Literally go anywhere else, the food is average, the managers aren’t nice, servers are always overly worked and never coming to you until like 30 minutes after sitting, the hostesses don’t help you out right away we waited a good 7 minutes to even be acknowledged. It’s just not well managed at all and I feel bad for the servers working there.

Honestly, such horrible service, they only had one good waitress but I dont see her anymore…The management is horrible, specially Harmeet and Tamana. I’ve even seen Harmeet i believe drinking on the job.

I went to boston pizza with my friends and it was one of the worst if not the worst experience i ever had in a restaurant. The managers are always sotting around doing nothing but drinking and sitting around in the corner there is no urgency or even a sense of responsibility to deliver a good service.

Had great experience today at this location. Me and my friends planned for our get together at BP today around 12: 30 pm and I noticed that their services and food quality has been so improved from last time and honestly I was so impressed with our server and the manger while our visit.

This place has been the worst service I’ve had in a while. Restaurant was overly freezing cold, servers weren’t friendly if it wasn’t “their table” and not helpful, and the food was average at best. I don’t think I’ll be coming back for a very long time.

We wanted to bring my brother home a nice meal and we ordered him Carnevour pasta and when we got home turns out it was Indian food our food took 30 minutes

Went to go for lunch today. I am vaccinated and had all my documentation on my phone plus ID. But because I didn’t have a QR code we were turned away.

My sister and I ordered Boston Pizza for her birthday and we were very disappointed. Not only did the food take 1.5 hours to deliver but our order was not satisfying. 1) she's a vegetarian and asked for chicken tacos with chicken on the SIDE (so I can eat it) but they put it in the tacos which ruined her appetite to begin with. 2) the taco was soggy and the lettuce was brown with a stale taste. I'm wondering how long the tacos were sitting there before delivered. I regret ordering BP from this location on her birthday. Will not be ordering here again. I hope no one has to experience this especially on their birthday.

Update: Manager contacted me and advised me that they are at not at fault and it is only skips fault for the late delivery time which I understand. However it doesn't explain why I had chicken in my tacos and my lettuce was brown. It's been over a week and the manager is not willing to respond to my concerns. Disappointing and unprofessional.

We ordered take out here on a Friday night and we didn't have to wait too long. The food was ready in 20 minutes and the person who took the order was very friendly and helpful. The food was also packaged well for the ride home and even though it's winter it did retain some of its heat. He ordered to pizza (herbivore pizza) and wings combo. We also ordered the cactus fries and spinach and artichoke dip. We were only 3 people and this meal lasted us 3 days. I really liked the pizza and that they have the meatless crumbles. The cactus fries were my favorite but they're always a crowd pleaser. I was a bit disappointed by the spinach and artichoke dip since it was dry and very dense, but I think it probably would have been better at the restaurant. Look forward to our next takeout night here!

I don’t know why there are some bad reviews but I Never get disappointed from this location since I started coming here. Their food and services are too good. Staff is friendly.
They deserve 5 star.
Will definitely come back soon.

Server was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. Can't go wrong with the big dipper. Will go again.

This is not the true boston pizza quality.french onion soup bowl was literally tasted like salty poutine gravy mixed with more water and nothing else. Cauliflower appetizer was good. Fettuccine alfredo lack of shrimps, flavor was satisfactory BUT THE WORST PIZZA QUALITY I HAVE EVER HAD. I had boston pizza from Calgary and Edmonton, this is nothing comparable to that taste and pizza dough quality. It looks like and taste like a Grade C pizza, i can't even think about that I'm having a gourmet pizza. Save your money guys, seriously.

Waited 20 minutes for a glass of water before anyone even came by to take our orders. Ordered a beer and it came 10 minutes after the water finally arrived, served to me half full of foam. While waiting an additional 10 minutes for them to refill my beer (after I pointed out that a beer should not be half foam), I had an epiphany - I owed this place nothing and they had effectively taken 40 minutes of my life away. I left.

I guess they changed owners or management. The first timei went there it was before my sons soccer game. We went 1.5 hours before his game to have plenty of time and were still late. The service was the worst service I've ever experienced! Told my wife about it and she convinced me to go back assuring me they must have just had a bad day. Boy was she wrong. We went 1.5 hours before our movie started so we would have plenty of time. The only thing we ordered was drinks and a desert for our son. We were seated and waited atleat 15min and Noone brought us menus or served us at all. My wife got menus for us and while at the bar asked the bartender if she could just order there since we were in a hurry and had Noone helping us to which she was told no. Another 10+min went by and we finally got a server. We ordered drinks and desert and asked for the bill at the same time as well. It took atleast another literal 10min to get ice cream and beer and my sons desert was completely wrong. They also served it in a paper cup a quarter of the size as its supposed to be. Long story short we had to ask for our bill another 3 times before eventually going to the bar again to pay so we could make our movie. I'd avoid this place like the plague your experience will be ruined by there lack of basic common sense and or training. I've never left a review let alone a bad one to anywhere but take my word for it you DO NOT want to go to BP milton. If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst service EVER and I've been to alot of sports bars

Great atmosphere, amazing staff. Came in today with my mom and Alycia served us. She was very sweet and a wonderful server!

