Way too expensive! 20$ for a small Pizza!
Tables and menu cards dirty and sticky.
It was the first time and the last!

Service was horrible. Sat there 15 min not a server came to the table. Place was not busy other tables were not served either and were glancing around waiting looking for a server. Restaurant had a grungy vibe not clean feeling we even questioned going in as we pulled up to park. Sketchies hanging out front building looked like a homeless shelter. Needless to say we drove to East Side Mario’s where the restaurant was booming busy. We were seated and had our order placed within 5 min. Huntsville BPs never again!

Worst service and food I ever ate at any Boston Pizza.
I was a biggest fan of Boston pizza and I insisted my friends to try the food but it was the biggest mistake.
Your waiter doesn't seem like he is interested in serving us.
We ordered pizza and wings along with beer.
We received pizza and then at very end we received the wings.
We were sharing our concern about food quality to your waiter but he doesn't seem to be interested in listening and he was trying to escape from conversation.
We need to ask someone else to serve as extra plate, kids menu juice and cookie.

I had a disappointing experience as the food didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a spicy perogy and Mediterranean pizza, along with chicken wings and it was a disappointment. The wings arrived 15 to 20 minutes like a desert lmao. There were no dipping sauces provided. I wanted to inquire about other options, but the server never returned to check on our food or ask if we needed anything. The overall service was subpar, and even requests for water were met with delays. Surprisingly, the best item was the mint-flavored toothpick. Must recommended thing!

All the regular great menu items you expect from BP, plus the added ambiance of a waterside patio. Watch the boats & the ducklings float by, while the sun sinks at dusk. A must visit any time we are in Huntsville!

Food and service were excellent. Wheelchair accessible. We ate on the patio. Lovely view. The only upsetting part for me was that the floors were dirty in the restaurant that we walked through to the patio, and the patio had litter from people dining. We had power bowls, spaghetti & and meatballs, and grilled chicken salad. Spent 125.00 with tip. The parking lot was large, but the garbage was overflowing and ripped open from the bins as the doors were open. The washrooms needed some tiding as well.

Another great Boston Pizza location with exceptional views from the patio. I am a fan of BP so the food is to my liking.however, they failed to get the order right this time. The bill was right, the food was not. This is a simple but important thing and the fault of the kitchen staff. We still enjoyed the overall experience as a family outing and will return. Enjoy!

The position of the terrace is very nice. Just in front. Inside the premises is the classic American-style giant premises with screens where baseball and wrestling matches are projected.

Beautiful views from the patio next to the river. Service was amazing, especially dealing with our larger group. Thanks for putting up with us!

The best Boston pizza I've been to hands down. From windsor to Toronto, not one has compared to this location for amazing service, food quality and beautiful views.

Service wasn't great. We were never approached how everything was and we asked for our drinks the second time and our waitress never got them she was to busy talking to her coworkers.

We had an amazing experience at Boston Pizza. When I first did the review I chose 5 stars but only 1 showed up and I wasn't sure how to fix it but figured it out. So to update anyone on this Boston Pizza. We had an amazing experience. We have been to many Boston pizzas but this was by far the best. Service was great, waitress was very attentive to our needs, and the food was hot and cooked perfectly. Our dry rub wings were excellent, and my gluten free bun was so tasty. We would recommend this restaurant and we will go again when we are next in Huntsville.

After sitting and waiting for 15 minutes we had to ask if anyone was available to take our order. The staff seemed taken aback by our request and conferred amongst themselves and advised that someone would be sent over (there were 3 workers standing there). After another 5 minute wait we walked out. Won’t be back, very disappointed. Everyone seemed young and lackadaisical.

Well, this was our first visit to BP. We were on our way back to the Madawaska Valley from Georgian Bay. My 96 year old mother in law was with us. We wanted to have lunch by the River. There were no tables with umbrellas on the terrace and we needed shade (it was a partly cloudy afternoon). We were given a table under a large tree which was perfect! Service was pretty quick - given how busy it was - and the food was good.

