Date night. Have not been in this location in few years. Food, service were excellent. Couple of big birthday parties in main room that were LOUD. Forced into bar area.

It was such an amazing experience we had dealing with Serge, the manager at Boston pizza at Erin mills.
He made a retirement party for our associates a memorable one.
From now on all our work parties will be at Boston Pizza.
Amazing!

Service was very poor, even though the staff was friendly they lacked sense of servicing a table forgetting to bring plates, cutlery, no clean up after the meal. It is hard for customers to tip after not being able to enjoy a complete service meal, but the card machines prompt from 15% tip. So what do we tip for? Please review your step to serve rules.

Wouldn't seat us as we were a party of 11 even when it was empty. It was only 4pm. I
They told us we had to wait 2 hrs. I offered to split the party up and they wouldn't seat us. Call another location we no issue with no wait. Never going to that location again. Not worth the head ack.

Kinda has a weird smell in there. Like old carpet? Not really appetizing. Food was ok. Stick to the pizza which is decent. Good service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Boston Pizza, and I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for Manager Aryan. The food and drinks were amazing. Aryan was highly knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to explain various dishes and make recommendations based on my preferences. I ordered bourbon pizza and garlic fries, highly recommend the place.

There is not much to say when it comes to large franchise restaurants, but I can attest to the quality of service and care this location has. Our servers were lovely and engaging, the owner visited our table as well, and the food came out with no issues.

This is the perfect place to come when a game or sports event is on and you are looking for a sense of community with other locals.

Good service, great food. Ordered Memphis heat fried wings with fries. Came out crispy and service was good. A little dead for a Sunday afternoon but had a good experience nonetheless. Will come back.

We ordered Triple Play and it was really amazing. It is a huge platter with Bandera bread that tastes like Cheese Pizza (we loved it), Chicken Thai bites which are so flavourful and cut potatoes which were okayish. Later we ordered Jambalaya Fettuccine pasta thinking that it will be spicy but was bland for us and it was totally not good.
The server was pleasant. The ambience is good. However, there was this black fly like insect that was hovering around which made us very uncomfortable. Hence, one star for atmosphere.
Also it is tad bit expensive!

Okay, let's talk about why I gave this Boston Pizza 3 out of 5 stars today.
I've been coming here for what? 3-4 years and every time I come here, the portions are always less and less.
Today, our waitress was fantastic but the "new" assistant manager was not.
Our waitress brought us our order of nachos and she left to attend other tables, but the portion of nachos didn't looked like a regular size, it looked like a half size.
Because our waitress was busy with other tables, the assistant manager brought our pizza to the table. When I asked him why our nachos looked like a half size instead of a full size, he said "you got a black plate, that's where our regular size nachos come on, our half size nachos come in a white plate". When I told him the portion seemed a bit off he said "oh well, enjoy" and walked away.
Instead of asking more questions or try to solve our problem, he just walked away.
This seems to be the only location to do things like this. The other location on Winston Gate down the street (Queensway and Winston Churchill) doesn't seem to have this problem, the food sizes are always pretty consistent. The few times they aren't, they sure correct it when it's brought to their attention.
Think of this story the next time you plan to eat here.

Edit: After I submitted my review, I noticed another person left a similar review, mentioned being "hosed" and mentioned the AGM. Worth reading.

Omg food was amazing. Service was great, got nachos with bbq chicken n wings with thai chili and da mufu**** memphis hot sauce. Everything was beyond bless, big round of applause to the chef workin nov 21 11: 30pm?

Hosed for the second time in a row ordering from this location. Spoke with the AGM, he was confused and had no interest in resolving the problem. Big problems going on inside this place.

She definitely gonna order more. The spaghetti and meatballs were just amazing. Coming back for more

This review is for the AGM Prateek who let us to the bar when we entered without masks. Me any my guys were approached by him as we forgot to wear masks and already been seated at the booth.
He came to us and requested to get our masks but we had none. He bought us the masks from his office and gave to us so we can have our drinks with ease and no trouble caused.

The food was good, service was great. We had Maya who has only been there one month. She was open and honest about not knowing the old menu.as BP has a smaller version menu. It was a nice experience. The cauliflower crust as their new gluten free option for pizza was tasty as well as the gluten free brownie. Good Job!

Great service and the tastiest menu options! The perogy pizza is an all-time fave and try their cactus cuts! The staff is friendly and they are very clean and following health protocol. Very nice to see and makes me feel safe.

