Really bad.had to keep asking for drinks and they never came. Food was inedible and incredibly salty.gave me “salad” with no dressing and it was brown.should have just gone to the mcdonald’s across from the restaurant

I went to this location recently with my friend because I used to work close by before I retire and we wanted to have good time in a very friendly place.
Their service did not change all the years, the same friendly place and atmosphere with very good employees.
The service is excellent and very professional as in my previous visits.
As in the past we were looked after by our old friend Lucy F.
She is a very good, professional and friendly human being.
Lucy's service was excellent as in our previous visits.
From what I saw while there she is like a family to lots of customers.
Lots of customers were very happy to see Lucy.
Lucy makes sure that we all are feeling home and that we get the best service possible in this industry.
We were very happy to see that she is still there taking care of the business and that she is healthy after what went with the virus.
The service was excellent and the pizza we got was very good and done to our satisfaction.
Lucy as well as her colleaques are a very good asset to this store.
I hope that who ever runs this place knows that she/him have very good employees working there.
Very good employees are very hard to replace these days.
Very good employees, like Lucy brings more business, retains and grows the business.
To Lucy as well as her colleagues keep up the good work, stay safe and healthy as much as possible.
If there are people who wants to spent good time this is the place to go.

Food quality is maintained at the same level as pre-pandemic. Hence adding back 1 More star.
Hopefully our next in person visit will see the improvement in customer service and with positive experience.

I was pretty disappointed during my visit few years ago when I brought my family members from overseas there for dinner. The waitress was rude and impatient when I explained and translated what she said to my family member who's first language is not English. I did raise my concerns to the manager afterwards, but did not feel like to go back there anymore as we can go to different location.

By the way, Food is good though.

Absolutely enjoyed my date-night with myself. Lucy was an excellent server. The atmosphere is awesome 2 sides to choose from family style or sports bar feel.

I went for Pasta Tuesday and the pasta we ordered was delicious and a great price! I have ordered pizza's from here before and they are okay, but personally, I think priced too high, given the quality. We went over lunch and were sat in a booth on the bar side of the restaurant. It was quiet at lunch time, but enjoyable!

The service was sub-par. Considering the server only had us and 2 other tables when we arrived, it took her far too long to greet us. There was also no quality check. However, she seemed to be busy with side-duties and was always very kind and polite. I just wish she was a bit more attentive. Thank you!

Came in to see a Mario-themed kids menu, like what's the catch!? !? Ordered some drinks and food. The pizza, spaghetti, an fries came, but not the bandera bread. It took forever so we could eventually have it. Other than that the food was fine but not as good as East Side Marios.

Incredible food, incredible service! A great atmosphere to enjoy the UFC fights! Can't wait to return! My service was amazing. I forgot her name. But super hospitable! Thank you Boston pizza!

Good design in looks not so much price. Been to few different Boston pizzas with family all about the same no big difference. But this one is exceptionally busy with an average of hour waiting time.

Went there specifically for a going away dinner for fish bowls. They just came in large beer mugs, much smaller than what is advertised.

Upon entry, an instant welcome greeting. Seated at a table that had already been sanitized. Friendly server. Drink order taken and delivered quickly (though refills could be a bit faster). Food order taken - low special price for pasta (and some pizzas) on Tuesdays! - and delivered quickly. (Would be nice if they had plain bread, not just garlic bread.) All in all, a good experience. We've gone back a couple of times.

The food was very delicious and good quantity. It was served without any delay. The drinks served were yummy too!
The service rendered by Kris was awesome she was very friendly and very courteous. She was excellent with her service which made our family visit a memorable one!
Of course lots of parking available at this location and is free.
Will be returning here again!

Specifically asked my waitress for no mushrooms in my pasta due to allergy and she assured me there wasn't any.to only have the most in it. Customer service was also horrible.unfortunately don't think I'd be visiting this location again.

Saw a mouse coming out of the restaurant onto the patio where I was eating.told a bus boy nearby and he walked away annoyed.told my waitress and her response was "thanks for telling me"
grossed out and appalled at the lack of concern by the employees.

We ordered 2 steak sandwiches with a fries and salad. The sandwiches and fries were ok, but the salad wasn’t very fresh. Overall, not bad, but I expected more.

Not sure what these guys are doing. I ordered a rack of ribs through Uber. I'm just around the corner but the ribs and veggies were cold. Zoom in to see how dried out those carrots are. This happens from using bad vegetables or recooking vegetables. Threw the ribs and veggies in the garbage. I was left with the salad and Toblerone, which was melted in certain spots. Like seriously! They clearly don't have and food handling standards.

Very poor experience like me knowing they were lying recorded the whole thing this particular location horrible I used to go here to drink and had no problem they knew what they were doing on the order and manipulated it

Hamburgers are delicious. I tried the Canadian and it was super tasty. This place is kids friendly as well.you can enjoy a good dinner with the little ones.

While the food was reasonably priced and not terrible, it's definitely not something to remember. The pizza was much too tiny for its price, and it was mostly dough anyhow. The fries were dry and somewhat tasteless. Overall, I would not order the pizza here, which is ironic for its name.

