Server was excellent, highly recommend this location.
The young lady working on Nov 29th in the lounge around noon/early afternoon was great; the service she provided made my dining experience the best one I had all week while in the GTA.

The food was ok. I have had better stuff here. Extremely busy on a weekend night! We first had poor seating and asked it to be changed. Post that, the service was pretty poor. No plates, cutlery or water. We had to ask for all of that. Servers seemed stressed. All in all, we have had better experiences here. Expected better!

Customer service was superb! Food was great even though we ordered our steak medium rare, but received it well done.

Parmeet Gill was an amazing server. She was very nice and polite with us. The food was delicious and amazing place for gathering

Had delicious food that arrived quickly and a very attentive and cheerful server named Karan. He checked on us frequently and was very pleasant and helpful.

It was quite loud in the restaurant but overall we had a fantastic experience and will eat here again.

The waitress was great.food was good.but the swarm of fruit flies was ridiculous. Huge turn off.

A must visit place with your kids and family. A lot of options to choose from kids menu to adult menu. Staff was very friendly too.

We love this place and coming back to back 2 days fortunately we got same server Tamara she was very nice and attentive. Thank you Tamara for giving us the best experience.

Horrible food and no disrespect to the waiter. I took my Grankids here for dinner and lack of information and quality service and food are not provided here. No one came to put cheese on my grandkids spaghetti? No refills on the drinks, was supposed to get 3 meatballs with the spegehtti and only got 2. My ceasar salad was horrible. I think I'll stop here cause I could keep writing.

Ate there this past Friday night while in town for my daughters hockey tournament. Food was great, service was great, and they had a great magician walking around doing card tricks and animal balloons that my daughter and her friend really enjoyed! It had something for everyone.

One of the poorest service that I ever experienced.
No care from staff and a very long wait despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty. (July 11th night)

The selection of food wasn't great, but the food that came to the table was delicious.

We love to go to Boston Pizza…. Although the thai Bites and Mediterrean Pizza is awsome we love eating This Pizza.
Some times the service is good and sometimes people are wierd.but Boston Pizza is good.

I go here very often and absolutely love the food and they’re very quick with bringing out the food. Best experience!

Pizza tastes better when it's hot and fresh. Drive home ruined the cheese. Also they keep asking me to pay in person AGAIN for orders I've already paid for online. Takes an extra 5-10 minutes to clear it up even when I show the receipt on mobile. Telephone orders are a great convince but depending on who takes your order, they might not know the menu and say a certain item isn't available, even when it is.

Service was ok. Food is too salty and cheesy. Not for health conscious people. The atmosphere is normal for a sports bar place.

Ordered the Pineapple, Beet, and Goat Cheese Salad to-go. The photo online looks much more appetizing. Flavour was alright (it was edible), appearance was alright (looks "blah" in real life. Won't buy it again but the good thing is I ate something healthy for dinner.

One star isn't even right. Came here with my husband and son and we were seated for 25 mins without anyone coming to ask for our order. Not even any water or drinks. Not a single person even saying they would be with us shortly. During that time two other separate families were seated and guess what? They both received help before us. I literally watched the server go from one table to the other to take their orders and then at that point we just got up and left. Never had this experience before.

Service has gone downhill in the last couple years.

Food is pretty standard, same as most Boston Pizza locations - 3 stars. 4 stars because service (Madeline) was amazing.

So my Ceasar salad tonight was all wilty and just nasty. I couldn't eat it and when I brought it to my server's attention, her response was 'ill tell my manager' that was it and we were still charged the full price for that meal. Plus we went there for a birthday dinner and while we told our server, it was completely ignored. Usually they will sing a short birthday song with the service.not for us. Our kids were hugely disappointed. Will definitely not be returning to the resolution dr. Location. Poor service and even worse food.

Delicious wings, burger and fries. Should be some rewards program offered like air miles or scene points.

I simply loved the food and service of my server Karan. He was very pleasant and professional.

Amazing pizza. Fresh toppings. Best pizza I've had in years. Definitely will be going back.
