Horrible customer service will never go back Stephanie is a drunk smell of wine used foul and offensive language towards me and my husband my advice is to go directly to the seller and avoid this middle business

As a Hardscape contractor I rely on timing and service. Boulders has never fallen short of that. 5 star quality!

Laura and Stephanie were so helpful and professional. They were patient during my decision making process, and they went above and beyond to make sure my choices were available and would look great with my design. They made quite a few calls to make my design happen for me. I would recommend Boulder, hands down!

WORST EXPERIENCE! ABSOULTE JOKE
Let me start by saying, I have been a long time customer for many years and long time renter of Boulders machines.
This year they made some changes and for the worst.

I paid for my order over phone and gave credit card number. Days later noticed I was also charged for someone else order (over 1000$). Meaning they do not dispose of your numbers you give them for your credit card, bad practice people. Not to mention they would have never told me, so that was unsettling.

Recently I was informed they were holding interlocking for me from previous jobs. When I called back I talked to the owner Stephanie.

I have never been talked down to in my life like she did. I was told to pack up and go somewhere else, and do not ask about credits!? I was told by stone yard it was mine in the first place with my company name labelled on it saying paid. I was not searching for credits or handouts.

Now I'm left being told my stone is back in their inventory to be sold to some other client. So I have no paper work to back this as it was years ago I purchased it and I am left with them saying we don't care about your business. She also said F*** to me a couple times too which was completely unnecessary.

Wanted to purchase some stone to pick up same day
Asked if she could email me a picture of the gray they carry
Her response was " I'm too busy to go look in the yard for you"

Great place to buy your landscaping material. I purchased some coping and stone for a small project that i am doing and found their pricing to be very competitive when compared with others.the entire team is very courteous and helpful. Professionally run family business. I would highly recommend.

I can't say enough about the positive experiences I have had in the last 2-3 weeks dealing with Boulders for my home stonework/landscaping project with my chosen contractor! I have met both owners, Stephanie and Alan (and Robert in the materials yard), and they are all incredibly helpful, understanding and accommodating to a homeowner who doesn't often have to pick interlock pavers, wall material, flagstone, etc. - and who therefore doesn't know what he is talking about! I have had to change my mind or get clarification/advice on a number of issues, and Boulders has delivered excellent customer service. I would recommend Boulders to anyone needing their landscape supply services.

Excellent service, pleasant to deal with, accommodating and helpful. They also worked great with a landscaper we hired. Great work all! Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff, buying materials, renting equipment or ANYTHING you need for a landscape project.
