Bouclair London

Great place for home decor. Grabbed some pieces for our basement, was helped by Alanna originally and then Ana due to an incorrect price being applied. Everyone was great. Thanks for all the help ladies, appreciate you going over and above.

Worst customer service ever experienced from in store employees at Westwood London, and worst online purchasing experience.

I went there to pick up my online purchase and it was fast and efficient. I will deal with them again for sure.

Great selection and great customer service. I make it a priority to shop at Bouclair as often as I can.

Such a beautifully decorated and organized store. The lights, hanging plants and music gives a wonderful vibe. Out of all I really loved the collection of art pieces and photographs.

I used to love going into Bouclair. NOT anymore. The music is way too loud, there is an overwhelming smell (apparently the candles), and the lighting is horrendous - one second it’s darker and the next you are being blasted in the eyes by bright white lights. The unfortunate part is that I do enjoy the products. I guess I will have to shop online now. It’s a shame the in store atmosphere has been ruined. (Also, people have fragrance allergies, is the scent necessary?)

Lovely products but I couldn't stay as the music was so loud I felt like it was pounding into my head. Not a great shopping atmosphere.

Wow, Bouclair who is this that you have become!? I see youuuuu. I went in today and as soon as I walked in it smelt soooo gooooooood. I was dazzled by all the beautiful items and how everything was displayed. I caught myself slightly dancing to the music and I NEVER do that in public, Bouclair who am I!? Lol I felt so comfortable and happy!? Idk maybe there is some sort of love drug in the air but I was obsessed! Well done Bouclair! I went in because we will be getting our new house in January and we aren't ready to start buying items until we move but I just wanted to go in and did not expect this change. I went home to tell my husband and he said he heard some ad on the radio explaining how that's how the store is lol.

Browsed around the store and found so many cute items to add to my home. Their pillow selection was organized in colour and plenty of options! Will shop her again for sure!

Music is too loud, staff is overbearing, and the exit through the tills is asinine. Open it up near the tills and move your peace garden and umbrellas somewhere else.

Since they renovated the store it looks amazing! It has this dark moody vibe that is awesome! Love their selection, but some things are too overpriced for me!

Under renovations. Music way too LOUD for my taste. Felt like I was at a movie club for dancing.

Our last visit was our first in a long time and while we loved the new items and great service we couldn't wait to get out of the store as every single person in our party was irritated with the obscenely loud dance music. Its fine to have music to enhance enbiance in the store but when the staff has difficulty hearing what customers are requesting there's a problem. Also as I walked the isles, I found it interesting that I could both see and hear people gesturing and/ or expressing their displeasure with the same issue.

Had a nice experience. 2 people working said hi and offered helped. Didn't have what I was looking for but the store was Beautiful!
