Love boston pizza i have never had a bad experience at boston pizza.the food drinks and the friendly staff is outstanding. Thanks to Ari for making sure we all had a good time.

I had a wonderful meal here for my birthday. The staff was very attentive and kind. The food was delicious and large portion sizes! This was my first time dining in at Boston Pizza and I'll be sure to come back!

Great experience! Accepted our group of 10 at short notice and our server Amber was exceptional.

Julia aced the b-day party. Sung her little heart out. Only server truly singing, others were half-asked.

After taxes and tip I paid $44 for a flat draft beer, 8 onion rings and a very unfresh 'steak' sandwich. Never again with these chain style restaurants.

Just stopped in for a quick bite and a few drinks. Sadly the service was extremely slow.and the restaurant was only half full.

We just had the Bandera bread and nachos. Food was good, service needs to be worked on.

My experience over all HORRIBLE
No manager on duty and apparently that’s the norm. Unfortunately the staff couldn’t do much so I don’t blame them.
Don’t bother with the app it point less, NOTHING will be right or you’ll get someone else’s order all together

Great service, our food came quickly and our server Macey was wonderful! Very attentive and all of the staff were really nice.

I came here for my birthday weekend with my girls and I got amazing service along with a very caring waitress named Macey definitely a place I’d come again just for the service

Food was delicious and Narda was fabulous! We are tourists from the US and she took the time to tell us about must see attractions in the area.

We had the best dinner here last Saturday. The restaurant was very busy as the droves of beach goers were there for dinner. We mentioned to the host that we were under a bit of a time crunch and would it be realistic to have us out of there in 60 mins… he made it work! He informed our waitress, Narda, of our situation and she took our order promptly and also advised the kitchen to rush our meal! Everything was fantastic we will definitely recommend and be back!

We had a fantastic experience. They were very accommodating to our needs even though the place was busy. Food was delicious. Had the Hungry Carnivore, and Wings. Waitress Narda (?) Was an exceptional, lovely lady. Our drinks were always filled and the service and food came in a timely manner. Thank you for making our dinner a fantastic one. Lately it has been hard to come by. Thank you to all the staff for our positive experience. We will definitely be going again and highly recommend.

Great food. I got the Smokey mountain spaghetti and my fiance got the individual pizza. Both came quick and were hot and tasty.

I've deleted a previous negative review, because this experience was in direct contrast to our last. We were seated promptly and acknowledged right away by our server. The table was still icky and she immediately wiped it down with apologies. The service was excellent and our meal was great. A special shout-out to our server, Amber for a pleasant dining experience.

The service was excellent tonight. We ordered a Mediterranean pizza, wings and cocktails. Speedy service and good flavours

Good service. We got the taco appetizer with pulled pork and it was coleslaw and pulled pork inside of a taco lol. Budwieser tasted slightly off but our pizza was great!

A mixed review. Last week we ordered take out. In terms of the taste of the food, it was delicious. In terms of the preparation of the order, absolutely horrible. We ordered five different meals. Of those meals, three of them had various sauces (Ex - blue cheese, plum sauce, etc) spill on the food. For a number of us, we don’t like sauce anywhere near our food and simply made the sauce selection so we could share it with someone else. When we got back to our place and looked at our food, it was discovered that these three meals had plastic take out containers that didn’t even fit. We couldn’t put the top of these containers. This explained why the sauces spilt all over the food. Disappointing.

UPDATE - As requested, I completed the survey and never heard back from Boston Pizza. It’s now a week later.

Don’t go here. Horrible customer service and the food was disgusting. $140 dollars for 3 simple meals and an app and they charged us a $10.50 delivery charge with no disclosure which we then unaware of tipped 15% on top of that to help the staff out with COVID. Phoned in and they could care less. Pictures of some of the food to give you an idea.

Paid $14 for spinach dip and it’s not even full. Not to mention it was cold. Very disappointed in our $186 meal. BP make this right: (

Very poorly run restaurant, I wanted to order food for a family member in Wasaga Beach after losing someone in the family last week. After calling the restaurant to figure out their delivery services and being recommended to order through DoorDash I pre-ordered the food for a delivery time later that day. The request was approved by the restaurant, 20 minutes before the delivery time I received a notification that the order has been cancelled. After calling to inquire why the lady on the phone was short and said due to high volume, then hung up. I understand if you can't take orders but please don't accept them if you're not able to fulfill them. I'm thankful for Pizza's Dee's that stepped up and delivered them a delicious meal.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There’s always something wrong with this location whether it be the service or the food. Today was just ridiculous. Forgot half the order, and we received moldy lettuce. As a current BP worker from another location, this is very disappointing.

