I ordered a bench and waited twice the time I've been told for it to be ready for store pick up, I got it today and now I see it's the wrong bench. Now I should waste money and time just to return it. Terrible experience which will not be repeated.

The customer service was not good, i purchased a bedding set online (was not final sale) and then the colors and patterns didn't match the website's picture, so i had to drive to the store to return it, but the woman working there told me the beddings are not returnable! (under the product details though it's mentioned if its not opened/unused its returnable). Such a wonderful customer service! They even don't bother themselves to read the websites return policy! The order was alma collection set. Not recommended at all.

I strongly urge the manager to reconsider the team they have in this store. Most unhelpful set of people I’ve ever dealt with. And if you’re not Persian forget about getting service here.

Love this store but the customer service at this particular location needs adjustments/training. I walked up to cash with no other customers around checkout at the time to purchase my products. I noticed that one of the items had a snag and asked if there would be another one in place of it. The associate checked the inventory and said yes but left it at that. I asked if it would be possible to change the product and she said sure (but still stood there), not sure if she was going to get it or ask another associate to assist. After a couple of seconds, I asked if she was going to call someone else to grab it BUT she said "Can you go look for someone else on the floor to help you! " (Again, still no one else at checkout). So I walked back into the product area and looked around for someone, and of course, no one was available right away. I tried to search for it myself as there was no more in the spot I grabbed the items from and lucky I was able to find it in the same section but just a different spot in the wall displays.
I walked back to cash to retrieve my other items and still the associate stood there and did nothing nor asked anyone else to help. I'm only giving this location a 1 star because I like the products the store has to offer but the rest needs help immediately.

The cashier Marisa was very kind and knowledgeable. She answered my questions regarding an issue I had with my online order with great detail and a smile. Thank you Marisa and thank you Bouclair! I also love the new concept.

Left my cart unattended for a few minutes and it got taken away by the staff. When I tried to ask why and where everything I put in the cart is, the staff representative was quite rude in answers. Other than that love the store

Customer service at check out was abrupt and rude.

Store is very cluttered - you cannot move around freely with a shopping cart - also extremely cluttered where the check out is.

Store is much darker in lighting then it used to be.

Store hours are very inconvenient at the Richmond Hill location - the store opens late and closes early - why?

Very modern design. Items are well stocked. Great store display. I’ve been to this location twice within the same week and that is because of the above and beyond service I received from the sales associate named Stephanie. The store was very busy however, Stephanie took time assisting us with our blinds and curtain purchased. Thank you to Stephanie for making our decor experience a positive one.

I havent been inside bouclair in years. I was pleasantly surprised by their new concept store. Love the smell walking in, this is intentional for sure. Great modern, clean line products. If you haven t been in years also, you should go now.

They've updated this Bouclair store to give a more high-end, luxurious feel. Everything looks neat and organized, and there is a good selection of home decor items, including artwork, cushions, etc. It was very cozy feeling (though the scent they use in the store is a bit overwhelming).

It is, however, a bit more cluttered, and navigating a shopping cart was nearly impossible. I don't know if it's just the vibe, but I also find the store a little less approachable than in the past as a result of the updated decor (seems less family-friendly). Also, maybe it was just a busy day or something, but the employees didn't seem particularly enthusiastic to greet or help any patrons.

Two stars for the false marketing and the cashier’s attitude. Don’t assume the item will be sale even if there is a 20% off label next to it. When you check out, the cashier will tell you on there is almost an invisible line saying ‘selected items only’. And they label almost every item 30% off and 20% off. If you advise the cashier it’s kinda misleading, she will tell you - she doesn’t do the marketing. Love the store but never gonna go back again.

I had the best costumer service today. Young man, who's name is Ali, pleasantly surprised me with so much knowledge, patience and understanding, that I was in awe. This location is fantastic and with personal like Ali made it my favorite. The lady at the cash register was the same - polite, patient and supportive. Amazing store with amazing staff.

I went in while they are in the process of renovating, still a great selection but the staff could not find everything I was looking for. They did try their best tho!

I had ordered a product online that got delayed and was not able to meet my timeline. Ana from the Richmond Hill store was very professional and was able to find a solution to the problem. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to provide great customer service for something completely out of her and the stores control.

Cancelled my online order on 3 different occasions for no reason. Waste of time, poor quality products. CB2 is better.

