I love this place, but pizza we ordered here was terrible. Maybe we should try something else.

Our waiter, Jodie, was fantastic and very attentive despite being short staffed for the afternoon as they were. Definitely recommending this stop next time we're in town for the Wednesday Farmer's Market.

Had lunch out on the patio. It was a little cool, but the sun was out. Right beside the water. Nice.

No Guinness left and they messed up my wife's order and didn't say anything until they were serving the food.

Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and would go back.

Always a great franchise pizza whenever I go. Have been already i this one and so far, of all the location I have been, has the best waterfront patio seating which is always a big plus on a sunny day.

AJ was our server on the night of September 2nd and he was absolutely amazing. The restaurant was packed and super busy and he was prompt with his service. Great Job! BP is blessed to have a server like AJ

The quality of the food and drinks were really subpar. The drinks tasted like soda water - no flavour whatsoever. My chicken fingers were tasty, however, the original small amount of cold fries served was quite surprising - how do you not notice this when serving out a plate in the kitchen? The poor food quality was definitely not what I was expecting.

Slow service, atmosphere and food is alright. The waitress just kept walking past us before we could say a word. Do better

Most of the menu is pretty meh. Even their pizza isn't great. Service is decent but if you're looking for a good meal I would suggest going somewhere else. The quality of their food at the price they're asking and the automatic tip, definitely not worth it. I can't recommend Boston pizza, any location.

Great view. Food was ok. Had a nacho platter but not much chicken on it was disappointed with it and the very small salsa, sour cream and guacamole that was supposed to serve 5.

Me and my friend pulled up to Boston pizza and Joshua hooked us up with the yummiest soft drinks. It was 20 minutes until closing and we were in and out. No cap (not lying) Joshua should get a raise. Wish I could give more stars.

Great lunch at Boston Pizza. Cactus potatoes did not disappoint, Chicken fingers and ceaser salad were good as well. Amazing service from Crystal our waitress. Best service we have had in a very long time.

AJ delivered my Boston Pizza order multiple times over the last few months. He is timely, helpful and kind and convenient. Highly recommend AJ for deliveries and Boston Pizza has been great with great service and food!

I highly recommend this Boston Pizza location. The service was excellent and our food was delicious. We sat outside on their patio and had a beautiful view as well. Lots of choices on their menu.

Pizza no good.overall it was very bland, crust was overcooked, not a lot of meat/toppings, not a lot of sauce even though i asked for extra.also pretty pricey, it was pretty small

Food is pretty bad.service and atmosphere is okay but cant get over the bad food. Also its very overpriced

Everything was good, other than having the feeling of being rushed. Food was good, service was decent just felt like we were being rushed, and the atmosphere perfect, right on the edge of a lake with great views.

I live in Gravenhurst. Been eating at Boston Pizzas all over Ontario for decades and this location consistently has the worst service, food quality (regularly running out of ingredients), and drink quality. Tonight both tables beside me, who sat after I did, got there drinks first. My mojito didn’t have the mint muddled or limes squeezed. Server forgot my order and had to come back to ask 10 minutes later. My spaghetti bolognese was linguini marinara. Just another poor performance …and then they give the sad face when the tip isn’t what they’d hoped.

Our family does not dine out often. Maybe once every few years So when we came to this location on Fathers Day it was very upsetting to receive the service we did. We drove forty minutes to this BP for the lakeside patio… should have stayed in our town and sat indoors. For starters, they took our food order and twenty minutes later came back to tell us they were out of toppings, twice. We waited 80 minutes to receive our food and the only drink refills received were mine, as they were alcoholic. My family of five with me had water and pop and didn’t get a refill in the whole 105minutes we were there. The server was friendly but the amount of time it took to receive our food is totally outrageous. They compensated a 25% off due to the missing ingredients but that doesn’t make up for such an upsetting experience. Sadly, we will not return.

Happy hour - yes, happy it was over and went to McDonalds. Without a doubt the saddest looking and worst tasting nachos ever. Toppings were non existent, couldn't find the cheese. Was basically a side of salsa and some stale chips. Says serves 3 on the menu … that was almost as funny as being charged full price for happy hour apps. Service was ambivalent. At least the view of the water was good. I didn't feel bad at all about not leaving a tip and giving the service & “food” a 1* review - that was my pleasure. Want great nachos - try any Moxies.

I have never had an experience like this the server rolled her eyes when a coffee was brought cold to our table, had no answer when asked question, and made excuses over and over again as to why she isn’t our server. Trinity was the servers name.

Went for Father’s Day dinner on Sunday evening around 7: 30 pm the wait for the prime patio was 45mins to 1 hour wait so we sat inside dinning room the busboy looked and sounded frustrated and was trying to discourage people from staying by saying “ just so you know we are out of chicken so ya you can stay or leave “ we decided to stay and now wishing we hadn’t
Food shortages was the first thing the waitress pointed out before we ordered a drink so I ordered a pasta dish like ravioli which wouldn’t have been my choice but no chicken …. My boyfriend ordered a beef dip sand …after ordering waitress pointed out there’s no onion rings to complete your sandwich never offered any substitutions and said sorry your sandwich isn’t as advertised but our manager is charging you full price for it anyways …like what?
Then I thought I would take a chicken pecan salad home knowing no chicken but they had boneless chicken wings (which is a chicken nugget) so I said I am ok for a substitution of the nuggets chopped up in my salad in liu of chicken breast and I was going to take that home …, waitress came back and said yes they will do that for you but your paying full price for salad of $19
And charged for a full order of chicken nuggets (8 for $18) what? They are out of chicken but I am suppose to pay almost $40 bucks for a salad …. Uh no thanks I will order one from orillia and pick it up on my way home …. The manager name was Jeff and I don’t think he has a clue of running a restaurant …we have gone to this location many times which has always been excellent I am aware this guy is new which probably is why it’s gone down hill from a 5 star to a 3 …. Not the usual for Boston. Pizza standard…. Orillia is much better!

Sat for 30 min and didn't even get a drink, server's were gossiping and not doing there job. Just an overall terrible experience

Had a personal size pizza, was very good.
Service was good, friendly and outgoing staff. The restaurant was very busy as there was a boat show on the water, and it still managed to outperform!

Tried to go out for a nice meal with my family on our way home, and we were completely ignored. The hostess was dealing with another customer, so we stayed back to allow them to Finish their transaction. Another customer came in and walked in front of us. The hostess looked up and seated them. We were left standing there waiting well lots of other servers and managers came and went from the front desk. We ended up turning around and leaving without even being spoken too. Totally unimpressed with the service.

Great friendly staff at your service, Awesome view of Lake Muskoka whether indoors or enjoying the patio and fantastic meals with great portion!
Oh, I can't forget their variety of drinks, alcohol and non-alcoholic, just the way you like it!

Just a terrible experience all around. Food was awful, drink were weak and half full, service was slow and disorganized, the kitchen and dining room was dirty and uncomfortably hot.
