Always a great experience coming here as the food is always good and our one and only server Manny, his service is awesome. He know how to handle things even when its busy. He’s always cool minded. I would recommend everyone to come here and ask for manny as their sever.

I had amazing dinner with my family at boston pizza as mani was very helpful about food suggestions. He was super quick & friendly. He made amazing drinks for everyone. I will definitely go back there

Today June 1st picked up a Bandera bread from this location was greeted by a lovely young lady who made my day! Place looked super clean as l always notice the front door windows in a restaurant phone was ringing 2 of us on line she handled herself like a pro telling me hope to see you again soon

Peasantly surprised by the large parking space and spacious interior. The restaurant had ample parking for its customers, which made it very convenient for me to park my car and enter the restaurant without any hassle. The inside of the restaurant was also very spacious with plenty of room to accommodate a large crowd.

Regarding the food, I decided to go for their pasta penne and pizza, and both of them were very delicious. The penne was cooked perfectly and its sauce had the right blend of spices and tanginess, giving a flavorful taste. The pizza I ordered was also good, with the crust being crispy and toppings.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Boston Pizza, as their convenient parking and spacious interior enabled me to feel comfortable. The pasta penne and pizza were also very satisfying with their delicious taste and fresh ingredients. Hence, I would surely recommend Boston Pizza to anyone who is looking for a spacious restaurant with good food!

Went toward the end of April, had the "Pizza Flight" with my partner, which was 3x 6-inch pizzas (4 slices each), your choice of toppings. We got Mediterranean, Italian Delight and the Royal Hawaiian. It comes with a dill, sriracha and garlic dip. Everything tasted great, no complaints. Our server, Jiya, was 100% amazing, very attentive without being pushy, took the initiative with the free refills and made the experience better.

Went to watch the Leafs game 5. The food and service was great wasn't too impressed with the atmosphere. Small tv screens and low level of volume didn't make for an expected great experience.

The food was alright but it took them over 20 mins to get the food and they never came to our table to come check on us and they never gave us the bill until we asked for it

Been here a few times and I've been surprised by how good it is. Pricey but great portions, I tend to stop here before a movie. Customer service has always been good, not overbearing but not forgetful. The only thing I could think of criticizing it on is having more variety on the channels they have running on the tvs (all but one are the same thing). Plugs at every table is super handy.

Food was tasty but the service was like they came to us late to ask for the food and give menu.

I had such a bad experience last night in boston pizza. The food was not how I expected it to be whereas bill was at peak. But servers were nice.

I like this place close to my office food is always good, but they just can't get a handle on service. Place was empty, table was dirty where we were seated had to have it wiped down and to say the least sloopy job I ended up using my wet nap to clean it. Server brought our food, never came by during the course of the meal to say how's it going only came when we were done and asked if we wanted a refill on our drinks? That's because she was too busy talking to her friends at a table. Anyway paid the bill, didn't wait for her to bring it as that was about 15 mins after we finished our meal. I gave her a 5.00 tip on a 55 dollar meal paid 60 bucks cash at the front she asked why? Re train that's why! If you want good food stop here, you won't be disappointed. What really is upsetting is that the place was empty maybe 3 tables and 6 clients total. I am tired of the belief that you HAVE to tip you dont have to tip if the service was awful do you? I would' ve rather gone and gave the cook 20 bucks for making a great meal for me than to tip the server, next time i might just do that! If the server can't handle 3 tables then Boston has a real problem! Enjoy.

Appetizers were so good and better as compared to the main entrees, overall great experience. Sammy served us, and she was awesome. Thanks to her.

I’m a fan of BP a good place for social hangout where you can eat, drink, watch some sports. Always welcoming:)

Big fan of Boston Pizza. Came around 8 pm. Were seated right away! Our server Samiksha was great and was always checking in on us. Great customer service.
Got ourselves a Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Not bad and very filling in itself. The Mediterranean Pizza is the go-to in my opinion if your a veggie fan. Can't rave enough about it. It's delicious!
For dessert we had the NY Cheesecake. A classic and really tasty.
Spent about 60 dollars. Not bad for two people and especially for the quality of food. Time and again Boston Pizza has delivered in my experience.

I would never visit this restaurant, we did a large order for pickup. Paid visa online. 30 minutes before we went to pickup our order, The order was cancelled by Boston Pizza. Nobody called us to advise the order was cancelled by Boston Pizza. We received poor customer service from the manager who tried to blame us. I have no respect for poor customer service, especially from such a large organization. I already thought BP had the worst pizza for a place that has Pizza in their name.

Really we had bad experience. We have been there with kids and order pizza and coke but server provide pepsi but kids dont like pepsi. I requested to her return and they need coke but she didnt care and service was so rude. I dont like to give even one star but there is not option. My kids love there pizza so we have been. My kids asking water and I requested her but she didnt care. The service was so rude.

I brought a pizza on this wednesday and there was a hair inside even me and my worker had digestive problem after having that. It was not good experience at all. I will recommend any service man to contact me and either give me my money back or another good pizza. Thank You

The food was good but the service was meh. Sat us down, we waited for 15 mins for our drink order in an empty bar. Another 20 min for food order, once food came we wanted a refill and new drinks but again couldn't get her attention because she was talking with the other waitress and guys at the bar. Don't think we'll come back to this location.