One server for 20 tables, and worst food ever i had in Boston, could be this location only? …this is Ravioli … Good luck for their survival!

Good and quick service.
I had better onion soup at other places (the onion where not caramelized well enough and rather chunky) but their nachos and pizza is good.

Came here late night before last call. Memphis burger was a little crunchier than I'd expected but meal was great overall.

Pathetic service, so my daughter initially didn't want to dine in so I ordered food for take out for 2 (same price, no discount nothing different) after a while she changed her mind and felt like dining in and when I asked their server they told me since I ordered "less food" they can't let me dine in when it was all empty while there were so many empty tables. We were wearing masks, didn't do anything wrong ordered 2 small pizza meals that was enough for us or anything that qualifies us for "not being allowed to sit".
EDIT: I am changing the rating because I got immediate response form the customer services and the manager is addressing my concerns.

Well i want to say it was a great experience but i feel like boston pizza has gone downhill. Food doesn't taste as good as it usually does. But it may just be this location. Ive been here twice recently and both times i havent been impressed with the food i ordered.i get the build your own pasta with tomatoes and bolognese sauce. But its always been cold, bland and just not enough sauce. Todays experience wasnt that great ethier.the waiter forgot my side garden salad.and didnt seem to care much about me and my boyfriend. He would rather watch the wrestling match on tv and serve the tables with alcohol.
Just disappointing how much service and the quality of food has gone down.

We were celebrating our 25 anniversary and the lady name AGI was just amazing. Had a wonderful chat with her.

Best place to have a meal with your friends and family. Caters to both kids and adults. They offer Halal chicken items and substitutes at this location.

Boston Pizza is a chain, and while it isn't my first choice my boys like going there and the meals are pretty consistent. We've eaten at Boston Pizza all around southern Ontario (kids, what can I say) and I've never had what I would call a bad experience.

We have been to this location three times recently since restaurants reopened in July. The first meal was decent but the patio was too small so we were on the overflow patio in the parking lot. This got hot in the afternoon but it was manageable. The second time we went was in the evening and just after indoor dining reopened. We had to eat inside because the patio was too full. The waitress Juliana was really great.attentive to the kids, cheerful and friendly, and was ready to take plates quickly and brought us drinks refills without asking. For the third visit we went at lunch time and the service was decent. It was my son's birthday so they gave him a little brownie which was a nice gesture.

We have been to all the Boston Pizza locations in Mississauga (as well as the one at Winston Churchill and QEW which is technically in Oakville). We will probably go to the Erin Mills Boston Pizza location from now on.

We came here for my cousins birthday. They ruined the celebration. The food was cold and burnt and the manager was so rude and didn’t even offer to replace the food. The manager wasn’t friendly and was very rude even while dropping the food off at our table. She dropped the food off in a very angry way. The only thing that was good was our server Stephanie. She was so kind and positive. Overall would not come here again and would not recommend to anyone. The pizza for 30$ each was not worth it and it just ruined the whole visit. I go to many restaurants and when we are not satisfied with the food, they replace it and apologize but Boston Pizza did not do that especially the mean and rude manger. Please save your money and go somewhere else where your needs are fulfilled and the food isn’t cold. Waiting over 45 mins for cold and burnt pizza isn’t worth it. Don’t waste your time.

Boston Pizza in Mississauga is a frequent place for us to grab a meal.even during the pandemic. My husband usually gets a pasta and it's great. I always get a salad and I thought they were great until we were in Collingwood and I got the Chicken Pecan from there.it was amazing. Full of all the ingredients, 2 containers of ranch dressing. Sad that all BP's are not the same.

Like the usual BP experience. Food and service expectations met. They do have an appy hour sunday through thursday when drinks and apps are $4. Might check that out next time.

The quality is alright. The service was very fast. The servers should smile and suggest options to you but ours didn't.

This Boston Pizza is hit or miss for me. Servers are always very friendly and helpful. Have had my order totally messed up with a piece of plastic in my sandwich. But the server and manager were very helpful and took it off my bill. Just frustrated sometimes because it seems not enough attention is made to food quality or preparation. But I'm sure every restaurant chain is the same. The pizza has been fantastic every time. Just wish the entree could be a little more steady. I love Boston Pizza and for the most part, this location is very good

My wife and I met with a couple of friends at Boston pizza. We haven't seen for quite awhile. Our server was Cherisse. So very nice, kind, patient and very helpful. I ordered the 10" pizza and wifey ordered Salmon bowl. Both meals were very good. We enjoyed our food, the company and we had excellent service. Charisse was always there checking on us, filling up the water glasses. She has a great personality. Very easy to talk to and joke around with. Thank you Charisse and Boston pizza.

