Boston Pizza

Haven't been to a BP since 2018. Service still wasn't the best. Food was good, prices seemed to have gone up with smaller portion sizes so that kind of sucked.

There were fruit flies flying around while we ate. The food does not taste the same no more, no flavour and wings were small with no taste

Ordered veg pizza and it was topped with uncooked tomatoes, other veggies are not even in proper quantity, just three four pieces of green pepper and mushrooms and onions.staff was rude.

We are regular customers for Hamilton mountain store. We came to niagara and came to this store for dinner. The server was very rude. One of the water glass was broken. No apologies nothing. Wish them all the best for their business. But I will never go to the store anymore. This is the worse service I get in my life. If you want to disturb your mood, you can come here.

How could u resist yourself by not having a bite of their pizza, so delivery and cheese justt muuahhhhhhh

I’ve been here a few times, and each time, they’ve messed up my order. In no way is there any extraordinary ask, but somehow they find a way to mess it up entirely. When this happens, there is little acknowledgement, apology, and never had there been a cordial coupon or discount offer to compensate for my wasted time in the correction.

I’d advise anyone who comes here to take a hard look at their order before they take it with them. Especially vegetarians.

Also, don’t come here if you can’t spend 3x time than initially expected.

Ordered this pizza consisting chicken, bacon and pineapple. Can somebody help me spot chicken plz?

Great staff and although I am not a chain restaurant lover, this place offers tons of options and lots of great vegan food as well plus they are very serious about quality!

Emma our server was absolutely amazing. She provided friendly service, always smiling, and answered all our food questions (2 kids with food allergies). The food was delicious, portions were good. We will definitely come back!

Food was really good, but the caramel Gretzky cream martini was to die for.so yummy, and white Sangria best in the area.

This is beyond the worst place to ever visit. Food is cold, place is dirty, and overall worst customer service experience. Today is our last visit and experience to Boston pizza! After asking to have ya me cleaned, and waiting for ever to get out foods, after paying the bill and about to leave the tip (cash) on the table as it’s the usual behaviour.the waiter comes and insult you in front of your family and the entire restaurant customers demanding tip, after I took the cash out of my wallet immediately took it back and left! Tips are based on experience, but definitely never going back, and highly don’t recommend it! Pay your employees will so they don’t insult your customer, we pay for our food and tip based on treatment! NEVER EVER! Ruined a beautiful family day: (. NEVER EVER! I wish there was a 0zero star option

Worst Customer Service experience.

We, myself and friends, have been Boston pizza customers for over 10 years. Everyone we meet for any type of gathering Boston Pizza is our place to go to. Until today. We usually attend St. Catharines Glendale location or Clifton Hills location. Today we decided to go to Dorchester Location. This is our last time ever dealing with Boston Pizza as we have never been insulted in our life. After our meal I informed the waiter Kiara that it it will be on one bill as I was taking a group of friends and their kids out. For the past 10 years every time we pay our bills we leave cash (10-15%) tip for the waiter in cash as a Thank you. Today after paying the bill as I was taking the cash to leave on table as usual, a completely different waitress who never served us comes asking “ was there something wrong with the service? ” We looked at her with a big question mark and replied “no” confused as why she would think so. Then In front of the entire Boston Pizza customers and our kids she states with an attitude “ Just for future reference, when you don’t tip we pay for your food to eat here! ” and kept going “ When you don’t tip I have to tip the waitresses and back kitchen so basically paying for you to eat here” It took me and my friends few seconds fo just rap our head about what the waitress said. I replied very upset “ who said we’re not gonna tip, we always tip in cash!? And what do you mean you pay for our foods? ! ” The. Replied “ Oh, when you don’t tip o have to pay our staff for you, and just to let you know it’s 3%! ”
I have never been insulted nor outraged like this, to have the audacity to speak to us that way in front of everyone, and worst in front of my kids and guest it was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever experienced nor read about. We asked to speak to the manager “Joe” instead of apologizing for his inappropriate waitress behaviour he defended and informed us “next time you want to pay your tip in cash you should inform the waitress, just to let you know, tip is mandatory and it’s 3%”. I told the manger that “we always pay tips in cash, and she did t ask us, she came and insulted us in front of everyone and we are long time Boston Pizza customer over 10 years. But sadly this will be our last! ” He responded with not a care in the world “ Well I’m sorry and have a great day! ”
When I called back to get the waitress name to file a complaint he refused to give me the name and hung up! ”

This has ruined all the past Boston Pizza experience for us and left a bitter ending!
Never again specially Dorchester location in Niagara Falls ON

Food is always amazing dining in or takeout they always out do themselves, drinks are never disappointing, went and had a dinner with some girlfriends and my order had been made incorrectly and I didn't want to be charged for one thing when I had received another no big deal I was ok with eating it just explained I didn't wanna be charged for one when I got the other. They still MADE ME new food because it was not what I ordered which I thought was the sweetest thing and I was able to take it home that's never happened to me before I highly recommend this Boston Pizza over any of the other locations

Went for lunch with my family just over a month ago for pizza, wings and cactus fries. The pizza was terrible! Bottom wasn't crispy at all and just a big pile of uncooked dough and grease. First time visiting the Dorchester location, don't go you'll be very disappointed.

