Ordered chicken parietal no sauce on it just hard crunchy chicken and it was so loud we couldn't hear each other

We had liam as our server today, he was phenomenal.he was very respectful and very kind.he was amazing glad he was our server.

Just started going to BP at this location. The one in Kingston is fantastic and so is this one. The bar maid is fabulous, friendly and makes it pleasant. I had the mac and cheese.yum!
I'll def return and explore more

I ordered take out at 830. Was told the food would be ready in 15 minutes. Food wasn't ready for us until 910. One server said they were packing it up. We waited 12 minutes. Another server came by and tried to charge us again. She also claimed she had just packed it up.

It was very obvious that our order was forgotten about.

Quite possibly the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. Food was not enjoyable. Fruit flies all around our table. The bill was incorrect. Will never return.

We were in a rush and Kendall went out of her way to help us out! She was super attentive and very nice! She made our experience much better

The food was really good, but the service was horrible. We were there for a trivia night, and only two waitresses in the entire place.

Went to see champions league but they dont have DAZN. The waitress was nice and attentive so we stayed for pizza and watched on our laptop.

Their pizza tastes similar to Pizza Hut! Why pay 4x the price when you can get a similar pizza from Pizza Hut.

But the some of the food choices was not worth the price they charged for very small portions, others like the spaghetti and meat balls was large enough to get 2 meals lol

To be honest this restaurant does not meet my expectations. The food quality was not good. Overpriced and very slow service and it was not even crowded. The pasta was tasteless and it was full of cream. I don't recommend this location.

Went in for a couple pints, it was a lively atmosphere and the music was good. Definitely will be back.

Went with a group on Dec 27th. There was only two waitresses working (one on each side) took forever for a drink let alone food. The waitress was so stressed and couldn't keep up. Management should have gotten her help! Forgotten drinks, forgotten sides, forgotten take out containers. Then had to have someone pay my bill for me and reimburse them as I couldn't wait any longer for the check! My bill alone was 150 dollars for myself and 2 kids. Let alone the 10 other people that were there. What a waste of money!

Sandwich was ok
My friends soup was so salty it was inedible. Server was also very ish. It's a chain. To be expected.

Worst customer service. We waited for 15 long minutes and no one assisted on reception and when i asked the server lady that is anyone here to help us and she simply said no and went away.

Food is good but a bit pricey. 30$ for chicken parm.only 1 piece of chicken.also menu prices need to updated and easier to read on website.thought it was $19.99

Amazing place for dining in, I tried the mediterranean pizza and that is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Must go, and amazing place for vegetarians.

They were out of twisted tea. We had a party of 30 with a bunch of kids mixed in and they were all out of crayons n colouring pages. Otherwise, the food and service was good.

Won’t be coming back to this location. We sat in the patio and it was really dirty. There were so many tables left with empty dirty plates, napkins and glasses. The whole 1.5 hour we were there no Server came to clean up any of the tables. We finally ordered and got our food and it was just not up to par like other BP locations are. The wings were undercooked and super soft. The shrimp tacos weren’t how they usually are. It had coleslaw instead of lettuce and a different sauce. Really upset because we had high expectations. Unfortunately the food made our stomachs really upset and we threw up. BP is great don’t know if today was just a one off day.

The food was really good as it is in most BPs but the service was slow and inattentive. The hostess tried to point out our table to us rather than take us there (when you have an elderly parent, that doesn’t go over well). We waited over 10 minutes for a server to appear, and that was after we told the hostess we were still waiting.

Food is terrible poor service. All items we ordered are half cooked we need to trash the whole thing. And the manager didn’t have the courtesy to ask about the concerns

Other then being extremely busy for mothers day it was great service awesome wings and cold beer. Overall great experience.

Awful costumer service. Told it’d be 20-25 minute wait. We decide that’s fine and wait. An hour goes by and still get told they aren’t sure when they can seat us… seriously? Absolutely disgusting. Ended up leaving because we just kept getting the run around. Had we known it’d be such a long wait we’d have politely declined and went elsewhere. But making us wait an hour+ with the kids and still no answers… your front desk seating lady needs better customer service skills. So rude and arrogant when asked how much longer. So rude. If we couldn’t have been accommodated than we should have been told upfront. Constantly seeing so many people seated who arrive way before us is also pretty disappointing. What a waste of time spent here.

