember her name our server was very pleasant ect.

I was really displeased with the lack of service. The restaurant was slow, I walked in with my two kids. We are visible minorities. We sat there for 20 minutes. No one came to our service. Then two Caucasian customers walked in, with in 5 minutes they were serviced. I was so upset that my kids and I left. As we were leaving the server looked at us and said” have a great night “. How can we have a great a night?

Great food. High price. The waitress was very nice but a little too much. I understand they want to make a tip and pretend to be our friends but usually we just want to eat in peace without being asked what we're going to do today. Still 5 star service.
