Visited for a small family birthday get together and we had an amazing time. The service was great and overall very friendly by Elsa. The food was also great, especially the fried wings. Will definitely come back.

Terrible hamburger was under cooked and smelt like raw meat. When I brought it to my terrible waitress attention (older Spanish woman) she had the nerve to argue with me about it. Telling me that she’s a chef in which I replied yea I bbq burgers too and I want this off my bill. The manager then came over and still tried to dispute that the burger was not undercooked. The burger was undercooked! And the thing is that it was dead inside the restaurant so there was no reason for it to be so poorly cooked. BP is usually a decent spot to go for a drink and some greasy pub food but I’ll make sure to avoid this location and discourage anyone I know from going there. Simple reminder to the horrible waitress and manager, your customer is always right don’t argue when you serve a poorly cooked meal.

This place can't handle a dinner rush or customers. Our table had to coach and guide the servers on how to do their job. Hey Boston pizza corporate, want to hire me as your training manager?

After a wonderful family day out, we came to enjoy dinner to celebrate a birthday. We waited 50mins (wait time was acceptable due to volume,
which we understood) to be seated then waited other 35mins for a server. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 kids. A server never came to our table our despite asking twice. I had to ask a young gentleman that clears the table for some water. Poor service at this location and rude staff. They definitely need restaurant and customer service training.

When I asked the front desk lady about the service, she pretend that she didn't know us despite having seated us or the fact we waited over 50 mins at the front benches to be seated. We visited around 6pm and finally left at 745pm without even being served or order taken. This absolutely disgusting for a restaurant chain. I didn't mind the wait to be seated but just awful service to even get a glass of water.

The manager of this location should definitely go for some training in operations training or even be replaced. Further the general management team needs to conduct anonymous visits to see exactly what's happening at this location.

Kids eat free all September was a great promo. Expansive menu and decent prices make it a staple for a causal family meal out anytime.

Servers are blind at this location, people that just arrived to their table get served first while other people are waiting 20mins at their table are ignored! Avoid this place at all cost!

Our server for the night, Elsa and Sarah greeted us with such great kindness and were very sweet all through out the night. We will definitely be coming back because of their incredible service!

I honestly would give 10 if they have 10 stars! We went to a dinner party for our friend’s son birthday tonight (group of 22 kids plus adult!) and the server Elsa was very professional and very attentive, the orders of the food was correct, everything came fast, she does her job super well (super well as in if you ask her for an apple juice she brings is right away not after you finish your meal, the other staff at the restaurant was super friendly and very attentive as well (I asked a guy for plastic fork for my son and he bring me right away not “ let me get your server for you” like some other places.) it’s truly a best BP in comparing to other chain restaurants! Definitely will go there with big group. The food was so tasty and the kids meal weee awesome!

Everything was such an experience. The staff was very friendly and the service was unparalleled. Elsa and her trainee Makayla were more than willing to make sure your experience was something to remember. The new manager Greg even came for a chat after.

Our waitress Elsa was very kind and helpful. She made sure everything was amazing and that we liked everything that was served to us.we will definitely be coming back!

Elsa has been for months the best server I had. She is kind, friendly and funny.

We love coming to this place, the food is delicious, the service is good, but I think they need a little staff. Fair prices for the quality of food.

We had such an amazing experience at this Boston Pizza location tonight. We initially picked this location for my son's birthday dinner because it's conveniently located right across from Wonderland. They made our reservation process very simple, suggested us to pre-order some food ahead of time. The food came out quickly right after the kids settled. Elsa our server was a rock star! The whole team was super attentive and patient with the kids. They gave us a whole section, so the kids have some rooms to move around and not disruptive to the other customers. The highlight was when the whole team came out to sing happy birthday to my son! The kids and us adults all had a great time. Thank you for making the night memorable!

Elsa treated us excellently, she helped us and was aware of our food, please ask for Elsa the best

Service was very slow (and the place wasn´t full), floor under our booth was dirty, the pizzas were ok flavour wise but expensive given the size (very small) and overall quality of dough and ingredients, the garlic cheese fries were very greasy and loaded with salt. In the end we paid a lot for mediocre food and service.

Great service from the servers and the food was amazing. Great service from the waiter Elsa, had a very pleasant evening.

Staff was very friendly and tended toour table very quickly. Food was great as usual. The music could have been slightly lower to allow for easier conversation, but overall a great evening.

We visited Boston Pizza, The service was excellent, Elsa who was the one who take care of our table gave us excellent service.