Came for wings and pizza and both were delicious- I tried the viva Italia and my wife had the beet and goat cheese salad and as apps we had the wings, they didn’t have my Belgian moon but they had alcohol free beer for my wife and the service was great except for the refill it took a bit too long but other than that it was great and would go back if I am there again and feel like pizza

First time attending. I know it is covid.but everything was luke warm. French onion soup was tasty but cool.pizza was warm.fries were underdone.will not go back

Kitchen could improve in food times. Although food was usual as per Boston Pizza standards. However, I had the Salmon Power Bowl at this location, and it was very good, and the service received from Felix was above standard. Felix keep it up.

Ordered the Parmesan Shrimp Alfredo, BPs plant based burger, and chocolate explosion dessert, via take out. Unfortunately, all three dishes left me disappointed. The shrimp alfredo was extremely watered down, almost soup like sauce; the burger patty was burned to a crisp that it became unedible, hence we had to throw it out; lastly, the dessert didn't even have the vanilla ice cream as promised.

My experience was so good yesterday night. As we came from very far. They accommodated us so patiently and we ordered a medium Mediterranean pizza with fries. The kitchen staff somehow was confused and made our pizza differently. However the girl Emily and the manager Debra was so beautiful and they really made a nice experience and offered the toppings on side and gave us a free pizza as a compliment and they both were so nice and made us feel so good about the food and hospitality. Emily was so good and smiley service

Serving staff are NOT seasoned. Very slow all around. Didn't give us silverware or side plates. Took a while to take our order. Then didn't give us ketchup or salt or napkins.

Decent. Service was speedy and friendly even though it was reasonably busy. Didn't see the inside or the washrooms since we sat outside, but the patio was clean and tidy. Food was good, servings were generous.

Based on experience yesterday I wouldn't go back. First the good: the service was good, and the large starter nacho plate was good, but they were cheap with the sour cream and salsa dip that came with it. My main course was chicken parmesan, and it was dry and tasteless with a minimal amount of topping a cheese. My wife had a salmon power bowl and she said the salmon was dry and overcooked. It's not cheap food, and I expected better. Maybe we should have never ordered meat and fish at a place that has pizza in its name?

The service was great, we come here often however today was a disappointment we ordered the full size nachos and there was hardly any ground beef or cheese it was basically eating a big plate of chips thats it will absolutely tell people not to order this

Didn’t take a picture- but I did the make my own pasta - all veggies, in a marina sauce - not sure why it was so greasy - was a layer of oil underneath the pasta and pasta was warm - so it basically was thick oil - the taste was mediocre - no real flavour - like Italian pasta should be - the apps were good - also an extra dirty martini should be cloudy not clear - and looks like it was only 1 shot total - they need to step up their game if they plan to last in the restaurant business.

Met there for lunch, was meeting a gentleman from a dating site. We ordered a Mediterranean Pizza never had it before and we both loved it. Great date great meal

We understand restaurant are struggling to keep up with demand, but that’s not an excuse for delaying a order for good 40 mins, in spite online order said 20 minutes still they missed 2 items from the original order place and the place was running like headless chicken. Expect BP to do better.

My family and I went to spend the weekend to Wasaga beach. We went to Boston pizza and our experience was excellent Ava was the hostess she was kind with my girls. Kids menu was great. Narda was our serve and she recommended us to try the pasta and she was amazing. Food and service was very good.

The food was half an hour late, the onion rings weren't even cooked, burgers were dry and the burgers weren't what we asked for at all. Garlic bread was burned and cold. Celery wasn't even crunchy, wings were the wrong flavour, cheese wasn't melted on the burgers, and there was no sauce on the chicken burger. DONT EAT HERE!

It took about 30 min to get a table, I think it's better just to walk in and get a table yourself than be waiting outside to be seated. Just very busy but nice people.

