The cactus cuts were on point!
Kena is super super helpful and she was very happy and helpful!
The mints were super delicious aswell, over all 10/10 experience, will becoming back because of the wonderful staff (kena)

Its Boston Pizza, you pretty much know what you are going to get. Been here a few times, watched the leaf game.

Before heading to the Stockey Centre tonight, we had dinner at Boston Pizza. It was a busy night, but we had reservations for two. We ordered the medium pizza and it was great. The service was wonderful and quick. Our go to restaurant when see a show at the Centre

The sangria I got was tasty.
The rest of my gluten free food was not.
The pasta I ordered tasted like canned beefaroni.

We visited this place tonight for our first Parry Sound visit. Unfortunately we were not welcome by one of the staff who was dealing with the gate. When we approached to the entrance, there was nobody there and we saw couple of tables and chairs were empty. Other than wait just in front of the door and watching others’ eating, we just moved to the front patio and was looking for the empty seats. At that moment, I heard someone is shouting from 4-5 meters away and in front of other people and tables to us. She said “ we are showing you where to sit! ” I found it absolutely rude and ridiculous since the moment she shouted us, everybody turned their face and looked us. I was not sure why this staff was shouting customers and who dare she is to shout me! I am totally disappointed with this place and this behaviour. This was one of the first time we had dinner in Parry Sound and we will leave tomorrow. I travelled more than 30 countries and had been several restaurants and never saw such type of behaviour. Again if your restaurant has this type of rule to show the way to the customers, she could come and approach slowly and explain this to us without causing this pointing out just in front of others. Nobody deserves this type of behaviour and nobody can shout at me in front of others! I never recommend this place to any one including travellers who are coming to explore this city.

Best Boston pizza I've been to. The spicy pierogi pizza was awesome, but service could have been better. It was hard to flag staff down, and they were too busy to spend more then a couple seconds at your table.

Great late Friday night dinner for two! Good and quick service, consistent food, good beer! A nice place on the bay. Easy to pop in to on route to the cottage.

It's always a pleasure eating here. Tuesday pasta discount. Good food, good service, and a wonderful place on the bay to eat.

Three of my girlfriends and I who haven't all been together in the same place in 13 years decided it was time, we made a reservation at Boston Pizza and we lucked out with a table out on the patio our waitress Jaime was awesome as she always is! The food was delicious. I highly recommend checking out Boston Pizza Parry Sound it's across from the town docks, you can see Georgian Bay from the patio. All around great experience!

Excellent atmosphere! Everyone from the hostess to wait staff were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I got the Big Dipper sandwich which was delicious and my wife was very happy with the Pineapple beet goat cheese salad. I can't say enough about how nice the staff was.

Good food and good service. A casual relaxed place place with great view. There was a mix up in my order & the kind waitress apologized & exchanged my meal. In addition a dessert was offered in compensation.

Well rounded spot. Nice location with a good amount of parking even on a busy weekend. No complaints.

We dined on the patio. Two of the party ordered pizza and it was set directly in front of them as if the pizza pan were their dinner plate. The third person was served a sandwich and fries without any cutlery. In fact, there were no side plates for the pizza, no napkins, no cutlery.

We requested them and we received napkins, but not the side plates nor cutlery.
Those who had pizza had to eat off of the pan and the other entree had to be eaten by hand.

After waiting more than 15 minutes for bills (We were clearly ready to go and two members of the party were standing and waiting - having special needs their patience had already been tested by the lack of service) we went inside and were asked " what do you want? ". And we were told the waitress was busy as the staff asking us walked away. We waited while the waitress made drinks and served another table before taking our bills.
Poorly done.

Went here at night and the service was fast and the food also came out relatively fast. It did feel a bit rushed though since they were closing and I should add that they do close relatively early. Overall a good experience

You can never go wrong with some late night appetizers and drinks here. Nice patio, staff is great and and the food is always good.

This Boston Pizza is absolutely amazing! They were gracious enough to host our large reservation outside. They put together a fantastic waitstaff team to serve our party that were friendly, efficient, and helpful. We had a large party with a few separate bills, and the team was so organized. These waiters do their job so incredibly well, we were all so impressed! It makes a difference when the staff in a restaurant truly care about hosting their customers. The manager Shawn was so helpful and accomodating. My family and I had such a great time here, thank you to Shawn and the team!

The verandah has a great view of the harbour dor just sitting amd erelazing. I went here ywice in thenpast week. The server (Stephanie) is second to none! She is attentive, without being pushy and can made excellent dining suggestions. The "create your own" pasta dish is the way to go!

No drink refills. Quality of food wasn't great. Had pasta, and for 1st time had to ask for cheese on it.
