About what I expected besides the service. For a slower hour of the day was expecting a little more attentive service than what was given, wait times seemed long as a result. Fantastic atmosphere with what I was there for and the wings had great flavor, only complaint would be size of the wings.
Overall, decent food, great atmosphere and people but a little bit lacking on the attentiveness of staff.

I don't know why I gave Boston Pizza another chance but no more? I had the Boston Burger with fries and a can of beer and paid $35 before tip. Service was bad since the waitress was "having a day" and prices are ridiculous. The burger has 2 patties but both had zero flavour somehow. The "special" square foot pizza looked good but $32.99 is a bit much.

Food was great, service was great, it has gotten a little expensive but will definitely be back if it is always that good!

Good bar to stop at for a quick beer and something to eat. Lots of flat screens to watch your sports teams on. Good service, typical bar food at reasonable prices.

Horrible service. We were just there now and no one served us or was there to seat us. Defently would never go there again.

This is the worst Boston pizza restaurant in the region. The server that usually works on the weekends ignores customers. We can’t even get seated, order drinks and food. It’s absolutely horrible service. I would recommend visiting another Boston Pizza unless you want to wait 30 minutes to order.

We've been to several different locations and normally they don't disappoint but this was an unlucky turn of events that ended in having food arrive 45 minutes after we placed the order and to top it off with plastic inside. I understand everyone can have a bad day. This happened to be that day for the team working there.

Maybe they have great service under normal circumstances but that day they seemed severely understaffed and disorganized.

The manager apologized profusely but it was clear that there was no explanation for this unfortunate situation.

We walked out hungry and late to our appointment.

It's just not the same as it use to be. I was sick within an hour of finishing my food. The waitress was not friendly or nice what so ever. It's like we inconvinenced her by sitting down. She rushed us out of there so fast she put the kids desserts down in front of them before they were even done eatting their dinner; also I was about half way done my individual pizza and she brought the bill and machine to me.

My wife and I came for dinner tonight after a long day of yard work and it was exactly what we needed. The service was great (khysandra I think was her name) and the food was so hot and so delicious. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much khysandra for making our night so well and we definitely will be back!

Went out for dinner the other day and food was great, service was even better. Khysandra our waitress made my girlfriend and i feel very comfortable, and overall a great experience. Thanks again Khysandra, will definitely come back soon!

My experience today at this restaurant was awful. We waited an hour to get our order taken and than another hour to receive our food. My order was specified to have certain toppings on the burger and toppings to not be included on the burger and it came out wrong. I am very disappointed in the waitresses performance and she wasn't very nice to our table. There were even tables that came in after use that received their food before us and some tables we saw walk out because they too waited for over a hour without receiving their food. Do better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service and food quality. Never going back to this outlet.

My kid ordered chicken.it was rubbery, tasted raw, and she was sick all night long from food poisoning.
I am not impressed, will not be returning, and no excuses from any management will make me take this review down. It's Chicken, and you can't cook it?

It is a bit pricey but good quality. I wish they could cook the shrimps in Alfredo. The pizza was really good, though.

My experience was aweful waited to order for almost and and then waited another hour for food. Waitress wasn't very friendly or helpful at all! Very disappointed and upsetting when your hungry and waiting for an hour to eat. Do better please

Normally, I never had an issue here but today I wanted to have some good food and Waterloo Boston pizza was the nearest one available.
We had been there today, there is no customers except two of us. They did order for the chicken Thai bites, and the steak and two drinks. The Thai bites was good as usual. But the steak was horrible. They ordered for the well done and literally blood was coming out of that. Also, there was no veggies on the plate they gave mashed potatoes instead of dad and then asked them why there is no veggies and they said they got rid of it. And the glasses were dirty when we pointed out that they were like yeah now the glasses are like that because the dishwasher is not working properly. And there is no pressure for water pumping out and such lame reasons. There was a lot of mosquitoes as well. The service and food was really bad.

My husband and I just left and I gotta say this was one of the best BP experiences we’ve had in a long time. This was our first time at this particular location and our waitress, Khysandra (hope I spelt that right), was amazing! She made some great recommendations which we will definitely be having again (and next time trying some of the others she suggested). The food was hot and full of flavour! Great job to everyone working tonight and again special thanks to Khysandra!

Cooking pizza sauce etc.was very good.it was cooked like chicken wings and it was delicious.

Pizza was as dry as toast. Very little sauce if any. Was given a whole 15% off the price of the pizza. Will never return.

Good vibes all around, our waiter was super chill.the food was incredibly flavorful. I recommend eating on the patio to enjoy the fresh air whilst waiting on your food

Always good! Such a great place to hang out with your family and check out some sports. Good food and great service too. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been to Boston Pizza a few times and always end up with the same server (Charlotte). She always makes sure we have everything we need and is very engaging! We love having her as a server because we are always guaranteed a great dinner and a fun night! The food is also always on point!