I have been to this location on 20 June, the taste of the food is good ordered 3 Thai chili bites 1 large pizza and wings, all of them are delicious. The Patios are clean and well maintained. I would recommend everyone to try this location.

Waited forever for our drinks, waited forever for our food and our bill…the shrimp tacos were the saddest looking things I’ve ever ingested, it’s a good thing I was hungry. Lol!
Overall, not the best 1.5 hrs of my life. Try harder BP’s.

The server was really nice. Her name was Alex. The food was okay but my wife had a hair in her burger. They obviously replaced the meal but I thought it should have been taken off the bill. That's usually standard practice.

Ordered takeout that was half an hour late. My Caesar salad had wilted, black lettuce and no dressing was provided. Garlic toast was burnt and rubbery. The ribs were barely edible. Definitely not worth the $60 and will not be ordering again. So unacceptable.

Whatever you do. DO NOT order the Salmon Protein Bowl. I can't even put into words how disappointed I was with that meal. 20 dollars to eat flavorless greens like a rabbit with a very small peice of salmon. The flavours of the bowl do not blend at all and your just left wondering why anyone would create such a poor dish. The greens just taste horrible and the poor salmon was like a dried out block of wood. I miss the old Boston Pizza. Over the years the menu just continues to decline. Also the waitresses clearly do not eat there for they had no idea anything about the menu. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I visited Wasaga beach with my friends, and in the evening we visited this place. Obviously, because of Covid, there was a big line lineup, but the guy standing outside of the restaurant was so humble that we thought we would wait for the table. We got the table before the predicted time, and the food also came quickly. The server was a fantastic person. She helped us place the order and was very quick in service also; she took good care of the kids. I would highly recommend this place to other people.

This is the best bp in the province hands down. Amazing servers and great owners. A great cook Tyler made the best jambalaya I have at bp. Love this place

I’m very disappointed I went to Boston pizza and ordered a macaroni and cheese and the thing was burnt to a crisp and had bugs crawling out and my pizza had a couple pieces of mold on the crust and was not happy and saw the waiter spit in someone’s food and and drink and gave it to a customer very bad experience never going here again.

Attention! Please ask for fork if you order pasta or something as they won’t give you until you ask for it.

As per their store manager customers take fork/spoon to their home if they pay for it as well. So please be aware.

I called and came from 5 kilometres but they do not apologize at all.

It's just a BP. Staff are nice. Food is the usual.

Quick edit as the Owner responded to my review post. First of all I very much respect and appreciate a (fast) response. A professional, concerned response is something that puts the owner and staff in a higher regard. I looked into sending my comments higher up because I believe that the "blah" food issue I had on that and other visits - to more than one BP - are more of an "HQ" issue that Mr. Treliving needs to address on a wide basis. The WB BP is a nice place. The BP food didn't get my 5 stars but I'll be back for drinks. PS thank you for the link.

WE eat here often when we head up this way and when they allow indoor dining (not possible during the pandemic). Our last visit was during a moment when we could dine in and we did, enjoying our food and the service. It really is an excellent place for pizza and a variety of other foods too. Genuinely Canadian, despite the name.

We’ve come to this location many times and today the food was horrible and our waitress was very nice and apologetic she said she’d see if she could do anything for us and we heard them going back and forth in the back kitchen and then no one came and spoke to us. We did not eat majority of the food but we did pay and tip because our waitress does not deserve the consequences when it’s not her fault. Horrible customer service on managers behalf, sometimes things happen and food is not up to standards but that doesn’t mean you forget your customer service skills as well. Over all will never be returning here, do not recommend this location to anyone. In a pandemic we are trying to support local businesses but if businesses don’t appreciate us coming to spend our hard earned money then we will go else where with our business. To the manager, Going forward please show respect to customers, it will go a long way.

I had a phenomenal experience coming with my family today. The service was impeccable, the food amazing, hot and tasty, and the experience memorable.

Mvb was great, garden salad was great, caesar was great, chocolate mouse was fantastic. Service was great, friendly people. Great experience.