Will not be returning to this location.

Went with the family to take advantage of the Kids Eat Free promotion. It was in fact our first time sitting down in a restaurant all together.

When we arrived, we were seated promptly, however there was a very long wait before someone came to take our drink order. When the server came, she was very good with our kids, and was quite friendly and patient with them.

We ordered the bandera bread to start. A bit slow being brought out, and when it did there was still paper stuck to the bottom of it that we had to peel off. We chalked this mistake up to a simple kitchen error, so we didn't bother mentioning it to the server. We were also missing a plate, meaning one of us had to use the communal plate as their own. The bread itself was good and was we expected.

The one kid got a bugs n' cheese (mac n cheese) with fries. While he didn't like the mac n cheese (I tried it and it was fine, he just didn't want it as kids do sometimes.) he really liked the fries. Unfortunately, there was no ketchup at our table so we had to grab one from another table ourselves.

My wife and I ordered the Royal Hawaiian with no red onions. When the pizza came to the table, we discovered that they put red onion on it, May not seem like a big deal, but frankly, we find onion on pizza disgusting. Server was apologetic and had the kitchen remake the pizza. Unfortunately by the time we received it, we had been there for 2 hours and it was one of the child had fallen asleep, so we had to take the pizza to go. (Which was quite good when we finally did eat it.)

While we were waiting for the remade pizza, there was a period of 20 minutes where we had empty drinks and our attempts to flag our server down were unsuccessful. Ultimately, we ended up getting the refills by ourselves.

When we received the bill, we noticed that despite all of the mistakes, we were charged full price for the order. Perhaps since the kids meal was free, they couldn't comp anything, but it's a weird feeling to go to a sit down restaurant for a family experience, and not be able to eat the dinner we ordered. I would have rather been given options.

Not a great experience. Do not recommend.

Food was quick and drinks came quick too, only problem i had was i had a bite of food that wasnt as hot as the rest of the food, which made me think "is this a cold spot" and that was all, every other bite was delicious

Manager was rude and would not sit us down even thou there was a lot of tables open. Made us wait for 20 minutes for no reason.

Placed an online order for pick up. When I arrived it wasn’t ready on time. I waited 45 mins at the front desk for the order. I was told several times that it’s almost ready and they are just packing up but waited so long for 2 entrees and 2 kids meals. Unacceptable. It’s not like I went at rush hour either. I ordered a 4: 30 dinner. What a joke of a place. They are either understaffed or completely incapable of getting orders ready on time.

Not surprised Boston pizza is always closing down. Horrible service. Will never be returning.

The host tells us it’s about a 20-25 minute wait, maybe a little longer, no problem, we waited, and waited, an hour went by and nothing, kept seating people that came in way after us. The host didn’t even care when I told her to cancel our table. Horrible customer service. If you didn’t want to accommodate a party of 9 you should have just told us so we didn’t have to wait around with 5 kids.

Ordered ahwad for take out. Not too expensive considering the food and portions you get. Food was terrific as usual and the service was with a smile as expected!

The free kids meals is brilliant, I hope they make this an annual March promotion. Since pre pandemic days, the food has become much better. Just wished they had better beer selection. Either way, great Family experience, and sports atmosphere

Ordered take out today for two. Went to pick it up and started to eat. Not impressed the food did not look like what I ordered. I ordered the gluten free Chicken sandwich the photo showed a sub bun but I was given a hamburger bun. I asked for my side to be seasonal vegetables and I just got broccoli. Both meals had bacon and it was still raw, the lettuce had gone bad.
Not impressed and won’t be going back.

It was alright service had a trainee they made a mistake with our child's food order. It took longer to come out. He was hungry. But otherwise good service. Food was hot.

My daughter and I stop for lunch. Our server Miranda was very nice. She made sure we had drinks top up. She checked in with us now and then.

The Wings were drowned in sauce.tasty, but very messy.it could be a good thing for some folks, but they should at least let people know that ahead of time.

We always get the large pizza and go half and half (one half one type of pizza, the other half another). We've tried them all and there are no losers here lol! They know how to make a delicious pie!