The service is good. Food is alright. We had the artichoke and spinach dip. It was dry and very salty we barely touched it. The Thai wrap tasted good, generous portion.

Amazing! Staff is very attentive without being overly in your face. Had a wonderful dinner! Food was delightful as well as super quick. Definitely will come back!

The foods taste delicious, no complaint about that.
But I don't really like waitress behaviors, we just sat about 30 mins but she came and kept on asking us to left even the restaurant was not busy at that time. Because we are Asian?
Never go back here one more time.

I had the 7 cheese ravioli and it sucked. The sauce was supposed to be marinara, tasted like pizza sauce. And they charge a lot for what you get

Gary friendly service from Mary the hostess and Brenda our server. Food was prepared fast and fresh. Salad and pizza.yum

A fairly average experience. However, my most uncomfortable moment came when watching my server proceeded to put on lip gloss with their finger, followed by using their phone and moving on to orders. No hand washing or sanitization was used after the fact. Clean hands and proper food handling should be top-of-mind behaviour at a food establishment in the COVID era. My food was tasty and service was attentive and friendly.

We had dinner here. Food was great. Server Riannon was absolutely amazing. They even changed the channel on one of the TV's for my hubby to watch the Habs. Great atmosphere.

Discriminated against (maskless and not willing to provide our medical history), by a gentleman by the name of Mike. Absolutely disgusting.

Also noticing how only the 3+ stars receive responses from the owner. I would love an explanation for the discrimination we encountered.

If it wasn't for the corrective measures taken by the owners this would be a one star. Rude service from the start. Wrong order given to us then was told it was our fault and that its what we ordered. Finally after an argumentative phone call and trying to explain what customer service is (me and my girlfriend have been in the industry for 10+ years). She finally replaced the wrong order and we were on the way. Other than that the food was good

Excellent service. The servers are so friendly and amazing. They definitely make the experience.

Excellent food and drinks. Great place to hangout with friends and family. They have arcade games inside and lots of big TV for sport events. Friendly staff, and lineups were long but moved very quickly.

What fabulous service we received from RI! She was extremely friendly and fabulous! Food was extremely yummy and fresh! Great location, highly recommend!

Nachos were good. Alfredo was below average and penne marinara tasted like they used canned pasta sauce. Waitress wasn’t particularly pleasant either when she shows up.

Really disappointed with Mediterranean veg pizza. You can see uncooked tomatoes and get an idea how bad pizza was. Never going back to this place and wouldn’t recommend to any one

We tried to order online for the BP location on Lundy’s Lane, and it would not process. We called the restaurant and were told to call back in 30 mins to place our order, as they were “too busy” to take it now. This made us laugh. How do you turn away business like that? We ordered from the Dorchester Road location instead, and our food was ready and picked up in less than 20 minutes. Everything tasted great, and at least three employees tried helping us when we picked up our order. Awesome service!

TAKE OUT -
I am so upset and disappointed with my meal tonight. I specifically asked for my bandera breads to be cheesey and not burnt like a rock and yet again for the 2nd time it was completely burnt and rock solid. My BBQ pizza was given to me on bandera bread instead of pizza doe and it was nasty and uncalled for. Can not believe this never again

Ordered deluxe pizza and medium wings for takeout. Both incredibly undercooked. If I had eaten in would definitely have sent back to the kitchen. It didn't seem overly busy so I could cut them some slack. It was late afternoon and not during dinnertime.
*UPDATE: Went back to give restaurant another shot now that patios have reopened. We had had good experiences there previously. This time much better than last with crispy wings and well cooked pizza. The patio is large and partly covered in case of rain or hot sun. Great service and attentive staff and management.

Daniela at this location is a delight. She took care of us from beginning to the bitter drunken end. She then drove us home and tucked is into bed. Full service with a smile. Lovely place with good food.

Extraordinary customer service. The hostess is extremely friendly.

Only recommendation is to plan your visit, patios are usually crowded late night from my numerous visits. I tend place an order ahead of time and just have the meal in the parking lot while enjoying the breeze.

Extremely racist workers and management, for which we had gone in to get seated on the patio but were informed that its fully booked and that all all people had just sat down. We waited outside a little and came to realize that few tables were not occupied and along with few more tables being freed up (keeping in kind that when i asked to be out on the wait list, they informed us that it would take a minimum of 1.5 hours).

Very disappointing!

Me and my wife stopped in for a drink and a bite to eat. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the food and a drink. Service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and priced well. This Boston pizza on Dorchester rd is our favourite.

