We got our food super quick! I ordered a Brushetta Ravioli. The presentation surprised me, it looked really nice and tasted fantastic! Thank you to the chef! Great job!

Best bartenders out they is always making sure everything is ok and the service is amazing.

I would definitely recommend everyone to visit once with family and friends. Bhut vdia food and on the top sitting ambiance is good for b8g parties. Go and check it out

I visited last Sunday with family and was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service especially Samreet as she was doing such a great job and helping us in finding the best dish according to our taste and I would recommend everyone to have a visit over there.

I went to boston pizza last night with my friends. We were served by the server samreet. The way she treated us and suggested us the vegetarian options was amazing. She told us to go with extra cheese on nacho’s and nachos were great. She followed up with us and kept checking on us. Her service is very quick. She made our dinner memorable. Take out container is the cheaper kind compared to tge other Boston Pizza locations I have been to recently. We were asked how the food was when they have just brought them a few seconds ago.

Service was excellent,
Atmosphere is always good.
Food was not how I have expected. Food quantity was alot less than it used to be. Even in the platter cactus cut potatoes were less than the size of small French fries from McDonald's. Drinks cost $8.50 and they used spoiled /rotten mint leafs. Which makes me wonder what type of food they use in cooked food

I went to boston pizza today with my friend. We got served by samreet. Service was quick and she make sure that we are enjoying our meal. Very friendly and positive person. Will visit again to see her for sure.

So I visited Boston pizza, ordered chicken quesadilla and regular quesadilla. The decoration for them was really bad if someone could see it maybe rejected to eat it at all. It seems like they just threw Quesadillas in the plate on the other corner they put the dippings. Moreover, in the chicken quesadilla there was barely any chicken. Onions were sliced so bigger with extra tomatoes. The quesadilla was itself overcooked. We could have done dinner at some other good place. I’m not gonna visit this place that’s so unprofessional and totally waste of money.

The food was terrible.
-ordered Full Nachos, there was barely any cheese or veggies on them. When we asked for more cheese, we were told that there will be extra charge. While I wait for nachos to be redone with cheese, I see another table with same, but fully loaded nachos. I didn’t understand the difference between the order.

-Thai bites took around 30 mins to come. They tasted refried, all I could taste was the oil. The chicken was hard and rubber like.

-Ordered Medium size veg pizza, which seemed like recooked again as the crust was in-chewable.all the veggies were baked except tomatoes, which were just tossed onto the pre made pizza.
As per my experience in Boston pizza, I have always been served with a dipping sauce with a pizza, but I was charged extra for a dipping sauce. Any random dipping was given to me without asking which one I wanted.

We had to ask for cutlery as nothing was provided. Manager was no help either. Seems like this location needs to do a lot more training as I have never had such a horrible experience at any other Boston Pizza Location.

There food service is so good and mannu is such a great employee & very supportive and outstanding service

My children and I went here for our lunch last Saturday. Our waitress was amazing, very attentive and even made balloon animals for the kids. I hope we get her next time we go back!

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at the restaurant, all thanks to the exceptional service provided by Alexis, our wonderful waiter. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcomed. Her attentiveness throughout the meal was outstanding - she anticipated our needs and was always there when we needed anything.

Not only she was attentive, but she also had an in-depth knowledge of the menu. She offered great recommendations and helped us find the perfect dishes that suited our preferences. Her passion for the food and the restaurant truly shone through, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.

Throughout the evening, she displayed an incredible level of professionalism and friendliness. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was just right, making us feel like valued guests. Her positive attitude and cheerful demeanor created a delightful atmosphere that enhanced our overall dining experience.

The service was seamless and timely, and we never felt rushed, allowing us to savor every moment of our meal.
I highly recommend dining at the restaurant and having Alexis as your waiter. The manager also had genuine warmth and impeccable service made our visit truly memorable, and we can't wait to return for another delightful experience. She undoubtedly deserves five stars and more for her outstanding service!

We came here once 2 weeks ago and the service was slow, but the server was amazing and they were able to change the tv channel to accommodate the kids (two 3 years old and a 5 years old).

We went again tonight, the service was even slower, we were told they didn't have any kids channel available and our food came after 1 hour 20 minutes and the adult meals came before the kids meal. The kids were hungry and restless! They only played sports on the TV, not really young family oriented.

I had to get up several times to ask for service. Then the server asked if the kids can share the dessert candy toppings, when each kid's meal is supposed to come with their own. When she brought the dessert she literally handed me her tray and I was the one taking everything off and serving the kids.

Food was pretty good, but everything else was a huge disappointment!

In over 2 hours, we only saw our server about a half dozen times, the rest of the time I was speaking to other people trying to get assistance.

The table was also covered in crumbs when we were seated and the boosters were super sticky.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any Boston Pizza!

I've been to this location many times for dine in and take outs. However as a loyal customer I had to bring this to the manager attention as I was seated and look around I felt disgusted to be in a restaurant where people eat food and there is garbage and dirty dishes everywhere it completely blows my mind about the Cleanliness of the table floors chairs etc, I would hope that the manager would of done something about this to make me myself the customer happy but she has done nothing. To the owner for not handling the situation as such your manager should be trained to keep the restaurant to a franchise standard not look like a chef in the kitchen cover in flour. I could of exited and dine at another restaurant but I give it a fair shot to see how this will be addressed but your staff needs training for a franchise business I will take the extra measures to contact the city of brampton with health and safety measures to inspect your restaurant including your kitchen because I can only imagine if the dining area is this filthy what the kitchen would look like.
This review is typed at your restaurant 20 mins after clearing the bill the table is still not looked after.
Not to mention the flies while dining.
Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled and for a restaurant you do not sweep while people is dining we shouldn't have to eat dust in our food Thanks for reading.

I want to give a big thank you for the care towards my takeout order. I selected what I thought was red sauce and I appreciate staff noting my dairy allergy and correcting this!

Went to Boston Pizza with a few co-workers for lunch. Friendly greetings upon entry. We were seated right away, and orders were taken quite quickly, which was perfect as we only had an hour to eat and pack up. Food was also good. I heard no complaints from anyone at the table. I had the chicken wings, only negative thing I can say is the wings should be a bit larger to suit the price on them. All in all, we had great service and fast at that. Would deffinelty come for a quick lunch again. One thing I can say is up the wing game:) please and you'll find more traffic - just my honest opinion.

I have been a regular customer of Boston Pizza for years, and I have never been disappointed. The pizza is always fresh and delicious, and the pasta dishes are equally satisfying. Samreet really did a great job in serving food and giving us good suggestions on asking. Highly recommend!