Went in and sat on the patio. We were promptly greeted and drink orders taken.

Once they came with the drinks we ordered our apps and mains. Asked to bring all out together.

Service and food were great. Apps are good portions.

Overall a very pleasant experience.

Worst service ever, had to beg just to get something to drink and it was non alcoholic. Server was the worst I have ever experienced, never going back there.

The service is horrible at this Boston Pizza. Our server didn't show up to take order for 15+ min after getting our seat. Once he did show up, we ordered appetizer, pizza and kids meal. Waited 30+ min for our order even though we told them to bring kids meal as soon as possible as he was hungry. Not once they came to our table to acknowledge late meal or ask for anything else. His pizza and fries came cold/luke warm. They forgot the appetizer completely so we decided not to mention anymore as we were pretty hungry. After dinner ofcourse the dead service continued. Didn't check on us at all. I asked another server to tell mine that we are waiting to pay our bill, he finally came and then after paying we asked for containers for take away, again gone for about 15 min and I had to yell for someone to bring us containers. I still gave him tip but never again we are going for another meal at this restaurant.

Service was super slow. The entire hospitality industry is hurting right now so I anticipate slow service. But 10 tables and 3 servers it shouldn't be this slow. The food wasn't as good as other Boston pizzas either! Getting drinks, waiting to ask for dessert. It's horrendously slow. And speaking of servers do they not provide waitresses with clothes that fit? Not even serving the bar, the waitresses are wearing crop tops in the dining room. Twas bad and won't be back.

One of the best pizza places I’ve ever been to. Our server Jaz was phenomenal in his service, polite and fun. He made us his special drink in a fish bowl and I’ve been longing for that cocktail ever since. Kudos to him and team for a positive experience. Would love to go back.

I do not usually write reviews, but I was amazed with the customer service. The first time around our order was not what we asked for, but the manager Jaseline I believe was her name, she re made our order for next time and gave us a free pizza with it. She was so sweet that we had to tip her $10 at the end. Thank you

First time at this location and it was a good time. Sitting on the patio was lovely. Drinks were delicious. The server we had, Jazz was super friendly and helpful. Had a fabulous night.

Horrible service and food. I wish I could give this location 0 out of 5. I went to this location at 2pm when they barely had any customers. I was told by 3 different workers that our watress would be right over. We waited 15 minutes and finally asked the manager for water (which was never given to us). The watress finally came over after we complained to the manager and she walked away after only taking one person order. We had to flag her back and she didn't apologize. After that, she never came back. The manager gave us our food and beers. No one, including management, checked to see if the food wad ok or if we wanted a second beer. The restaurant barely had any customers, it was not busy at all. I would never go back to this location. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND STAFF.

Second bad experience in a month. Used to come here regularly. I called 5-6 times over a span of 20 min to order takeout, thinking that they’re probably swamped on a beautiful Saturday, I drove over to make the order inside.
The place is nearly completely empty, not a single waiter in sight, I was at the takeout for 10 minutes (while still calling them from my cell), no one cares to check on customers or orders.
Last time I ordered over the app and when I came to pickup the food, the exact same situation: waited 10+ minutes just to see a person I can flag down. Pathetic.

The food and service from the staff is amazing, even during the times of.just pick up, I had made an order 2 weeks ago and the family enjoyed the great food, we need our local restaurants open again, especially when great staff are serving very well to its customers! Thank you again

Well. They gave us dirty plates, there was not one but two long hairs baked into our pizza crust and I went to find service for each of these issues my self.
Up date, we were told to call customer service and then told Boston Pizza was a franchise and they had no affalation. What is the customer service line for. I am sick of inept companies taking my hard earned money, providing inadequate service then saying screw you! You fail Boston Pizza.

We had a good time, the boneless chicken wings are great, but the portion size is about half of what we expected.
Friendly staff and good service, it's really quiet there at the moment.

Food wasn't bad. Social distancing enforced. Server was slow and confused order. Not overly cheap for 2 adults and a child.

I just bought today a halal chicken medium size pizza, which I got for $34. May I know the reason why? Because as compared to other pizza shops, I think it's expensive.

We were greated and sitting in less than 10min. Our server so pleasent, we had the nachos add the guacamole, it was so good, fresh ingredients. We had the wings, juicy saucesy. Overall the server and the service from this location is beyond expectations

This Boston Pizza is so good! Food is always amazing and fresh! Twice we had a server her name is Brooke and she is soo awesome! Very thorough and always gets our order exactly right she never forgets anything? Also we came tonight for my daughters 6th bday and had a blast thank you to Brooke and the other servers who came to sing along and make it so fun for her!

Eating here is never disappointing, although this last time food was rather on the cold side, but they get away with it with good service and ambiance.

