Horrible customer service. Will not be coming to this location. If your employee are not feeling like working, then maybe they shouldn’t. But being upset for having to scan product to check their prices is unacceptable. Get your worker trained or get better workers.

I give this store location 5 stars. However I give the online customer service department / head office 0 stars. Had many issues with my order regarding pricing, originally bought chairs online for 20% off and was only given 10% off. They will not honour this even though I have receipts and proof of 20% off that should have been discounted. Sofa I purchased was lined with very obvious blue ink, such an eye sore. Super disappointed and will be returning to my go to furniture store for modern pieces - Structube. Will not recommend bouclair to family, friends or colleagues.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a horrible experience here. The manager with the orange underneath her hair (I think her name was Danielle?) is extremely rude and condescending to customers as well as fellow staff. Left without buying anything. Not only will I never be returning to this location, I will never be shopping at any Bouclair ever again. Take your business elsewhere!

The items are overall nice, still pretty good quality for this day and age. I went to pick up an online order and literally took 35 mins to get it. People behind me were being serviced and having their online orders given prior to me. I'm not sure if their back storage area is disorganized or not but it just gave me the sense that things are not well organized. Given some of the other reviews here, maybe have a more efficient system. I have been to other places to pick up an online order with many more customers and didn't quite experience this.

This store is messy, and junk everywhere. The employees are SUPER RUDE, condescending and stand offish. There are a dozen other home stores. Try anyone but this one

Always a great shopping experience at this location. The product displays always give me inspiration for decorating my home! Employee Cristine assisted me recently to find stockings for Christmas, she was super friendly and very helpful.

Charged twice for same order, exact same amount, a month after I already received the items. The charge was NOT a hold as it's been over a month. I contacted Bouclair and they said "contact your bank". MY BANK DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE PEOPLE'S CARDS TO ANOTHER MERCHANT. Give me back my money. I'll be filing a chargeback soon. Worst company ever to deal with.

I went to the Rymal road store, and I was very pleased with the help and recommendations from Christine. I was purchasing items for my clients, the selection of furniture, art work were fabulous, and affordable, quality was very good. As a Interior Designer, I’m very particular with the items I purchase for my clients and myself.
I highly recommend BouClair, and Christine’s professional assistants, 5 stars indeed.

I am very disappointed in the service I received at Bouclair. The first time I shopped there I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the customer service by the young ladies in the store. However, the next time I came I was rudely dealt with by the manager. She seemed bothered by my presence and did not want to help me find what I needed. Its a shame that the manager is not willing to give better customer service and hope that her fellow coworkers can pick up her slack.

I like this store as a whole some of their stuff is really cute. They can have good prices on SOME of their items. However others are way overpriced. Recently I saw a 3 pack of floating shelves for $40 and saw the exact same 3 pack at Canadian Tire for $20. Same box and everything. So when you find an item just be aware it may be avaliable cheaper else where.

I love this store! It always looks beautiful and has plenty of items mixed together to inspire you.great service
