Rented the Funhouse Double Slide Bouncer for my daughter’s birthday. The kids loved the bouncy castle! Bounce123 had excellent customer service - drop off and pick up was smooth, no hidden fees, no cancellation fee, effective communication. The castle was in excellent condition. Would rent again from bounce123 and recommend to friends and family.

We rented the Mickey Party bouncy castle and kids and adults alike had a blast. Delivery came on time and the people who delivered and set it up were very professional. They explained that we could deflat it if need be until the party start and to just plug it back in to reinflate. Would rent again from Bouncy 123. Praises to everyone. Job well done

We rented the rainbow bouncer with double slides. Got the early delivery, was well worth it! Kids loved it. Don’t recommend using the slide without water- we used a water gun to keep it safe to slide on. Pick-up was smooth and on time. Would rent again!

Great experience. Rented from them for a birthday party just recently and all aspects were exceptional. Service was great ahead of time, drop off and set up was excellent. Castle was high quality, clear and exactly as described. Would use them again for sure.

We just rented the pirate ship bouncy castle for my sons birthday. Everything was perfect. Easy and quick communication, easy pick up and drop off, and a great price. A big bonus- book now, pay when you pick it up. There were no hidden fees and no deposit required, so I didn’t have to worry about being scammed. The kids were so entertained the entire time. Animal Kingdom inflatable was clean, in excellent condition, easy to setup, tare down, and pack up. They have great videos to show you how. Super nice people.

Booked a bouncy castle and soccer game and it was the clear hit of the party for my son's birthday! Ana and the other gentleman both ensured everything was good to go. They were a pleasure to work with and help troubleshoot any issues I had! Looking forward to using them again.

We rented the princess bouncy castle back in August for my daughter’s princess birthday party. It was such a hit! Not only did the kids enjoy it but even us adults had a great time bouncing!

We decided to opt for self pick up/drop off. When we arrived, we were greeted by such friendly service. (It was so great that I wrote this review) The owner took his time to thoroughly explained how to set up and take down the bouncy castle. They had all the supplies you’d need to for it; extension cords, tarps, dolly etc. You might need 2 people to unload it, but other than that I found it easy to set up/take down myself.

The bouncy castle was very clean and in excellent shape. You’d be amazed how fast it blows up, so you don’t have to keep it running during bouncing breaks. Anyways, if you have the space to rent one of these, it’s definitely worth it!

We rented a cotton candy machine from Bounce 123 and it was amazing. The employees were so nice and the machine added such a fun element to our daughter's birthday.

We rented the bouncy castle with slides and the jousting ring for my son's first birthday to keep all the kids of different ages entertained. The little kids and some adults LOVED the bouncy castle with the slides which was in perfect condition and clean. The older kids really enjoyed the jousting ring which I didn't know also had basketball nets inside for them to play some basketball. The company provided the basketball and soccer ball to use inside the jousting ring. The jousting ring was clean and in perfect condition and the basketball and soccer ball was brand new.
The set up was extremely quick and the guys setting everything up were extremely friendly and kind. The guys came when we asked them too and at the end of the night even gave the us the basketball to keep and another kid who plays soccer the soccer ball which was so kind.
I loved that I didn't have to pay a deposit or in full when reserving and only until the day before I had to pay. We weren't sure it was going to rain the day of so we had flexibility just in case by confirming the day before if we still wanted to rent. This option was not given to us by other companies we made enquiries with.
Other companies wanted money days in advance upfront.
The other benefit to using this company is that they are the cheapest and honestly provided the best customer service comparative to the other companies I spoke too.
