Boston Pizza

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boston Pizza, and I have to say, the shift manager Karam truly made my experience exceptional.

Karam was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every customer was well taken care of. They effortlessly managed the entire restaurant with grace and professionalism, making sure that all operations ran smoothly. Their ability to multitask and handle any challenges that arose during the busy dinner rush was truly impressive.

What struck me the most about Karam was their exceptional leadership skills. They fostered a positive and collaborative environment among the staff, which translated into exceptional service. It was evident that the team respected and admired Karam creating a harmonious and efficient work atmosphere.

Moreover, Karam demonstrated a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. They checked in on every table, making sure everyone's needs were met. Their knowledge of the menu was impeccable, and they effortlessly guided us through the various options, ensuring we had a delightful culinary experience.

Beyond their professional capabilities Karam has a remarkable ability to make diners feel valued and appreciated. They took the time to engage in friendly conversations, creating a warm and personalized experience. It was evident that they genuinely cared about each guest's satisfaction, going above and beyond to exceed our expectations.

Haven’t been to BP in ages but had a gift card so went for a meal and a few drinks.

Pros: Beer is nice and cold, staff are super friendly.

Cons: Restaurant needs some touch up’s (painting, booth seat covers cracked), food was ok - Thai bites app came out cold (staff were apologetic and got us another order that came out hot), salad romaine was definitely browning, the restaurant (bar side) has a prominent fly/fruit issue.

The first time i ordered a couple of years ago they really messed up
i thought i will give them a second chance ordered a take out for 6 pm
they tell me the kitchen messed up
and the prder is delayed
they really do know what they are doing

I ordered the Hawaiian. Their pizza is so far from those cheap fast food pizzas. They are made of quality ingredients. Our waitress was kind but was a little slow on taking orders and bringing them out. If you want to enjoy pizza, go here.

I was greeted by the host Vagmin. He was very polite and made sure my food reached me on time. My server Stephanie was spectacular and served the food on time. This location is a must try!

We had our usual. A custom pizza with hot & honey garlic wings. We started with a Cesar salad that we shared. The food was great, and the service was excellent.

Ordered 2 large pizzas and breaded dill pickles for over $70. Pizza wasn't really very good. The pickles were delicious though. I prefer local Mom & Pop Pizza shops over this chain.

What a fantastic experience. Our food was excellent but the service was what really made this a great evening out. Our server Steph was incredible. Her knowledge of the menu and ingredients allowed us to easily deal with a small dietary issue without any problems. Her menu suggestions were spot on and made our night. Nick the kitchen manager also deserves kudos. He caught an error made while our dinner was being cooked and corrected of his own accord and we weren’t billed for the extra corrected meal item. All in all, this has been a great food experience. Can’t say enough about this place.

Ordered Appetizers - Thai Chicken Bites and the Bandera Bread
Thai Chicken Bites are good and the Bandera Bread very tasty (lots of cheese)
Drinks: The Rootbeer spiked Fishbowl and margarita Fishbowl - great! - MOM approves
Smokey Mountain Spaghetti and Meat Balls - very good and lots of left overs
Trio Flight Pizzas (3 - 6" mini pizzas - thin crust and lightly done)
Ordered to perfection and YUM. YUM - MOM approves

Overall experience is excellent - MOM approves!

Wonderful staff and service and good food! We recently has a school event there and even though there were so many of us, they were all incredibly kind.

Red wine Sangria was fabulous and so was the power chicken bowl! Sat on the patio which is nice too!

Great ambience and cheerful crowd all the time. Service is great and the pizza customisation is on point.

Food is amazing but the reason for 5 star is their amazing server RAFAEL.
Whenever you come here make sure to meet him. Amazing guy amazing hospitality great food.

Daughter and I enjoyed our lunch here. Daughter ordered pasta and side Ceasar salad. I ordered the chicken pecan salad. Service was friendly but a bit slow.

It was my first time visiting this Boston Pizza location.
The food was great, and the servers were very polite.
My one issue was the cleanliness of the place. It has so much dirt on the floor and carpet. This cheapened the experience and initially had me doubtful about whether it was ok to eat there.
I will add that I went there on a Sunday at 8 pm.

Very good service and consistent food unlike many other boston pizza locations.
Our server Louis was amazing and very attentive.

The quality and service just isn’t quite there. We occasionally enjoy the Sarnia location and have had a much better experience there.

Stopped in New Years Eve with a group of 12. We just wanted to find a place to eat that didn't have a limited selection. BP fit that perfectly. Food was good, and service was fast. Could have kept the drinks topped up a little more but we had no complaints.
