Boston Pizza

Just wanna say thank you for holding my wife's Birthday party. It was wonderful service. Thank you, Nicole, for making our night wonderful, you were amazing.

I had Haley as my server she was the prettiest and sweetest person ever, let the boss know she deserves a raise! The food was good and for the price no complaints.

After initially trying to go to East Side Mario’s with a party of 11 people and them denying us, we chose to go to Boston pizza. Which should’ve been our first choice to begin with! From the moment we walked in they were welcoming and friendly. Constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed and was good. We were celebrating my nieces and my birthdays tonight and the general manager came out to wish us a happy birthday and thank us for bringing business to them. He then proceeded to offer us a medium pizza on the house to thank us. He was so pleasant and polite. Our server as well was fantastic! Will definitely be going back here!

2nd time visiting a Boston pizza and first time visiting this place. Decent place which is not crowded. Food is great. But won’t suggest this place if looking for a great ambiance.

Took our twins for their 12th bday. Not busy, seated right away. Used the bathroom right away, and it was dirty and smelled awful. Our server was quick to come over. Got drinks and an appetizer right away. Everyone's food was delicious except my husband's grilled chicken sandwich had soggy lettuce and rotten tomatoes, which the juice of the tomatoes ruined the whole sandwich. Our server never came back after she dropped our food. I had to find her to ask for our bill we were waiting so long. This was our first time at boston pizza in cambridge. With all the choices in town unfortunately we won't go back.

Brian and his team always do an excellent job. Come to this BP for great food, a clean atmosphere and a great time!

Simply phenomenal. The service and food is worth every penny. Was served by Alia, great at what she does. Deffo going in more often now and highly recommend to others:)

The meat lovers' pizza was great but could have been a bit more cooked. But very tasty still.

Clean and welcoming family restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive, 5 service from our server Clarissa. The food is well made and tastes great

Stopped in a couple times this week, Curtis and Isabelle were great, friendly smiling faces were fast, fun and remembered my name hope to see them again

I ordered a small pizza and it was decent. Atmosphere was very meh and service was just as ordinary. Nothing that stood out to me or would make me want to go back.

It was below average experience. Our cauliflower bit tasted different because the frying oil might old or unfiltered. We tried cauliflower crust pizza and bites. My sangria was good but the peach Margarita was ok. Looks like the cook and bartender need to upgrade some skills.

You are having a bad day and want to make your day even worst. It’s the best place for it. We order pizza worth $22. The dips were bigger than the actual pizza. I had orders do Mediterranean pizza. The chopped tomatoes were literally thrown on top of the pizza after it was baked. Who does that. Tomatoes were so big and uneven in size. Few of the cubes were almost as big as one inch.

Driver brings pizza in carrying bag on its side. One big mess. No more ordering in cambridge.

Took the grandkids for dinner. Food was awesome. I asked the server to drive us to Florida on Monday and she said yes. But she never showed up. LOL.

We stopped in for a bit to eat with my daughter and her friends. I sat in the bar area to watch some sports and my daughter and friends sat in the dining room to have their own privacy. The food was good, prices are reasonable. Six teenagers and one adult and bill came to $200 including an 18% tip. We had asked for our pizza to have no cheese and they forgot to notify the kitchen to not add mozzarella and chedder. It came to the table with cheddar cheese. They were quick to replace it with another pizza. Service was very good. They have a decent amount to TVs to watch sports. I would give 5 stars if they didn't make the mistake with the pizza. We enjoy Boston Pizza and would come back if we're in the area.

A good food experience, was actually pleasantly surprised! Comparing to other boston brances, this was really good.
Way to go guys!