What impressed me the most was the incredibly happy vibe coming from the young and enthusiastic serving staff. It was palpable. Kudos to what I can only imagine is the fabulous management - keeping the staff happy, working as a team, and motivating them to be great at their jobs. WELL DONE!

Great patio by the water, but we got most of our orders wrong (without requesting any changes to the dishes) and drinks were requested several times before they came in almost halfway through dinner. When we got everything made right they tasted good, and the atmosphere was also nice.

We went to eat an early dinner before the rush. Lots of staff that weren't very busy yet. After ordering our drinks it took about 15 minutes for them to arrive and one was wrong. It took about another 15 minutes for the correct drink to be brought out, which should have been almost immediately. 2 people in our party had the Tex-Mex fries and the fries were cold when they were brought out and it seemed the Tex -Mex was just store bought salsa dumped on top of them with some cheese. The chicken in the tacos was dry as were the chicken fingers in the kids meal. The kids meal dessert of ice cream sundae also took to long to be brought out, about 10 minutes.

With so much staff loitering around it is unacceptable that it takes so long for drinks and dessert to arrive at the table. The best part of the experience was the view by the water.

Went there to celebrate my birthday I think so we choose the wrong place to do so.we had a really bad staff experience specially with WILLOW she was so freaking rude and was so racist that I don’t have any words for that.
Let me explain the whole situation
So when we came in we spoke with one lovely lady at the front counter and we asked to sit on patio so WILLOW was not happy at that time and she started yelling at us and later on she came to took our order and after taking our order she started banging her notepad on her head and was very rude with us.
I wish we went to gravenhurst or Bracebridge’s Boston pizza so that they won’t ruin my birthday
Suggest other people to go for bracebridge or gravenhurst they have the best staff

Not our first time in Boston Pizza, but the food in this location is not good at all. Pasta and pizza came absolutely cold and were tasteless. The service was good. Waitresses and manager of the place tried to do their best to improve the impression, but it was hard to make. Very disappointing visit. Place looks very unclean. Will definitely not be back and not only in this location.

We called to check if we can sit outside with our dog and got confirmed. However, when we arrived, about 20mins after the call, they told outside is not opened. So we have to change to plan to order take out. Not a good experience but I hope others can get better service.

You would think that all Boston Pizza’s adhere to a high level of customer experience. This location does not. Bathrooms were disgusting. Went in cleaner than coming out. Food was also poorly made compared to other Boston Pizzas. Management really needs to care more about IP&C measures and customer experiences.

I’ve formally filled out the customer review that you’ve directed me to. I would appreciate a call because public health needs to be informed.

Ambiance and atmosphere made us feel a bit uncomfortable. There always seemed to be some type of oversight on our group. We were not asked preferred seating option and were escorted us directly outdoors (nice patio but a bit chilly), we actually wanted to be seated indoors. Asked if they could turn on the heaters next to our table and the staff told us they didn't work. That was quite outrageous. Would never come back here.

We went there because we Have been going to same place for 25 years have not been in a while.service was a joke maybe four tables on the Patio then the guy who seats you shows up in which we almost left.ordered drinks well what the heck that took forever wrong glass size and slow we order another drink a little better then we order food well food comes no utensils or anything my wife gets up and gets us some then he brings my wife a rum instead of a vodka drink.service was a disgrace.so when we are leaving staff galore all talking and sitting around what the heck.while we were there we were looking across bay at another bar which was really busy.there was no leadership here at all very disappointed.see yah later.

They happily accepted a large group reservation with short notice. Good food, friendly service. Kids dessert experience was amazing, they brought the sundae buffet items to us and kids could easily chose what they wanted.

The night before the lockdown, we wanted to support a local business in person, I feel like that was a mistake. The waitress, absolutely the rudest individual I have ever met. The food, while it tasted like Boston Pizza, it was raw. The appetizer was not cooked, the french fries on the main course were ice cold in the middle, the steak was overcooked the chicken was overcooked. I understand it is a last night before a lockdown, but a little bit of care into the food when somebody drops $90 on two people before tip will be greatly appreciated. We will not repeat.

