I got a side of chicken breast absolutely over cooked but worse is old plus the quinoa rice is so nasty it's stinks I can't even try it. This place should shut down already sorry but you probably have a kitchen nightmare going on.

HAD AN AMAZING TIME HERE LAST NIGHT FOR OLE YEARS NIGHT. THE ESTABLISHMENT PROVIDED A MAGICIAN SHOW FOR THE KIDS AND MUSIC AT THE END OF THE SHOW. HAD AN AMAZING NIGHT! I WAS A PARTY OF 8. WE MOSTLY HAD DRINKS AND APPETIZERS. OVERALL, FOOD AND SERVICE WERE GREAT. ALL STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING THE OWNERS, SUCH A LOVELY COUPLE. THEY RUN THE ESTABLISHMENT PROFESSIONALLY AND ARE NICE PEOPLE TO SPEAK WITH, ACCOMMODATING MY NEEDS. GOOD LUCK AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING WITH THE FAMILY. HOPEFULLY, MORE FAMILY FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES ARE IN YOUR FUTURE PLANS.

Food is decent here, service staff are a hit or miss. If you’re looking for attentive service don’t bother here. Take a bit of a trip and go to STC instead

Had chicken wings, Nachos, mushroom fettuccini. The servers were very accommodating. Highly recommended place. Best place for hangout with friends and family.

If you're looking for a great place to reunite with friends and family, I highly recommend Boston Pizza. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with fast and friendly service that set the tone for the rest of the evening.

We were thrilled to discover their holiday special menu, and let me tell you, the offerings did not disappoint. The bruschetta, ravioli, Italian trio pizza, and mushroom truffle were all amazing. I have to admit, the mushroom truffle had a unique smell, but the taste more than made up for it.

In addition to the holiday specials, we also ordered from the routine menu. The artichoke and spinach dip and cactus cut fries were the standouts for me. The combination of flavors in the dip and the perfectly seasoned fries had us all reaching for more.

One dish that drew mixed reviews was the bandera bread. Personally, I found it a bit salty, but some of my friends who joined us highly recommended it. It seems to be a matter of personal taste.

And finally, the chocolate explosion dessert was the showstopper of the night. It was the perfect ending to our meal, and I absolutely loved it.

Overall, our experience at Boston Pizza was fantastic. Whether you're looking for a holiday treat or a casual night out with friends and family, this is definitely the place to be. Fast and friendly service, a great atmosphere, and delicious food make it a top choice for any occasion. I can't wait to return and try out more of their menu!

Absolutely horrible, Never, Ever come here. This place is horrible. I spent hours here after ordering drinks that took 45 mins to come. Along with every other plate that was served. I sat down for 30 minutes before I seen a waiter. Served the children expired “milkshake”. The impossible burger was horrible we had to return it. The bills weren’t correct. On top of gratuity that was 15% where was the service for you guys to be deserving any type of type. Disgusted. FIRST AND DEAD LASTTT. HORRIBLE. Only come if you have 160$ to spend on 4 items. SMHHH. You need to close down.

This one is much like most Boston Pizzas - food was tasty, service was not bad. However, it was very cold inside, especially near the windows. I realize it's now winter, but they should either upgrade their windows or winterize them a bit, or the very least turn up the heat. No one wants to eat dinner in their coat.

Had the Sangria, Mediterranean pizza and chicken & mushroom fettucini. We barely finish the pizza but it was so good! Service wise, the servers are very accommodating and attended well to our needs. Highly recommended their place.

I dont usually leave negative reviews, but this is an exception. This is probably the worst food and service i’ve ever had. The meal was frozen cold, so I sent it back just to warm it up, and that took 30 minutes, and it wasn’t even any warmer. I felt so sick after eating here, and the bill took forever to come. Once it was finally here, they added 15% tip to the bill without even telling me, and STILL asked for a tip. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, save your money and go else wear.

It’s a mid-popular chain restaurant. Pretty much what you would expect from a chain whose locations are mostly found in mall parking lots.

This location was well maintained, clean and the service is good.

I tried the Hungry Carnivore pasta dish. It was surprisingly tasty with a good balance of pasta and meats. Plus, it was just the right portion size for when you're hungry.

We ordered a complete meal with drinks and 2 kids meal. We asked for 2 pizza kids meal for a 4 and 2 year old. The server instead of bringing over the 8.99 meal decided on her own to give us the 10.99 meal that was simply too much for any toddler. That error was not a big deal but still should have been asked which meal I wanted.
When the kids meals were brought over no caution was given to let us know it was piping hot. The meals sat for about 5-7 minutes and when my son took a bite, he immediately burnt his lips and had to rush to the bathroom to put cold water on it. It was red and swollen and all this took place in front of the server. She was helpful and kind. I asked to see the manager as scorching hot food should not be served to toddlers or at least notify the parents that the food is extremely hot. Remember he did wait 5-7 minutes before eating and it was still extremely hot. The manager apologized and said he would see what he would do. Because my son burnt his lips on the pizza he refused to eat it. When we got our $80 bill instead of perhaps removing the one kids meal he decided that the pain my son felt at their error was worth $2 discount! Thank you for the $2, proper customer service would tell you that you have now lost another customer.

Server was awesome last night in the dining area for UFC 295. Food was horrible, kick n memphis burger came cold tasted like it was frozen and warmed up. Mashed potatoes were disgusting. Dessert was decent, the caramel panookie could've been warmer. Will not be coming back, but shoutout to our server for making the night better.

My experience at this location was amazing. The way they took the order, the way they made the drinks was outstanding. Thankyou so much for such a good customer service. Would live to visit again.

Food sucks, service sucks. Plexiglass at all booths are dirty with food smears, walls have stains all over. The vibe is dead. No smiles, not friendly. I wish I had something positive to say. Sorry

The service was really good. Rebecca and Chunky was our servers. Chunky came often to check with us is everything fine and do we need anything more. Rebecca also have us ample time to decide upon our food. Both was really friendly, professional and with good patience.

Leurs plats étaient délicieux! Le Personnel était très souriant et très accueillant. De plus ils se sont forcés pour nous servir en français ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Leur drink était vraiment immense et extrêmement délicieux. Leur pizza était goûteuse et arrivée très chaude comme je l’aime. Je vous recommande ce restaurant.

First, food already here but no cutleries. Asked for the drinks 3 times. All the time he serves there is something missing. Not really paying attention.lots of mistakes. Host was a nice lady. Also charged with an item that was not included