Great experience. Food service was fantastic and the food was tasty and large portioned. Will go back again soon.

Shout out to " UNCLE ISAAC" and the highly professional chefs at Boston Pizza for a wonderful meal with our grandson, mom and dad. OMG that was soo good definitely going back, thanks again much appreciated!

Soggy and gross.
2 steak sandwiches (the big dipper) were ordered. Asked for rare steak. Both were microwaved roast beef which was extra well done and leathery. The onion rings were mushy and the fries were barely passed cooking time. My Au Jus didn't have it's lid on properly and spilled all over the bag. This same sandwich at any other location I've been to has been delicious. I don't know what Hamilton is doing but it's terrible.

I used to love Boston Pizza. But the cost of meals have increased and the portion sizes are small to say the least. The cooks must be lazy cause dont even mix the Ceasars salad dressing on the salad anymore. Nor show consistency in prep of meals. Very disappointing indeed.

My grandfather is in a wheelchair. Recently we went to the Boston Pizza at centermall and the only wheelchair accessible seating had no tent or umbrella covering the table. During our meal we were roced to leave all of our drinks behind and food as it started too rain and the service was too slow to wait for boxes to put our extra food in. My grandfather is in a motorized scooter that can't get extremely wet. So after waiting 20 minutes for the take home boxes (we never received) had to leave.

We had take-out from this location - I had the shrimp/pasta with white sauce. The pasta was overcooked, the shrimps were complete mush, and the sauce was runny and utterly tasteless. The whole thing was tossed into the garbage. Waste of money. I will never order from this place again.

Order was cold carrots dry and staff when I called wanted me to go do this and that to correct the problem wow I don't work for you and I sure as hell don't have time to fix your bad order reminder Iam the customer that pays your wages and pays for bad orders its enough already

My meal and drinks were good. Bandera bread and kicking it Memphis chicken sandwich with fries. My friends chicken sand which had not bin fully cooked a little pink and a hair on the sandwich. Can't win them all. The friend unhappy and didn't eat. Still good place for laughs and chats at a distance. Staff was very friendly.

We ordered a Tropical Chicken pizza from this BPs via Uber Eats last week and it was not very good. The toppings were all over the cheese which made them come off easily while we ate them and the pizza was not very warm despite our Uber driver getting it to us in under 30mins from when we placed the order so I felt it was more of an issue of how the pizza was prepared vs something that happened in transport. We are fans of the franchise but will not likely order from this location again

Very disappointed with our dinner tonight we usually always have a great experience and food is great but tonight epic fail. Food order got screwed up on the one pizza they gave the wrong size and it was cold and the other pizza was the same. The appetizer we ordered was cold too like it had been sitting a while. And considering the price we payed when we could of gone elsewhere but we like Boston Pizza so we thought ok. Hopefully things improve we may give them a second chance but not sure very disappointed Boston Pizza.

Just ordered jumbalya specifically asked for extra cheeze and nothing for 32 dollars coyld of ordered from the keg not gappy

Previously enjoyed a great pizza earlier in the week so a couple of days later I thought I'd try again I spent 51 bucks and change and was sooooo disappointed when I arrived home to find my pizza seemed to be old and reheated with my toppings added and not even melted into the pizza, they fell off when I picked up my slice, plus I never even got all that I had ordered, the wings were not how I had ordered either.
What an expensive mistake, we ended up throwing 80 percent of it away.usually we have a good experience here but not this time. I thought of calling for a refund but that would mean that I would have to go all the way there again

It was ok, the menu was very limited on my last visit but the "MEATEOR" pizza us 3 shared was very good. Wasnt too expensive either.

This place has no place if you want to eat at but if you want to drink at. I went on Friday December 11,2020 for lunch but were turned away as there was at limit of 10. There were about 5 people at bar and 5 others at a table in the bar section. I asked the guy I think manager at time if there were a limit how long they can stay and he said NO WE LIKE PEOPLE TO ENJOY THEMSELVES. REALLY. I think bylaw should check this place out for limit at table. Just saying. Wasn't to happy.

Last two times I went here at the centre mall location I had to look for someone to be seated. Warm n clean and cozy atmosphere. We ordered 2 drinks a pasta dinner and a rack of ribs dinner it was $64.00. The frozen drinks at BP are not the greatest they lack flavour.