Boston pizza is always a safe bet in getting at least somewhat decent food.
They cater to gluten free which is a big step forward considering many places still don't, and with gluten sensitivity on the rise, it's important for all places to grow with this trend.
Boston pizza is Good, but it's no fancy restaurant.
Every location shares the same food from the same supplier making it the same food experience wherever you go which for people who enjoy consistency, this can be very good.
However people like myself crave something new and exciting, and Boston Pizza just isn't that place. It's a safe bet when you're hungry and not too sure what to settle for, but that's about it.
Personally I find something off about their wings.
The meat consistency and the flavor just seem off and different compared to many other places I've eaten wings before.
I've even been to many places where the wings all seem similar, as if they came from the same supplier, however, this isn't the case with Boston pizza wings. They all seem off in a way and cheaper than your average wings.
They weren't entirely bad, however they just seemed different and not inna way that I'd prefer over other wing joints.
Overall, 3 stars, it's not bad food, really good bar food, but not exceptional quality food.

Service was good but the prices are way too high. $8.50 for a draught plus tax and tip. I guess that's why it was almost empty when the bills were playing that day.it's not really a place to hang out.

We come here a lot on Thursdays. The service and food are super good, and they are actually open late! The only thing is that I had to use my Right Bow Stance to open the door.

Never overly busy. Great atmosphere & wait staff. I enjoy the Dorchester BP every time I visit.

Food was fabulous and our waitress Jen was amazing.full of energy, knowledgeable and just a lovely person! Very much enjoyed our lunch!

Good food, But the service wasn't the best. My girlfriend and I waited an extra long time for our drinks, and an even longer time for our sandwiches. When the sandwiches did come, my fries were missing. I didnt get the fries til I was finished my sandwich. The manager came out with extra fries as well, to try and make up for it. Not complaining though, it happens. Waited a very long time to get our bill after we asked, while the server was talking to her friend from behind the bar, and we were in a bit of a rush. The server girl was very nice though.

The service was great, this is the only reason it's getting 3 stars! I got a burger and it was the weirdest thing I have ever eaten. Don't get the burger.

It was pretty good, server was nice and the burgers were good. As an American I found it a little pricy even with the exchange rate but I will probably return.

One of the go to places for my partner and I whenever we're back home in Niagara visiting family and friends. This Boston Pizza has always been a gathering place for us, for many years, and will continue to be. The service is always great, the food is always great, and the experience is always great.

My partners family all had their first panookies here one night about a year ago! The first and only time I ever shared one of those.

I can't remember many names of those who have served us over the years, but Erika was always wonderful whenever we had her!

Came in for lunch around 12: 15 PM. My soup and pizza combo was good. The soup was nearly 100% broth but very flavorful. The pizza was also good. I had a piece of my daughter's chicken quesadilla and thought it was also very tasty.

Our server was also the bartender and it took a long time to get waited on and then it took a while to get our food after we ordered. Our server was nice and obviously can't be in two places at once, but for a midweek lunch time meal it took way too long.

The food was pretty okay, nothing too prominent. I wouldn't eat here if I had a choice, though.

Weirdly enough we never have had BP till about 6 months ago and it is a new place to go great food reasonably priced and enough for left overs

Visited Niagara with the family during the long weekend. We had a great time at BP and I have to say our waitress Keanna made all the difference! She was so nice and very understanding to all of our needs and requests including those from my picky 79 year old mother to my very active 7-year old nephew. Fun times!

Customer service here is beyond pathetic. It might work for some but not us. After a bad experience a year ago we decided to give them another try but still more or less the same issues. We wont be back, ever!

Great patio and the staff are top notch, putting the extra effort to make sure you have a great time.

I find the food satisfactory at Boston Pizza but I rarely eat there. Why? Because I am annoyed at the way the coffee comes in a fancy display just so they can charge more for coffee than most any place I eat at. Just give me a cup of coffee and a cream and reduce the price by a dollar and still make good profit. Never mind the fancy plate with all the packages and stuff on it. They know it is not going to be used, it is just for appearance.

Very good but abit over priced abit. Like prices you'd find on Clifton hill tourist area. But non the less always a good eat.

Went to Boston Pizza on a Friday night after work. Waitstaff and kitchen staff were 200% accommodating to my daughter and her multiple food allergies!
They brought out the allergy menu and we discussed meals she could potentially have that would be safe. The kitchen staff made sure that her meal was prepared on it's own cook surface to ensure her needs were being met!

The food was awesome (chicken wrap and cheese ravioli, as well as a poached salmon fillet with fresh steamed veggies & unicorn lemonade)

Will DEFINITELY be coming back

If you make reservations for a large group of people better triple check! 16 people on a Saturday and mysteriously they had no reservation and people had come by limo. And they had nothing to say other than to accuse us of making the reservation at another location. Then we had to find somewhere on a Saturday night that could accommodate all of us at the last minute. Not an easy task.

Our server was great on our most recent visit. I wish I had her name. We visit this location quite regularly for various work gatherings.
