Boston Pizza, Restaurant and Sports Bar

The service was decent, but ALL the fried food was spicy. We bought two kids meals that came with fries and a burger and sweet potato fries. All the fries were spicy. When we asked the waitress about the reason she did not provide any sort of explanation. Our guess was that they fried some hot peppers in the oil. We all felt Ill after eating here. We are avoiding this place at all costs in the future. This was the location nearest the airport.

Came to celebrate my daughter’s 7th birthday. Food was good and came quickly. Leon was our server and service was phenomenal!

Came here for a night out with my Mom and had a wonderful experience! Kushal was our server and he was amazing! 10/10 recommend

I wanted to share the absolute incredible service provided by Leon at BP at Dixon.in 30 years of managing people Leon represented a class of service which is above incredible.he literally is one of the best servers I've ever had he should not only be commended but promoted he made our night beyond special and is a gem in service

Haven't had a bad meal at Boston Pizza. Everything is fantastic from their original pizzas to their hand held sandwiches to their pastas. You won't be disappointed.

Tough because Boston Pizza is usually great across the nation. There was an issue while it was very busy. Bartender was helping out but didn't have any knowledge of the menu it seemed. Some of the food came out burnt but no complaints here.

For the price, it's not up to the standard of what it should've been.

Tough evening at BPs

The food was good but when we were being seated the waitress said, "No do NOT seat them in my section" which felt really like.rude? I get that it's really busy, but walking in and it immediately being implied that you're a nuisance is pretty hurtful.

Leon was an awesome server, polite, friendly and helpful with the gluten free options! I’m from Brockville area and would come back here because of the service from him without a doubt. Thank you Leon!

This would be a cool spot to watch the game. Good tasted good but the portion sizes were very small.

Ordered by phone, told it would be 15 min. When I got there, they had put the wrong order into the kitchen. After clarification, they said ten minutes. 45 minutes after I ordered first time, I told them if I didn't receive my order in 3 minutes, I would cancel. He disappeared and 5 minutes later someone came out with the wrong order. Not at all pleased. I cancelled. Never going back

We ordered on the Boston Pizza website. The order said it would be delivered in 55 mins. I called the restaurant to check on the order 70 mins later. Said driver would be another 5-10. Phoned me back in 20, said driver had break down and wouldn't be coming, had no other way to deliver.suddenly driver was at my door with wrong order, had no idea about a break down. Certainly not honest and a little disorganized.

Went there with friends and the service there is very slow. Servers there are too rude sometimes and don’t listen to our requests at first go! Had a great time with the food though, the taste was good

I really like the pizza style from this franchise but I know it's not going to be the best in town. I had some fried shrimp that were quite disappointing to be honest, so maybe order something else. There were just tiny pieces with more bread than actual meat. I sat at the lounge side which is perfect to hang out with friends, have some beer and watch sports. If I could, I would go there frequently to watch football or hockey, but I live out of town. Lots of TV screens, very visible from all angles.

The location by the airport WORST the Asian looking bartender is VERY disrespectful. No shade to the manager though she did try to turn around our service. But overall was disappointed

Started off with the triple play appetizer, and they delivered big time! All three were great. Our main course included the honey garlic ribs, Hawaiian pizza, jambalaya fettuccine, and fried chicken sandwich, and they were all good, especially the pizza! We had PHENOMENAL service from Mitchell as he was great in suggesting meals and overall a great conversationalist.

Our experience turned into 2 ½ hours not by choice because the service was so slow. Food came out cold and tasted like leftover microwave food.

I love this location and all other Boston pizza’s location. The food is great and the staff excellent.

I am celiac and they are always so careful when you tell them you have an allergy whether you are eating in or taking out. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is inviting and the food is always quick and delicious. Great place for Families or even date night!

The worst customer service ever experienced. Manager Linsey is the worst customer representative ever came across. Discrimination at the highest level. Never ever visit this place if you have your self respect. She yelled at us and said get out. We requested to change our table even before we settled down and it didn’t go well with her. First said you can dine else where. Even tables were not marked reserved. And when we asked for the upper management she started shouting and I think she has problem with people with coloured skin. I hope Boston Pizza take this issue seriously. We are also in restaurants industry and know how to treat the customers.

Well, the lady - the so called manager knows nothing about customer service. We had worst experience last evening to choose this place for Mother’s Day dinner with our family. She talked in rude, insulting and discriminating tone just upon requesting ‘preferred table’ to sit. She asked us to select another restaurant to dine tonight. This wasn’t it, when we told her that you can’t talk to us like this, she yelled and asked us to leave the place.

Good luck to owner and the management your business is taken care by such type of Manager who runs your show.

Very bad experience with jenifer. Who is calling herself so called manager over there. No customer service.i wanna give 0 star but there is no option.please be kind and humble with customer.

Our server was thorough. Bourbon BBQ ribs were good. The was a Leafs game which was awesome; lots of Leaf fans and an exciting crowd.

I should have read the reviews before going here. I thought all the Boston pizzas would be carrying some baseline quality service.

Our visit didn't go well, seems manager couldn't take customer requests well. Responded in a very strange and rude manner.

I got a feeling that we were discriminated, I was not sure and didn't belive that this is what has happened. But after reading all the negative review about the manager over here, I am sure now.

Not a good feeling. Manager needs to learn how Canadians treat others.

I'm always satisfied with their food but this one. Calamari was so small and 80% batter. Maybe it's supposedly Baby Calamari on the menu

I was in there with family last Saturday, May, 13th around 2 or 2: 30 pm. I just wanted to mentioned our server. She was amazing! She was fast, courteous, sweet and very friendly. We had the most amazing time.

The lounge seemed pretty quiet from the last time I was there. Raj was a delight as our server.

A disappointing experience eating at this location. The garlic bread was cold and when they brought a replacement it was burnt; the ribs were just heated and tasted bad. We ordered the shrimp Mac n cheese: it was runny, barely any shrimps in there. Kids meals are also smaller than before. We have been here but it seems like the quality of food has gone down. The lack of customers in the restaurant should have been a warning sign.