The worst food I have ever hade worst service nobody care. We ask for no fork food and ask the server no pork but still thy served with pork, and thy didn't bother never recommend

Great family restaurant near the Milton Cinema. I highly recommend the hockey night hattrick special. 15 wings in 3 different flavours, carrots and celery + a 20oz pint***
For $19.00! If you have more than one buddy with you to watch the game, this is an excellent meal (or appetizer depending the company you are with).

*** The 20 oz Pint is only for Molson or Coors Light. Sorry, nothing is perfect.

Very disappointed! I wouldn’t even give this restaurant a one star, I was taking my sister out to celebrate, my sister had a service dog (says on the collar) (Saint johns service dog) with id number.she had all papers and documentations with her. The guy seated us and a girl (who acted childish) said we have to sit in the Corner out of sight because she didn’t want us around the other customers dog is trained and hypoallergenic, she took illegal actions, she not illegal actions and I would highly not recommend this restaurant, when he left the customers weren’t happy with this girl and what she said, and we’re rolling there eyes!

Very disappointed in the level of service tonight. My sister was taking me out for dinner as a celebration. I have a service dog, and I also bring her documentation with me wherever I go.
The gentleman who seated us was very polite, and asked to just confirm.
When seating us a lady told him we are to sit alone on the other side of the restaurant because she didn’t want us to be around people who may not like the dog. My dog is completely certified and well trained, as well as hypoallergenic as to not affect anyone with allergies.
I said that I would like a booth, it is more accommodating for leg room and for the dog to sit under the table. She compared my service animal to her pet to which I tried to explain that my doctor is the reason I have my service animal, that she is not a pet. The lady continued to be very disrespectful, upsetting me to the point where we left without ordering.
We went to turtle jacks beside Boston Pizza and were met with much better and more accommodating service.

Kids portions appear much smaller than other BP locations in the GTA. They really provide small amounts of fries on the side and what seems to be non standard amounts of ice cream in the kids ice cream sundae.

Good food though. They just need top up their game with sides in general.

Visited this location a few times in the past few months and hasn’t been good. I’ve never said anything before but after my LAST visit Im leaving a review. This place is constantly understaffed and the food here just doesn’t taste good. We go to Boston Pizza a couple of times a month sometimes in Oakville on Dundas Street and it’s consistently good, but this location which is close to home seems to be doing something different. I don’t recommend eating here, better places in Milton for pizza.

Service was horrible. Food was decent. We were waiting there for nearly an hour to get our menus and food. Our drink was ordered for us without asking us how we wanted it.

Had a BBQ chicken quesadilla, minus the chicken and cheese, they had a vegan cheese they put on it, lots of veggies and a side of Yam fries.

It was very good indeed! I won't hesitate to go back!

I have to say Boston Pizza has lost a step or two from previous years; on a recent visit it took our waitress 15 minutes to take our initial drink orders: after taking our orders she vanished for 10 minutes; our table saw her chit chatting at the side of the bar with another staff member and laughing away; eventually we just went to the bar and requested our drinks and walked them to our table. Waitress later came to our table and took appetizer and dinner requests; made no mention of drinks. Waited 30 minutes for food; our dinner came first and 10 minutes later came appetizers. Food was cold and waitress did not appear too concern with our mention of.and of course she did not bring any utensils; asked another waitress to bring them for us;. Anyhow we ate our cold food; paid the bill and made a pack not to waste our money here again. Sure we can find overpriced cold pizza anywhere in Milton

Oh forgot to mention she added items on our bill that we did not even order; took her 10 minutes to figure that out too: certainly the cherry on top.onto the next

I had an awesome experience. Great food, great customer service, good ambience. I can't really fault this place.

Definitely one of the better BP's around.quick service and good food. Would get 5 stars except when I went there was no hostess to show me to my seat. So me and my mates just found a booth by the bar

The service was awesome, very warm and friendly. Food matched the service. Everything was cooked fresh and tasted great. The apple blossom desert was a memory of grandma's home made pie. Great experience thank you.

Service was dead slow. We ordered apps, entrees and kids meals.they brought it all at once. Nachos were cold. Pasta was terrible and over cooked. Had to ask for the bill twice from our server and once from the manager. I certainly will not be going back and I live close by.

I have been to this location 4 times, and I’ve never thought much of this location, but my experience yesterday was over the top horrible and I want to warn you. We made a reservation, so they knew a group was coming and the restaurant was not even half full. Service was slow, no fault of the wait staff, because the kitchen is clearly a nightmare. In my group of about 15, I think there were 8 of us who didn’t have to send at least one thing back. My partner’s shrimp was straight up RAW. Another diner in my party got chicken charcoal. The lovely LOOKING quinoa rice bowls are supposed to have guacamole in them, but none of them did. When we asked about it, a “manager” came to apologize because they didn’t “have any guacamole left”, because they “didn’t do enough prep for the day”. That’s it. I will note that they had guacamole available for the nearly $10 guacamole and chips appetizer. Just none for the bowls? Um.okay.

The result is that we won’t be back. We tried and tried and tried, and that’s more than enough chances for anyone. And please, management, don’t respond to this negative review trying to make it right. You had your chance there in the moment, and you failed. Spectacularly.
