Tbh, other than the price, most of the items. I had seen in other stores and less expensive

Called today for some help on a piece of furniture I needed details about and the girl on the phone was lazy and refused to help me determine an inside measurement that isn’t listed on their website. I live far away and will not drive there only to find out the piece is too big. The girl lied and said they don’t have a measuring tape there and cannot measure it - I have seen them use a measuring tape before when I was there for drapes. Pure laziness.

I went there during my lunch no one even came to help me.
I went there second day as they have short hours and found that I had to oder the item on line as they didn't have it in stock at the store.
I order stuff on line called to see if it came as it was suppose to arrive on September 30th.was redirected by an employee to check order status on line.
Went to pick up the items the employee placed them on a car and rolled them to front door told me to park Mt car in front and I had to place the items in my car.
Went to return one chsor tomorrow. Lady was very rude at the cash register arguing that the item works.i had to tell her several times that I want to return it even if it worked.
Very unprofessional.

We visited the store yesterday and Shawn helped us out right from the start. We asked him loads of questions and he answered all of them patiently. He even went beyond and helped us look for best way to purchase the item we loved. Can't thank him enough for his help. Would love to shop here again.

Clean and well organized. Staff were friendly and everybody was COVIDized. I just wish the store were larger for more selection. Prices are ok but no great deals. Flanked on either side by Homesense and Dollarama, so good location for being able to hit several stores in one shot. Parking is fair, you just need to walk about 20 car spaces typically.

Nice place and helpful staff. One rate less was the curtain we liked was out of stock and they were asking us to go to Burlington and collect it.

Arrogant and unhelpful service especially their customer care line. My shipment was delayed (it happens). When I called customer care I got the same response every week “it missed this week’s shipment, it’ll go out next week. ” I understand delays but there was no apology, no updates unless I called and waited on hold for 20 minutes and no explanation as to why my order kept missing the shipment when it had been ready for weeks. Eventually I gave up and cancelled the order. I’m surprised they didn’t value my business during these difficult times

Went to Bouclair to search for blinds, however whilst searching the aisle, a manager made me leave the aisle to pack it with new shipments. This disrupted me from searching and further buying anything. Why is it necessary to store the shipments in the storefront? Especially if people are trying to browse for something to purchase? I understand that there is a back of the store and that there may not be space for everything, but how can you accommodate a potential customer if you’re not allowing them to browse what’s in store?

Great staff, selection & service. Too bad the locations closer to us have closed. But we will definitely be coming back to this one.

Friendly, organized, a little pricey. I would go to next door if you are looking for “pay what you get”.
