Boston Pizza

Last night we ordered 2 pizzas from this location. Everything about these 2 pizzas were bad.the dough, crust and cheese. I tried calling the store a number of times but couldn’t get through. Truly a waste of money. I will definitely not order from this location in future.

Not many people in on a Monday night.pleasant staff, hot food, 4.50 for a chocolate milk is just insane. (though that seems to be everywhere at this point). Parmesan fries are pretty damn good. Price, i dont know, i just cant stand how expensive these places are these days.

Super great staff! Came in with a service dog and immediately the manager asked if he’d like any water, everyone was so nice and accommodating since he’s large breed, great tasting food! Definitely will be back!

Horrible experience - they lost our order and didn't realize until after an hour of waiting we asked when we could expect our food. So, then we began to wait while they cooked. Manager only offered us a free dessert. We ended up leaving and heading to A&W.

The service wasn't the greatest, servers didnt come around much. Was needimg a drink refill and some napkins. It wasn't even overly busy. Food was okay. I was with a few friends and enjoyed their company.

Came to watch a Leafs play off game. The place was packed but service was still quick, efficient and food came out hot! Atmosphere was great with prizes to be won! Got myself a new Leafs hat!

Wonderful restaurant. If anyone can recall the television show called 'Cheers', this is mine.
Amazing hard working staff. Beautiful patios and outdoor tvs.

Forgetting our salad was the first issue.the bland flavour was the bigger issue. Id give a higher rating if this was the first time I've had this complaint but time after time, they never cease to amaze me at how horrible the food tastes! We go years without going here and finally think.ok, fine, I'm sure they have improved by now.and NOPE! I think it's us that should have the 1 star rating for continuing to give them a chance.

Waitress spilled drinks on me. Management gave me a Leafs t-shirt, cap and sunglasses to compensate. Service was brutally slow considering the place wasn't busy. Waited an hour for drinks. Kids didn't get the desserts portion of their meal. I won't be returning.

Awesome places, great food and friendly staff. What more can you ask for? Plus it's easy to get a transport truck in the back to park.

Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in Newmarket, Started coming here over 10 years ago. Great place for lunch or to catch sports on the big TV screens. Good choice of food and great service.

Have not been to Boston Pizza in over 10 years because the food was weak. Now the menu is updated and food is much better.
Service was very good as well.

This place was great, just what I needed one Monday night around Christmastime after some shopping. Sat in the bar and had the Macaroni and Cheese. It was amazing.

Rarely go to these franchised cookie cutter diving experiences but I was getting my car repaired and it was a decent place to pass the time. Told the staff what I was up to and did order some food and drinks but not enough to justify hanging out for 3 hours. The staff was accommodating and the Caesar was appropriately spicy

I really have to share this! We went to have dinner and we very politely told the servers that previously we had a bad experience over there and we were hoping to have an amazing one this time. Sadly it was not! First of all the calamari was chewy, second of all, the wings were so dry that we could not eat them. We ask again what is happening to that location? Why the quality is gping down? Anyways we ask for the bill, they made mistakes with it, then we try to use the kid's meals cards and they said will not work and they keep adding the food that we return (calamari and wings). Lastly my drink (beer) got and insect inside and they brought me another beer but only the exact amount left over before the insect got inside (sorry but a good customer service in a chain like this one will not do that) so we left very unsatisfied and definitely we will not give it another shot. We were polite, and we told one of the managers that honestly the experience was not good again and we explained everything I just wrote and of course they did not do anything about it. What a terrible customer service they provide to their people

Go into have dinner around 9: 45pm on a Saturday. End up standing there for ten minutes no greeters or server's. Then when one comes they proceeded to tell me the dinning room is closed and only the bar is open. This will be the last time I ever eat at this location.

The Newmarket location- food was sumptuous, parking available, close proximity to other interests of mine + excellent customer service.