EDIT: billing address was correct in all 3 cases with all 3 cards, and I've ordered from your store before. Just needless cancellations with overly strict/antiquated security policies if anything. Fix your "system".

I came to Bouclair to look at chairs for my vanity and Ana was super helpful. She took the time to get a sense of the aesthetic I was looking for to match my other furniture. She was very knowledgeable about the products in store and even helped me find a couple other things for my room. Amazing guest experience!

Please teach your staff how to talk to customers. A girl named “Komina” was extremely rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I’m paying for the goods and not begging or asking for favours. Being short staffed is not an excuse to act inappropriately. Won’t be visiting or buying from Bouclair ever again!

Never ever again will purchase anything from Buclair, we bought this dining table for $700 and as soon as we brought it home and set it up it started to crack wildly, as days past the crack gotten worse and worse and it appeared all over the table top. The damaged sections are so large that we can’t cover it with anything. We called the company to return the table for refund but they told us we have to take back the table to the store otherwise they can’t send anyone to pick up the item which in this case we supposed to pay $150 to rent a truck and move the table to the said store. The worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service very unhelpful. I’m done purchasing anything from them as the quality of their furniture is so terrible.

I was in Richmond hill Location. Stephanie was the one helped me alot. She was so good and knowledgeable in her job and she just follow up with other locations to find my needs. I am really happy to choosing this branch and also more happy to ask for my need from Stephanie.

Friendly and helpful staff! Had to line up due to store capacity being reached however as we were waiting staff made sure that if we came for a particular item they would check stock while we were in line to make sure that we had a speedy transaction after we entered the store! Great customer experience overall!

Nice, friendly store that I visited prior to the COVID lockdown. The store was following safety precautions. I came here to buy black out curtains and they're great for the bedroom. I was able to use my Native Status Card for tax exemption which was processed smoothly in store. I did need to buy another set of curtains so I used curbside pickup for an order placed over the phone (currently on COVID lockdown). The store was not able to apply the tax exemption for this type of order which is unfortunate (hence the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star). Electronic and online stores have a form you can submit with your information and order number to have the tax reimbursed. Stores with this option are usually the deciding factor for me on when I need to shop online or use curbside pick up.

Had to stay in the line for 30 minutes and the line was not moving at all even though people coming out of store.had to change my mind and go home! Never recommend this store and I won't go back again.

The managers need a customer training asap! The only one thing they kept saying was: “This is a final sale” and she kept saying it several times, she even went to the cashier to told her, poor personnel working there! Is like she knows the product has a defect! Hopefully the duvet cover will be ok. Fancy look but low quality products.don’t waste your time if you are looking for quality

It took over a month to ship out and when I went to return a defective chair they gave me a used chair boxed up with missing pieces. I had to make three trips back and forth. The customer service phone line I had to wait 30mins each time I called. It's not worth it for the prices if you have to wait that long.

I normally don't make reviews unless it's exceptionally B-A-D. On July 23,2019, I went to this store at Richmond Hill, Ontario & bought 2 curtains as the branch closest to mine is out-of-stock. This Hasan idiot asked my husband, "Is that it? " And proceeded to answer he's cellphone & just walked away with nary a word, didn't help with our purchase. What a dumb dumb! Better close the shop than hire a sarcastic idiot like that. I have always gone to Bouclair & bought furniture before. But with this experience, I will definitely take it into account & be mindful not to shop there anymore. I will give it a triple negative star if I could, but there's no option.

Staff are friendly, particularly Hasan. He is very helpful, assisting me with the exchange of painting few days ago.
I will definitely buy more from Bouclair!

Very rude staff and I will never return. I walk into the store with my small well trained dog, immediately an employee stopped me and asked me to put my dog in a basket or shopping cart. I refused and asked why they would have such policy, the staff explained that my dog will knock over their items and damage their goods. I visited a few other furniture/decor stores after visiting Pet Smart on the same strip and everyone else was very welcome to my well trained dog. Never have I EVER had such request from anyone to torture my dog as such. I walked out of the store and purchased what I needed at the Winners next door instead.

We purchased a console display table but discovered the dimensions of the table was incorrectly posted on Bouclair's website. We took it back to the store and they gladly exchanged the table even though we had opened it and was partially assembled. Really appreciated that they acknowledged the discrepancy from the website's advertised measurements and the actual size. Would shop here again for sure.