Its just a lot of action is going on here. If you're bored to stay at home in front of tv come here to enjoy watching a sport and eating a delicious piece of pizza.

The waitress was very friendly and patient with us and answered all of our questions concerning our order. The establishment itself was very clean and well kept and the service was fairly quick. I went during down time so I would be interested to see how it fairs during peak conditions. The bathrooms were clean which is always a nice thing to walk into as many public establishments can leave quite a poor experience.

Sorry but the pizza was just awful.no taste or seasoning. The cactus fries, on the other hand were fantastic, although a bit pricey at $12+ with taxes

Visited for an early supper, Nicole was our server, very attentive to detail as one of our rib dinners was gluten free, fall off the bone ribs, Refills on coffee and soda on point, would definitely visit this location again.

It was good. Customer service was good, missed a side of wing sauce. The wings and pizza were good. Atmosphere was good no problem. They didn’t have enough infant seats. The White Sangria drink was good.

This review is only based on the experience I had at the front. I came here at 730 pm with two of my friends. We said we wanted a table at the bar area, but it was full. The front lady told us we can sit at the dinner side and wait for a table in the bar area. I told her that I'm okay with waiting because there was still an hour until the game starts at 830. Two of my friends sat down at the dinner table while waited at the front. At 820, one table left in the bar area, I asked her if we can get that table now? She asked me what is my name? I told her she never asked for my name and the situation. She said once you are seated down she cannot move tables. I tried to explain to her I was waiting here since 730, but she said the reason is because you guys sat down when there are no people waiting in line, but now that there is a line up, I cannot move the tables (she never say this at first at 730). Then she just ended up ignoring me and gave the table in the bar to someone else. To be honest I don't get why we are not the priority to that bar table, my friends only ordered drinks at the current dinner table, they didn't order any food and I was waiting at the front. I feel very sad that this happened to me. At first she said we can move the table for us, less than one hour after she can totally lie and say she cannot do anything because there is a waitlist. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, just make sure you don't meet the blonde hair lady called Tawine at the front, so then you can get your table properly.

At the bar, aggressive people were trying to get into a fight intimidating one of the customers by my side. The management didn't do anything. Really bad experience. My wife and I left immediately.

Was helped by a server called Nicole whom I encountered in the bathroom after I had ordered and she didn't wash her hands after going back on duty.made me loose my appetite and my boyfriend and I just had to leave.

Love the fact that they have halal options for chicken, its so hard to find a halal option at a place like this, but love the fact that they are the only one's doing it! Amazing place to watch sports!

It's on duffer in North of the 401. Great people and fun place to be around. Good food and ice cold beer.

It's okay with respect to quality and service.
I like that it's open late so that's a plus.
Always a comfortable environment to grab a bite with friends and family.
It's a chain after all so don't have the highest of expectations.just know that it's okay for what it is.

Terrible service! Found hair in my food and not even an apology from the server. She just took the plate and walked away. I Asked to speak with the manger because i was extremely taken back by her demeanour and the manger than told me that she did not see the hair thereby implying that i was lying? Extremely disappointed in the service will NOT be coming back to this location.

Dirty tables upon arriving, dirty floors and horrible attitude from workers. I was brought the wrong order by a worker named "Matt" and when I complained he gave me attitude and told me specifically "If you want better service perhaps go to a better restaurant". Never have I encountered such a horrible experience in a restaurant in Toronto. Will not return, ever.

The place was very environmental friendly. I did had a good experience with the waitress. Food is okay.

Terrible and slow service. 1/2 an hour to get waters and a Pepsi. Sent mashed potatoes back - yucky taste. Sweet potato fries came out extra greasy. Server was monotone and non- expressive/interactive and no candle for birthday dessert. I sent back and they brought it back with singers - thanks.

Subpar overpriced food. For a restaurant with pizza in their name, you would think their pizza would taste better.

Summary: unstocked bar with an unimpressed management
Years ago I use to go to this particular establishment often as it was right around the corner from the military armory. However in recent visit the quality has severely dropped. All soda drinks were flat and overly sweet, they did not have a stocked bar. Domestic bottled beers were were not there, they did not have simple bitters or liquors to make advertised cocktails. As drinks are a restaurants highest profit margin they certainly don't have much in stock. This issue doesn't seem to have phased the staff working there which seems to be going on for awhile. The food was to be expected otherwise the star rating would have been lower. I hope this location improves. Until then my review will remain.

Service was friendly, organized and good. Food was hot and served promptly. We were a group of 35.hockey team dinner, so separate Bill's, etc.

Service was great and quick. My son dropped a cookie and the waitress replaced it with no extra charge and no fuss.

Food was DELICIOUS. The service wasn't so great because I asked what was in their salad and their sides and she started reading off the menu, Of course I read the menu and I don't need to hear it again. Might Order Delivery but not going back.

Alright quality food. Ordered perogie pizza and was brought pepperoni. Wasn’t busy, waitress ignored us for 20 minutes while we were trying to ask for the bill. Finally went up to ask for it. Yikes.

I’ve never ate at Boston pizza but me and my bestie were craving cheesecake! Ordered 2 slices through skip the dish. It was sooo delicious!