Great environment, good food & excellent Staff. We had dinner there on Saturday 8-02-22. Wings, pizza, pasta, Fan Fuel, everything was enjoyed. Restaurant has a great location too, with excellent views.

The kitchen staff the took my order over the phone was so fun to talk to. The 3 cheese ravioli was wonderful and my pizza was lacking nothing, AND the spicy sauce was actually spicy! Great job

I am giving 2 stars for absolute minimum amount of work the staff put in todo work here. The food quality is below average. Service is probably need to heard of. May be they are short staffed but not sure what the issue at this location. Great location with poor quality.

First time out for dinner in a year and we get put in a dumpy section with sticky wobbly tables and a noisy vent that rattles so loud you can't hear the person next to you. Apparently been like that for over two months. No free aspirins offered as compensation.

Great! Imagine 25 hungry noisy people show up unexpectedly all at once at the same table. Staff could handle it very well. Fast, professional, friendly.

Very hospitable staff. The indoor ambience is good. The food is good. The outdoor seating offers a great view with a little river running besides you and gas heaters to keep you warm.

I never make bad reviews whatsoever but I am extremely shocked by the services we received from this location. The lady who served us was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and in some way we felt she was being racist! My friend was placing order and she literally said 'sorry I am having trouble understanding your ACCENT' The whole time we were in the restaurant, we found she is being nice to other people but we do not know why she was showing attitude while serving us!
I have been in so many restaurants but neither we received any service like this nor someone said something like this! I simply ask the question to management: how do you allow such racist employee working in your store?

At the end when my friend said thank you, have a good night. She just walked away without saying a single word! Will never use this service!

Lovely location and we were quite looking forward to a relaxing lunch. Unfortunately, when our drinks arrived the server tipped over a full glass of beer and I ended up covered in beer with a lot of it going straight into my purse. Cheyenne immediately brought a roll of paper towels so I could clean up and dry out the contents of my purse. Other than offering me a clean dry mask so that I could go to the washroom to clean up that was the total extent of assistance rendered by anyone in the restaurant. Bill was not reduced for the inconvenience.

Nice location, friendly server. Food not good at all. Microwaved frozen boxed wings, served cold.

Unfortunately due to covid protocol no reservations. Had to wait in line for a so so menu.
The real treat to this place is the dockside.otherwise, it's just another Boston Pizza.

Always busy, always a line up, parking is a nightmare. Food is your typical Boston pizza fare. However the setting is five star. There are lots of other options along the strip and there’s always the food trucks and you can just sit down on the dock and enjoy.

Service was not great. Didn't get some food until after everyone else ate. Had to call someone over for refills and don't get why the servers who bring you your food don't have their tied back.

The power bowl with chicken was excellent! So many great textures! Our server was lovely. Although, it took a while to be seated for no apparent reason. I would think that after COVID restrictions, you would want to seat your guests guickly and efficiently. The front staff was in no hurry.which merits the 4 star.

Amazing patio right on water with a great view. There was a bit of a wait to be seated, but well worth it. Good food, service and ice cold beer.

Food was served warm not hot and when I asked for it to be reheated, they still brought it up warm. Otherwise, the server was nice and attentive.

2nd visit! Beautiful Patio, right on the water in the basin. Beautiful views. Awesome food! Great service! No reservations, but got a table for 9 within minutes at a choice location on the dockside patio.

The food was great, view was amazing. We got a seat beside the water. The service was okay but they switched servers during our meal. No one told us and the new server didn't come to our table. We ended up going inside to flag someone down for drinks and the bill.

