We came in as a party of 20 people! It was a lot to handle but our server Dorsa was incredible at taking the orders and getting us our food, and getting us our food on time. I had the Shrimp Alfredo, which was so good! It was a great experience!

Love this place, trivia night with the pasta special was amazing … Service was top-notch and the drinks were awesome. Definitely going to try lunch menu next time.

We came for Tuesday Trivia night and It was so much fun to play as Everything was Broadcasted on Big tvs. The Pasta deal on tuesday is amazing!

We loved it very much! The servers are really friendly. They always are around to take your questions and refill your drinks. Overall, an amazing place to host big gatherings or go out with some friends to catch live games.

I had such a great experience, love the spin dip. Candra was such a great server, she was so helpful and patient with us, and overall great energy! Definitely made the experience much better

I had the best Big Dipper of my life ever tonight! I am what they call a Big Dipper connoisseur and have dedicated much of my life to spreading the good word of this BP sandwich and I must say…tonight’s was top of the liiiiine. I’m in awe of the craftsmanship that must have gone into this work of art. The meat was warm and the bread soft yet had a goooood crunch. 100/10 would recommend.when I wish upon a star I’m wishing to the Big Dipper constellation and am only wishing for more big dippers like this?

Ordered pasta and it was so over cooked that it was a crumbly mess that looked and tasted like porridge. I bet prison food is better than this. Ordered italian sausage and it looked like spam or maybe a hot dog at best. My partner ordered some too and he didn’t actually get any. Dang. That was gnarly! 26 bucks for literal dog food.

The best place to have some relaxing time to refresh and have fun. The food is great but what would make me visit this place over n over again is the atmosphere.
The way the services are provided, the staff and management is making sure that you feel welcomed. During my visit the owner himself came and asked us if we liked everything and chatted with us for a couple minutes. I loved the food and the atmosphere. Overall a great experience.

I've been a regular at this Boston Pizza for awhile now, and I must say I have never been disappointed. All of the staff are amazing, but Tiffany in particular is so attentive and is amazing at recommending different drinks to try. Great place!

Amazing place, Ordered nachos with extra cheese and they were amazing. Would definitely recommend this place. The manager and employees were super professional.

Britney M was our server, she gave the best service and even sang the birthday song by herself (and me) with no help from other staff! She made the night the great for all of us!

There was a group of us and the waiter was amazing. Everything came out as expected and the food was just delicious. Would definitely return and will be our go to food spot!

I had to get out of the house on this day 09/04/2023 never been to this Boston Pizza before (maybe many years ago). On this particular day, I wanted to watch the Hamilton Ti-Cat VS Toronto Argos Labour Day Classic football game. As my TV provider (won’t mention any names BELL Canada) totally screwed up my services, as my wife & I recently moved back to the West-End of Hamilton, ON. Made the mistake of changing Providers, in any event, after a major “blow out” (verbally) with the wife, and not wanting to miss this Classic of Labour Day game I headed here. I arrived about 2: 00 P. M.to make sure I got a seat at the bar. There were lots of seats and plenty of large screen TV’s set up at bar to see (all with sports programming on). From the moment I arrived and left, all staff on hand were friendly, accommodating and working diligently. Personally I don’t drink alcohol, but was vey surprised and pleased that this Boston Pizza carried one of my favourite non-alcoholic beers (Heineken 0.0% alcohol content). The bartender that was working this shift, this day was very efficient, friendly and competent at her job. Not that race has anything to do with a job, there was many waitresses behind the bar getting orders prepared. The waitress I had was a Black African American young lady. Never caught the names, as there was no name tags nor I’m not a regular here. Asked for the correct channel to be put on and she had asked the Manager (I assumed) and all channels were promptly changed to the Ti-Cat game. While there I downed a couple ice cold 0.0% non alcohol beers (wasn’t pressured or hurried to drink). The bartender asked me in intervals, I was OK and wished to order anything to eat. In which I did eventually, started off with the French Onion soup. Very quick service, brought right up to the bar, where I was seated. The broth was very unique, plenty of onions throughout, two giant croutons in centre (found it lacked a bit of cheese) compared to other French Onion soups I’ve had elsewhere, but was still tasty. After a while, watching the Ti-Cats losing and playing terrible in this game (1st Half) I ordered an individual size (8”) pepperoni pizza. I asked if they could do a thin crust Bartender said (they would do their best)
to accommodate my request. Pizza was served very quickly and promptly also. Delivered and served to myself at the bar again by another associate. The pizza was piping hot, had plenty of pepperoni on it, had enough mozzarella cheese on it, and a very tasty pizza sauce, with a nice thin crust 10/10 for the pizza. Followed this with Boston Pizza’s ice cold Lemonade. That was very good also. At this point, the Ti-Cats we’re smelling the game out (end of 1st Half) losing 17-4 and playing poorly. I asked the busy bartender for my tab (bill) and paid via credit card. I left after experiencing an over all good atmosphere. There were lots of other patrons, sitting at tables and enjoying their food and beverages too. I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back again, bringing my wife this time. BTW Ti-Cats ended up losing the game, FINAL score being Toronto Argos 41- Hamilton Tigercats 28. Happy I didn’t see the remainder of that fiasco (being a Ti-Cat fan). All in all, I would give this Restaurant/Sports Bar a high recommendation to check it out!

Just really wanted to make a few comments about the owner of this location.

As someone who has worked for Boston pizza for 3 years I have never witness a worst display of ownership and management as this location. The staff are wonderful and hard working and they unfortunately have to work for someone who has no idea how to operate a business or retain clientele. This individual is absolutely a disgusting representation of what Boston pizza has to offer and should have his franchise license take away. Boston pizza should be ashamed of having this person represent their company.

He treats everyone like trash and we are all just another dollar in the bank to pay his bills, he is a coward and won’t even address internal issues regarding guests and guest complaints when the situation arises but instead hides In the office - pathetic display of leadership.

I have to say I’m disgusted by this location and I have been to 100+ Boston pizzas across Canada. This is the worst one all due the owner and his lack of intelligence regarding the hospitality industry. Boston pizza do better and get rid of this man making your business into a joke

I would also like to mention as regulars me spend 100’s or dollars a week here but - there are many other places I will take my money. I refuses to invest in this joke of an operator.

Went for lunch with Mac staff and some students earlier today. Really good environment, delicious food, excellent services, and the manager was really nice, 5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Boston Pizza on Main Street! The ambiance was inviting and cozy, setting the perfect mood for a great meal. The service was impeccable – attentive and friendly staff made us feel right at home. And the food? Exquisite! From the mouthwatering pizzas to the delectable pasta dishes, each bite was a burst of flavor. The variety on the menu catered to every craving, and the presentation was top-notch. This visit truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another delightful dining experience. Five stars all the way!

I really enjoyed my first visit to this location. What a great experience! We had the vegetarian and Cheese pizza. It was very delicious. I will visit again this location for sure.
