Boston Pizza

We visited last summer after going to one of the local lakes north from Barrie and thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We have also sit at the patio and the overall atmosphere was phenomenal and very relaxing. Service could be a bit faster.

Otherwise food was very tasty and drinks very refreshing. Much recommended to visit!

What a wonderful Christmas event BP Barrie put on for their customers! It was a great time and my children had a blast doing all the crafts, getting their face painted, and meeting Santa! Will definitely go back. Thanks for the great lunch and fun event, Boston Pizza Barrie!

The food was good, service was great. We went early (4: 30ish) and basically had the place to ourselves. We were done in about 45 minutes, which was good for us.

Terrible service. I sat at the bar for 12 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. And it wasn’t busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. The Blue are playing and football is on, but they don’t have it on all of the tv’s. I will be going to Jack Astors from now on. Very disappointed.

Always great at this location. Food and staff just perfect. Give it your best and your customers return!

We went to Boston Pizza in Barrie to celebrate my husbands birthday. Our server was pleasant and immediately took our order. We started to notice tables around us getting their food despite arriving after us. Our server was no where to be found to inquire about the situation. We waited for 40 minutes before our sever finally appeared and told us there was an error in the kitchen and they skipped over our order. She promised the order would be out in minutes only for us to continue to wait. We got to the point where we we’re beginning to leave when our children’s food finally arrived. We explained that it was my husbands birthday and we were going to be late for the Bobcats game. She didn’t wish him a happy birthday but offered to wrap up our children’s meals. My son had chicken wings so we decided to let the kids eat. It was another 10 minutes before the rest of our food was served. We had to eat in a hurry, skip dessert/singing happy birthday to my husband, and we’re 20 minutes late to the baseball game.

We waited 70 minutes for our meals and we weren’t given discount for the inconvenience. Needless to say we will not be returning. Don’t risk celebrating your loved ones birthday at this restaurant!

If I could give a zero I would, hung up on us 3 times while ordering, messed up the order, no dip for cactus chips, pizza cold because they made the wrong pasta, 10/10 would not recommend

Love that they have kids eat free for the whole month of September! I enjoyed my pasta, hubby enjoyed his pizza, and we both enjoyed the nachos! Delicious!

This was our first time here and last. Our waitress disappeared half way through our meal. No one offered refills on our drinks. Our kids pizzas were burned and the side of fries consisted of 10 burned fries. My husbands and I's pizza was undercooked and everything was falling off it. We had a random waiter shove the debit machine at us when we wanted to pay. Didnt even show us the receipt just said how much and handed us the machine. If your looking for a boston pizza and expect good food go to the north one

Glutenwise menu is great, it allowed me to eat with my family. Menu is a bit confusing the way the G is setup it should be a little clearer if dish is glutenwise or not.

Horrible service and food! The pizza was under cooked and not good at all server didn’t care made us pay full price for it even though I had one piece. The restaurant was messy and rarely saw our server so couldn’t complain about anything. The pasta dish made my girlfriend sick so I would not recommend that dish. Overall I do not recommend will not be returning.

Never recommend. Rude staff and gave uncooked food. When we ask to cook it properly still got the same food.

Honestly trying to give local business our business but the fruit flies attacking our drinks is first then you pay 29 something $$ for empty tortillas which are called antijitos and then the pizza what happened literally you pay 35 $ for large pizza and what you get is big piece of ham a pepper and a pepperoni per slice and overly sweet spaghetti sauce …. Not pizza sauce spaghetti way to thick and sweet for pizza sauce so sad way to much money for cafeteria food…. You ask me to email you I do and then it says someone would reach out within two business days this has been over a month ago and I have heard nothing

I recently had the most delightful experience at Boston Pizza.

The food was exquisite. The flavors were outstanding, and it was evident that the chef put a lot of effort into crafting each plate.

The waitstaff, especially Manager Ally and our wonderful waiter, Mathew, were exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our entire meal.

The restaurant's ambiance was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and well-designed, creating the ideal setting for a memorable dining experience.

I highly recommend to everyone reading this. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a lovely ambiance makes it an outstanding choice for any occasion.

Matt s aka the man with the man bun was very rude at the start of our experience because someone had a hard time reading the drink menu so he left mid way through us ordering without saying anything to go to another table and then half way through he stopped coming to our table to check up on us. We waited 20 minutes for the bill after other employees running around to find him he came over with the machine slammed it down on the table and said have a good night. Didn’t ask if we were using a debit card or gift card, we were using gift card so then we were left alone to try to figure out how to use a gift card on the debit machine. Came over after we had to get another employee to find him to help us. Then he proceeded to get more annoyed with us. Needs a attitude check or needs to not work in customer service from our experience

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely place. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while celebrating a special day for us.

A good easy dinner for after school or after school activities. The bar side is child friendly at early dinner time.

Our waitress was fantastic. Excited to server us and kind. Food is typical BP food in a bag.

Dropped by for lunch after a morning at the lake. Staff was very friendly, good was hot and quick. Would definitely recommend. Had their Mediterranean pizza which was amazing and pineapple salad.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. Boston Pizza is a regular stop and go to when we go out to eat. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. The restaurant is clean. The staff is fantastic especially Ronda and Matt!

The customer service was 10/10. The food was delicious too. Extra points for the amazing customer service.

One of the best bbq chicken pizzas I’ve ever had, to go along with a great Caesar salad. They cut the small size pizza into such wee slices, but it was perfect for what I needed. Desert was cheese cake and kinda disappointing. Overall great service from the bar on a take out order

First time I have not been there since well before COVID. Ate on the bar side.a little noisy but that didn't matter. The service was great! We had the Calamari for an appetizer.best I've had! Waiter said they are getting rid of the Calamari from the menu.please don't.it was awesome. Also had the shrimp macaroni and cheese. The portion was more than sufficient and the taste of that was amazing.

Stopped from lunch while travelling. Second time in the last week. Food was snack stuff or lunch, French onion soup (always great), chicken Thai Bites, 3 cheese toast, chicken club. All very good. Bit noisy, even though not crowded