BP Huntsville was great. The waitress Brooke was very attentive and the waterfront views were amazing. #huntsville is a nice visit

Was visiting Huntsville a while ago with my family and decided to go to Boston Pizza. The food and drinks were good and the waitress was excellent! Very nice and checked to see if we needed anything multiple times. However, the bartending manager was very rude and unpleasant. She was yelling at other customers a table over from us. I believe it was because they did not tip enough. This happened a while ago and I’ve never had a restaurant experience like that so I thought I would share so it can be improved.

I love the location of the Huntsville BP. It has a beautiful patio over looking the patio so you can gawk at all the boats going by. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I recommend the BBQ chicken pizza it was a 10/10.

When dining in its a beautiful location, friendly staff and good food. Just have had issues with take out and not getting everything I ordered. Other than that I fully recommend for a sit in restaurant.

Went for Dinner Friday evening. Expected long wait, pleasantly surprised to be seated so quickly.
Server was attentive. Atmosphete wonderful.
However, food was mediocre. Royal Hawaiian Pizza was cold, chewy, very little sweet chili. Expected more from PIZZA restaurant.eet chili.

We love this location its one of our favorite restaurants to go to in Huntsville! However we went yesterday, we had waited 45 minutes to get a table which is fine. Once we got seated we waited another 20 minutes just to get our drinks ordered, then waited another 10-15 minutes just to get our drinks. The food was good but the service was awful. One of the forks had left over food that didn't come out in the dishwasher. After we ate we had to wait another 20 minutes for the bill that after we had asked for it.
A couple beside us had received their food but had to go ask for cutlery after 10 minutes of waiting. There was so many servers working, and I am a reasonable person and was patient through it all thinking it could be new staff and they're training and the restaurant just reopened but it was the worst experience! Especially after waiting 45 minutes to get in you really don't want to wait another 20 minutes for someone just to come and ask for your drink order. The food I would rate 4 stars but the service was like 0

Great atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed their patio. Right next to the water, and so was really nice and relaxing. They recommended me one of the fishbowl drink, and was soo worth it. Being a scotch drinker, I was hesitant to try it out, but recommendation was well worth it. Food was good and so was customer service.

An amazing view of fall and lake. Service needs bit more improvement but overall was still great.

Good pizza; Enjoyed the dough. Had a cookie for desert; also yummy. Good service, let us watch the football game, and adjusted the volume at our request.

My veggies were probably microwaved for ten minutes before they threw them and a terrible steak on my plate. Awful food, bad service.it was clear I was unhappy (hardly touched my food) the server wouldn't even clear our table or cash us out.had the hostess do it.

Staff was exceptionally pleasant, both times. In that regard I've only good things to say.

On the last visit, the food was sub-par. Overcooked chicken (very tough/dry), chips were quite stale. But I think that might just an off night.

Avoid
Went for dinner and drinks on New Year's Night. We decided to sit at bar side and order drinks and appetizers first before actual entree. We ordered 2 orders of wings and the pizza poutine along with alcohol drinks. It took almost 30mins for the wings to come. They arrived being just warm not hot. We sent the wings back and the poutine came out next (at least this was hot). By the time the "new" wings came out we had actually finished the poutine (this was now more then 45mins from when we first ordered both the wings and poutine).
Things went downhill quickly from there.the second set was actually cold to the touch along with it was our original side celery and the same plate. We told the waitress (I had to walk over to the bar with a chicken wing in a napkin) we gave up at this point and asked for the bill. We were not going to wait for a 3rd order of wings and due to the length that the apps took we were not going to wait to order dinner.
We have zero issues regarding slow service/poor service if a place is busy or someone is training. This was not the case. There was only a handful of tables in the restaurant at this particular time (530pm).
My other issue how it was handled. The wings were complemented by the waitress but no apologies or even comments from the manager (not sure if he was even told by our waitress or he was just being oblivious to the situation). This then goes back to my my comment of a restaurant with only a handful of tables. We actually watched the manager sit at a bar stool and talk to people at the bar and then watched him as he turned around to talk to the people at the table behind us. This all occurred while we complained about the length of time for the order to arrive then the 2 set of wings being cold. Not once did he even ask how the food/ service was to us.
Maybe some customer service/ food handling should be brought to attention with the next staff meeting

We stayed at the holiday inn and they provide 10% off to Boston Pizza. We decided to check it out. The location is easy to find and fairly comfortable. We went to their patio area since it was a beautiful day. The food was excellent, the service was top notch. There is really nothing negative to say. We will visit it again.