Oh man, where do I start? ! Probably the worst place we have eaten. So, we waited about half an hour for our artichoke dip (which was good taste) so that's fine. But another hour for our main. I mean 3 other tables who came after us got served before us. Like literally when we got our food (1 burger and 1 pizza) they were getting there bills. I could see all that cause they were sitting around our table. BTW, our main food was really bad. Tasted all frozen and no balance of flavors. Pizza bread was elastic texture. Garlic lumps in the cheese every other bite. I have Tuscan pizza everytime i go to Boston pizza. Never had problem Until now. My partners glass of d.coke was empty the whole time btw, we asked for refill 3 times seemed like they were forgetting. It wasn't busy either. Its like they were being partial about who comes in the restaurant. It seemed like they wanted to serve all the town people first. I mean I understand but 1 and half hour for a burger and pizza which was not very good. Server was this elderly blond lady was bit rude too. We found it very offensive especially it's not like we were dressed bad or anything (some people are into appearance). Anyways, when it comes to food from wasaga beach area is not that good. Hope they can improve. Good luck.

My family and I used to like coming here, we will no longer come here due to the rude management (blonde lady with terrible eyelash extensions) Could not believe the poor service we received, food quality has deteriorated in my opinion as well. Guess that is why they are never really busy.

Great food served hot! Could have been a little better service, we never had a chance to get refills on our drinks. Bet if we were drinking alcohol, she would have been there more often.

Terrible service, food was cold waitress was nothing but rude.waitress “kelly” took her 30 minutes to even check our table.went for my brothers birthday and had at ask 3 times for them to sing to him, what do they do, come to the table and had him a brownie no song no nothing, ruined they whole surprise.i will never being coming back that’s for sure.

Horrible food. Ordered take away, specifically asked for forks and spoons, nope, we received non of them.

Pizza ok, service was just bad
Came around 6pm, sunny bright evening, asked inside or outside, we said outside. Outside only with one other couple. Tables had umbrellas. Do you think the waitress (Einstein), put us at a table with a umbrella, to guard against the sun? Nope. Plopped us right at the only table with NO umbrella. We got a appetizer, then pizza. Not ONE waitress and there was A LOT asked how it was, did we what water, would I like a refill of coffee. Not one came back. We did get asked at the end did we want to order dessert three times. The issues is these “ kids “, are FAR to young to be involved in public contact. Tip kids ; the better the service the higher your tip
For this fiasco you all got 50 cents, share it, spend it wisely

I like this place the staff are friendly and the food is reasonably priced, however the quality can be a bit hit and miss at times.

Very disappointed. Ate a similar meal at East Side Mario's on Thursday that was far superior and more reasonably priced. That meal included soup or salad, loaves of bread, appetizers and dessert for 2. In fact we took home enough for lunch the next day. We were also offered grated cheese on our pasta. Boston Pizza was very noisy and the kitchen staff could be heard yelling at each other. We would have to think twice before going again

Went to Boston Pizza Wasaga to enjoy a cold beer on their comfortable, relaxing outdoor patio. Shared some great food! The service was fast and friendly from the minute we walked in! Recommended for lunch or dinner, or a delicious meal in between. Thanks for a relaxing afternoon Boston Pizza!

Top notch service on our visit. Food is high quality and beers were cold. Got a song and a free brownie for my birthday.

Just went to dinner at Wasaga beach location with three tired beached out little ones. Food came out fast, was delicious and server Amber was very kind and understanding, went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Would highly recommend.

La nouriture est bonne mais le service laisse à désirer, nous avons attendu 30minutes nos brevages de plus que nous avons reçu nos frites lorsque notre plat était terminé, nous avons pourtant manger lentement afin de les attendre mais bon.

I usually don’t write reviews but i think people should know about the kind of service this location provides. I was a part of large group and the waitress serving us was so unbelievably rude and obnoxious. We all felt that she was being racist as she was smiling and was a great server to other tables. She disrespected all of us by just throwing the receipts in front of us. It was our first time visiting this location and trust me i am not going back to Boston pizza again (even though i love the food there). We also talked to the manager about this and she was very considerate. Worst experience i ever had. Wish i had an option of giving zero stars here.

Total waste of money! $120 for 3 pizzas and garlic breads. Pizza was average tasting with a doughy base and bland flavour. How they can justify charging this amount is beyond me. Don't bother eating here.

Boston Pizza is a great place for watching sporting events. But I've never been a fan of their food it's processed and I find very formula. However the beer is cold, then again I didn't care for their mojitos.