Service is good, staff are friendly, food portions are big, family friendly place, they had the high chair cleaned up, coloring book and colors kept the kid busy for a few good minutes but didn't like how the waiter kept serving hot food over my baby's head! They have to be more careful.

Ordered two pasta dishes and they were horrible.pasta was way overcooked
Rest of the dishes were delicious.

Came to Boston Pizza to watch the champions league final between Liverpool and Tottenham and their DAZN streaming goes off before last goal and doesn't come.back on until game is over. Very disappointing.

The food is great! My wife and I come here at least twice a week. Our server Samantha is absolutely amazing. She is very personable and when she sees us coming through the door, the coffee is on the table. Kudos to the chef. We have tried several dishes and all were great. Love your soups! We will be back.

One person serving entire Bar and Patio this afternoon. Terrible service and scheduling. Finally walked out without being served after 10 minutes

We always love to have pizza along with other sides at this place. Friendly staff, quick service, good quality also there is plenty of parking available.
Highly recommended for a dine out with family

Ordered shrimp tacos and yam fries during the appy hour special on a Monday afternoon. Calling them shrimp tacos would be a huge mistake because the size of the shrimp were so small that when i took the shrimp out of the breaded crust, I needed a magnifying glass to actually see the shrimp. In reality i just got a tortilla with some vegetables. The only saving grace were the yam fries. Also did the survey on the website and complained about this but the response I got wasn't very helpful.

Unfriendly service, asked for no peppers on nachos but got them and was never offered an appetizer special menu.

Went to Boston Pizza around 8pm and informed the waiter that we were fasting. Told her we’d like our food by 8: 30, the time we break our fast. She came back around 8: 10 telling us it’ll only take 20 minutes to make the food. Our food didnt arrive till 8: 45. We later tried calling her over to order a drink and she avoided eye contact. After 10 minutes she finally came and brought the drink and just left it at the corner of our table. When we were done and requested the receipt and paid, she gave us our copy of the receipt in a not so nice manner. Overall very disappointed with the service. Usually much better service at this location

I am usually happy to visit BP but this time I was disappointed. My order took close to an hour and we received a cold pizza. It was not even busy. No apologies or acknowledgement from staff or management. I do not intend to visit this location again.

Just came for the dessert. Had the brownie and the cookie. I definitely enjoyed them, I could not pick a clear winner. Service was very helpful, although the restaurant was in need of cleaning at the end of the night. You have to give them some slack, as they were hosting a pretty excited crowd that was watching the last Raptors game of the semi finals!

Enjoy going to this location. The ladies here recognize me when I come in. It's nice to have them remember my weird modifications on food. Thanks for always making each visit a good one!

We come to Bp often but this visit we had an issue with a waitress and so called to let a manager know because we were upset and left with hostile energy. The mamager made us feel comfortable and assured that it wont happen again. So overall a good experience because of management in the end! Thank you

I've been here many times without anything short of great service on the bar side, never sat in this locations dining room. The bartenders are always friendly and attentive, and know my friends and I well enough to guess our go to drink and food choices. My favorite part of this location is that they will not over serve, and always make sure if someone is driving they don't have too many drinks. It is a huge relief to see bartenders and managers taking the time to make sure nobody is making poor choices by drinking and driving, which is a scarily rare quality that I greatly appreciate. The food was delicious! Had the calimari and it was cooked crispy to perfection! Not oily, not overcooked and rubbery, just right! Also had the peroggi pizza and it was amazing as well! The wait for food was much longer than normal but it was also playoff hockey so I wouldn't hold it against them. Stop here for a good meal!

Ordered baked chicken wings it was the worst wings I have ever eaten. Raw and cold on the inside and uncooked. Sent them back to put it in the oven for longer and it was still raw. I came to watch the UFC game and order some fresh food but it was the worst experience ever. Washrooms were filthy and unclean. I will never go back.

Usually Boston pizza is always a 5 star for me, this location however was poorly serviced. Only one lady working in the dining area. She also "assumed" certain things for our meal which delayed our dinner.

One of our family favorites. Lots of items to choose from with friendly staffs and decent services. We observed that the updated menu seems have added more healthy touches. Love it!

This location is the best in the area.
