Boston Pizza

My wife had made an order online and was told a 45min wait time for pickup, arrived at 40min mark and received our dinner. Drove home 5min away to find out that the pizza was warm if that, thought that it was weird to hear 45min pickup time. I like pizza nice and hot, but if I wanted pizza that is warm then I'll go to pizza pizza and grab a slice. At least there I can ask for longer heat up times

Always warm and welcoming; friendly service all around. Spacious and clean, never an issue getting a seat early evening/ last afternoon. Great bar staff, good selection of craft beer; Alyssa, Donna, Jessie, Kristy and Hillary are very knowledgeable and prompt. The management team are pleasant to chat with and have a true passion for hospitality.

Not at all good or tasty pizzas. Ordered veggie pizza and had big green pepper slices and not at all tasting good.
Not at all happy with the food with what i paid for it.

I don’t think I’ve ever had worse service at a restaurant. I don’t remember the last time we spent over 2 hours at a restaurant and the majority of this was just waiting. My husband, two small kids and I went out for dinner to this location for the first time and doubt we will ever go back nor would we recommend it to anyone. Our waitress said she would be back in a minute for our order, this turned into about 15-20 minutes… we also had to go find someone to ask for more drinks at one point as all 4 of us finished ours and still no one in sight. When our new drinks were brought to us, our empty ones were not cleared and sat stacked in the middle of our table for the remainder of our time there (which little did we know would still be another hour…). Once we finally got our food, we managed to enjoy a few bites but ultimately had to ask for to-go boxes as we needed to get home for our kid’s bed times since we were pushing the two hour mark at this point in our visit. The washrooms were also filthy with an overflowing garbage bin and paper towel all over the floor by the sinks. At least the food was decent. The restaurant did not even seem overly that busy, there was never any line and were a number of open tables around us. I would hate to see what a busy night looks like… Definitely do not recommend this location.

Had nachos and chicken wings very good and the service was very friendly.
And remembered to ask how we liked it.

I stop here monthly on my way thru Woodstock. Great food, service and friendly people. Chris is a great ambassador for Boston Pizza. A must try!

Not a very good night for service at BP. Normally this location has been wonderful. Tonight we made reservations for my family of 11 for supper. Waitress started off wonderful got us all drinks while we looked over the menu. Was very helpful to all of our little extras we asked for (cups with lids, straws, berry in our glasses for our sangria pitcher). About 15 minutes after taking our order came back to inform me the that they were out of rice for the bowl I wanted. I could either have it without or order something else. She brought me a menu to look over again. After waiting about 20 minutes we had to flag down another wait staff to find our waitress. When she came back I asked if I could order my second choice so that it would be ready with the rest of my family’s food. Then comes the manager 15 minutes later to tell me my second choice was also not available… (I ordered a steak) and I would need to choose another item on the menu. I picked an item easy and fast and our food started to arrive. The big problem was our waitress never returned after I ordered my second pick and if we wanted a drink or need something it was our job to ask a passer by employee for help. We had to ask multiple times for drinks, I got charged for pop refills, I got charged for my first pick which I didn’t receive and got less than acceptable service. As a paying costumer spending over hundreds for our meal I’m very disappointed.

They ended up getting our order wrong, so half our party was not able to enjoy their meals as the items were incorrect, but the food that was right was good!

You pay extra for chicken in the nachos which I’m happy to do but there was VERY little bbq chicken on there; a few tiny chunks. The Thai Bites had lots of deep fried coating and again not enough meaty chicken. With tip, $55 for 2 apps and not nearly enough protein considering what you’re paying. Might be okay for some but not for me. Server was great, food quality very disappointing.

Went for a working lunch. Ordered ahead and food was hot and ready for us. Friendly staff. Food was good.

I had order a vegi pizza and clearly asked for vegie with extra cheese. We found out a piece of bacon so dissiponted I have been vegitarian for whole my and allmost eat it. I call them and told them they promise to delivery vegie pizza right a way I wanted for three hours and got nothings. This is really dissipointed

The service was below expectations. 20 min wait for the server to follow up, with all wait staff huddled together at the entrance. No acknowledgement of the wait.
Would not recommend this location.

This location is great! I had a big issue with a kitchener location and the manger here was kind enough to help me out and resolve it even though it wasn’t this stores fault. I usually order the jambalaya fettuccine and it’s always tasty!

The food is passable, but they disregard allergy guidelines, particularly for Indians. Not recommended as they handle beef and then use the same hands for making vegetarian or chicken pizzas. Exercise extreme caution. The manager is incompetent and unhelpful.

It’s so sad how a kid approached with us with rudeness and blame us for the waitress mistake. It’s not the first time the waitress had brought us wrong orders. But never were treat it like that. This actually surprise me tonight. We are customers since we moved to this town 8 years ago. But today wasn’t a very good experience. The kid that works in the kitchen called himself the manager and approach us that way It’s not acceptable. The waitress served was very poorly as well. No a very happy customer today.

We went on Family day so it was busy, but we felt bad for the staff working. Bad enough we took a moment to compliment our server Penny for how well she was doing/how hard she was working given how clearly understaffed the restaurant was.she never stopped moving and was super friendly.
Our calamari was great and both entrees were delicious (hungry carnivore and Thai chicken wrap).
Also, specifically loved how we ordered food for our 1 year old with our drinks and food was out with our drinks.

Star off for the management - every restaurant was full and busy, shame on you for not planning to hire more staff to save a few bucks in wages so your servers werent run ragged, and the kitchen staff weren't overworked and backed up.food coming out was slow. This is a day you need to plan for lots of families and plan for proper staffing so your servers and kitchen staff aren't run ragged.

A wonderful place, excellent customer service, and a child friendly outlet. I would love to visit again.

It was very busy.
Food, all came out at once, not so great.
Our server was good.

Delivery was quick- hence the 3 stars.
But the food was really poor- Ribs just had sauce slapped on them and texture was weird. Fries underwhelming and garlic toast was burnt. Please do better

Fantastic food. Great price especially for nowadays for nachoes. Great staff. I forgot my wallet there and the owner even went out of her way and delivered it to me.unheard of. I will recommend this place highly to anyone. 10/10

The food was good and the server was nice but seemed inexperienced. We had to ask for cutlery and napkins.