Food is great, service subject to local factors like holidays, weekends, etc. Very different from larger cities / towns where things are more consistent.

I used to work there so might be byest but it is a good place to work and the servers are really nice

Had a great time at here with friends today. Good service and great taste. We have ordered couple of pizzas and pasta and received the order in no time. Even kids loved having the pizza while being able to play at kids area.

Arrived on a friday evening around 9pm and sat at bar. Two female bartenders working, neither were in a hurry to offer service. I assume some of the others at bar were regulars and the bartenders were taking shots with them. I didn't think this was allowed but maybe I'm wrong. Ordered the spicy pierogie pizza which was pretty good. When I finished I had to ask for my bill 3 times and spent 15-20 minutes longer than I wanted to check out, perhaps because the bartenders were under the influence and not as sharp as they should have been.

Went in Saturday of Labour Day Weekend at about 5: 30 pm. Was busy but service was good. I had the Hungry Carnivore Pasta. It was great and portion was huge. My wife had the Fettuccini Primavera which was very generic and not very exciting. Kids had pizza and lived it. All in all a good dining experience. And good docking for my boat.

Just reviewing your reviews, based on your customer reaction this is not a place that me and my wife are going to go to, sorry but we only want the best and right now you guys are far from the best, will review you in one year to see if things have improved. All the best.

I also had a bad experience and will not go back. Un-organized, garbage underneath all the tables. Windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Sorry to write this. I was very excited to go and hadn't been there since last year. The service was good. The food was awful. Don't waste your money on chicken tacos. Cold and sickly sweet sauce was the only thing I could taste along with the cold chicken and shredded cheese (not melted). Not at all what I expected on a taco. Fries were also not warm. Yep been going to this location for 20 years and was previously "The Cottage". Such a shame it's in a beautiful location and the flooding did not help.

Pizza was good. Ribs were fair to middling, mashed potatoes lukewarm and lot and seasonal veggies (eg carrots) undercooked. Service was friendly enough but slow. We were never asked about drinks.

The Huntsville Location is the best. Everything tasted great and our order was fast and hot. Can't ask for more. Thanks Holly et al.

Terrible customer service just ignored request for 1 more drink after paid first bill, overpriced, cost of cider was ridiculous, save your money dont bother.

Last night we had a superb experience at Boston Pizza on the Muskoka River in Huntsville. We were celebrating a daughter's birthday and a son's High School graduation. We have a 7 month old Golden retriever and had previously planned to sit outside at another location with her where earlier in the week we were advised it would be no problem to host 7 people and the puppy there. On our arrival we were told we would have to sit at separate tables and that they would not put two tables together for our family celebration. We were then told if we didn't like it we were "welcome to try and find another pet-friendly location. " We called Boston Pizza and they said, "No problem we will accommodate you! " We arrived and were seated in a beautiful patio location. The dog was stashed just off the patio and provided water. We had outstanding service and excellent meals and more importantly we were all together celebrating two important family occasions with family members coming from as far away as Toronto for the dinner. Many many thanks to Boston Pizza for saving the day and to the manager who made it work and the three servers who all made sure we had everything we needed!

Staff was good. Sat by the water which was very nice. I ordered the individual spicy perogie pizza. It tasted fine, but the size is pathetic. I thought it was a joke. I do not recommend if you are hungry. It should be an appetizer. Not to mention it is priced at $13.99. Very Sad.

Filthy when we walked in at 9pm on a sat night for dinner. Literally 8 tables not bussed. The GM sitting at the bar drinking a beer, clearly had zero love for his place. Only reason I give any stars is that the bartender/server Holly was amazing. Wont be back.