I only walked in to use there washroom since a lot of places are closing them up again from the public cause of covid

Went to the Boston Pizza on Monday, walked in and saw this chalkboard when l walked in. Am l the only one who would've read corona on sale and assumed it was for Monday as a special instead of Tuesday? The manager Justin when l brought it up just walked away. You would think they would appreciate the business taking into account the support we showed for a local business and tried to work with me to resolve this misunderstanding. Our table of 3 spent more than $250 and l feel sorry for a new server Chantel D who did a good job and could only shrug her shoulders when Justin walked away. I gave it 3 stars because my expectations are always low when l go but l chose to meet up with friends for drinks with the expectation we would head out for dinner elsewhere, but we were enjoying the atmosphere (which l do like and the tv's) and with restaurants closing early, especially on a Monday we ended up having dinner there and spent 4 1/2 hours at the bar.

This is a very good location. The service was excellent as was the food. We will be repeat customers for sure!

This is our usual BP we go to and always get good service here, apparently not on Sundays, service was god awful, the food don't even get me started, we did the create your own pizza and it came out doughy sent it back apparently manager on shift said it was because our toppings was to much, k so don't create your own? Said our toppings were steaming the pizza lol never heard that one before but okay, so then fire up another one that one comes out and we end up just choking that down because it was still doughy, never again will we be coming back here
I work in this plaza and recomend this place all the time to customers never again, what they will hear is the service we got

Very hospital, didnt have seating for a while because if the big fight they hosted. But they gave us drinks while we were in the waiting area. Felt so bad for the manager because after the fights, the night got abit more serious but she handled like a professional. I would suggest going to this location over any of the other b.p I've been to. The pizza was great, the offered discounts for the long wait, and did a great job overall with the amount of customers and how busy they were. Top notch!

What can I say other than an exceptional experience all around. Fantastic customer service and the food is spectacular. This particular Boston Pizza is a great place to visit if you are a shopper. Bon Appetite!

This is the second time I have come here. The service is the slowest of all Boston pizza's. My family and I have been seated and waited 15 min before anyone walked past us in the booths. It's not busy its louder in the kitchen.
The manager had to come and asked the table behind me if they have had drinks order yet. Nope. They have been here before We arrived. 10 min later still waiting for drinks What a joke. I never complain about a restaurant but This is bad. Lots of staff walking around.
Owner needs to do undercover boss.

5 stars because our server was amazing! The food was good and as a bonus Boston Pizza has the best high chairs for little kids.

Horrible customer service. Waited for almost 10mins before we were even noticed and offered a seat. That is unacceptable when the place is extremely slow, there is no excuse for that, so we didn't even stay to see how slow they would probably be with getting our food.

I absolutely love it here! I am from out of town but I will be back just so I can make a stop here! The food was great and our service was AMAZING! (Ask for Stephanie) she will definitely make you feel welcomed!

Great patio, shaded in the later part of the day. Seven cheese ravioli was nice as always, but the Thai chicken appetizer was fantastic. Nicely done juicy chicken with a reasonably spicy sweet chili Thai glaze. Highly recommend; definitely ordering it again next time.

Our server was quite nice and definitely overworked. Even so, our wait time was still far shorter than many places I've been.

Although I had problems with my meal and sent it back. The kitchen manager comp'd my meal and gave us free desert. Great waitress and great kitchen manager.

We came here last night because Boston Pizza has always been a family favorite. The first disappointment was it took 20 minutes before we saw a server (it wasn't busy). Another 20 before we were able to order drinks. A full hour before we got those drinks. An hour, really? I couldn't believe it. We were going to walk out, but were all too tired to try finding another restaurant in the area. I am incredibly discouraged by this experience. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. Ever.

Ordered a 2-topping pizza with Skip the Dishes, and it arrived with just 1 topping. Orders don't get much easier than that.

After going there again tonight it truly was a pleasure so I must amend my earlier review Great atmosphere, amazing food, attentive and friendly server. I had an amazing time. Next time you're in you must, must, must try their 7 cheese ravioli it is the most devine tasting pasta dish I've tried. Oh my goodness.
